My wife and I have leased 6 cars since 2008 till now from Coral Springs Nissan and Honda. This last deal we leased a 2016 Nissan Rogue. After we met with the finance manager Alvaro and signed all the paperwork we left and realized that we're missing some copies of the paperwork. Shame on us for not checking the envelope and trusting. That deal was on a Sunday, we called on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday left messages and no one called us back. I showed up on Thursday and was told by another finance manager Omar that paperwork was already filed at the office and they needed a day to retrieve copies from the office. I went back Friday and no one knew what I was talking about. I was told to speak with the GM Mike, I spoke to Mike and he had the worst attitude of all! Miserable SOB, he did one of my deals at Honda a few years before same attitude, he said he could not help me and to speak to the sales manager Alain, he seemed to want to help at first and gave me some hope asked me to give him till Saturday and when I went back he could not see me. I left, I called and finally spoke to Alvaro the finance manager and he was very unprofessional over the phone, honestly at that point i drove to the dealer and this time I was so upset, but I knew I had to keep my composure. I went back and just as before nothing came out of it. I have no paperwork. Fast forward 6 months and here we are today, as part of the whole mess I never realized that the registration they gave me was for my old trade in, I realized this because I renewed my insurance and when I took the car for the inspection the inspection shop told me I had the wrong registration. After doing some research and trying to print a new registration from the Florida motor vehicle website I found out that my new 2016 Nissan Rogue that we have leased for the last 6 months the plate that was transferred from the trade in and that we were charged over $300 for the plate transfer had never been done and it still shows under my old trade.
These people at Nissan are the worst I have ever dealt with. I don't understand how people like this can be representing a company. I would assume that the ownership does not know what is going on with their business, I would hate to think that they are ok with this behavior and how they business is managed.
I have a lease expiring in six months and you will never see me going back to coral springs Automall for anything I know it's just one deal but I rather take it elsewhere.
I am giving this post one star because I have to rate it otherwise I would give it none.
