This dealer deserves 5 stars. I bought today a 2019 GMC Terrain. I visited other dealers in Broward and Miami, so I know I got the best deal. The staff is very friendly and they are not playing games so I did not waste my time. They are very professional, the sales girl Quettely Francois AKA Ket, she really made me feel like family and did an OUTSTANDING job .Thanks Ket for being so nice and taking care of all the details. The managers did a good job too! This dealership should be a role model for other GMC dealers. I'm a very happy customer If you want the best deal and be treated the way you deserve, this is the right place.

Stay away from this dealership. Here s our story. My 91 year old father in law went there for an oil change. They pulled him out of the service department and put him in a room and pressured him into another car lease for 3 years. For 12k per year. He did 5 k in three years! He s 91 and his heath is declining. He had minor damage and told him it would cost him thousands when he returned the car. Wrong! His insurance would ve paid for the minor damage. They told him they d save him money on his new lease. It came out to 5 dollars per month. That s saving? He had 4 months left on his current lease, we as his family were going to evaluate his health and if he was fine we d help him negotiate and better deal. He was overpaying for a plain Jane civic. He was scared of the cost and signed. They preyed on him. Disgusting! When I called the sales manager told me that they said he should think about and let them know. That was a lie. They pressured him into signing right there. Debra Hanson, shame on you. You disgust us. STAY Away from this dealership and Debra Hanson. Disgusting!
its a large car dealership it was ok didn't buy a car there the car they had i was interested in was not great cosmetically, but looked good in the pictures I did drive but wasn't interested.
I bought a used car here, first off I was supposed to be the one financing the car and my dad co-signing the guy who did our paperwork flipped it.. Secondly he told me not to worry about the license plate that he'd take care of it.. I still don't have one and no one will pick up or reply to our calls. Except one time but the guy just said to wait a few more days and that it would be in the mail. Still no license plate, I am willing to go a pick one up but no one is responding to us!
Zero stars , I got a car that already had 83,000 miles on it to begin with .The total price for it was around $10,000. When I come back to the dealership to get the car appraised ,so I can finance another car with lower mileage. They told me my car is worth 6,000$ !!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell , it hasnt even been a whole dam year . So your telling me I'm paying for a car that's 10,000$ and its really worth 6,000$ . Im furious with the used car department ! Im a full time student & I work ,obviously more miles will be accumulated on top of that 83,000 mileage . And u guys tell me the car I'm driving is worth 6,000$ !?! UNBELIEVABLE!
My experience was great. Mr. Luis Leon Cortez was very, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of his job. He explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle. I think Mr. Cortez should be commended,
Went a few weeks ago to the Kia dealership to see if I could get out of my lease into a better deal.. The guy seemed pushy for me to pay 300. I felt a bit insulted when he suggested one of the managers that I skip a few meals because I am a bit on the heavy side. I felt I could get into a 2019 soul for 265 a month with my trade.. But it was a no go.. I am seriously going to probably go to another dealership when my lease is up next year. No, I do not wish to name names either it was just a bad experience.
Thank you Richard Rijo and Omar Nieves!! This was my 3rd visit to the dealership...first dealership in all my years I've done repeated business at. First 2 times was for my self but this time was for my son and his wife...you took care of them well late into the evening...and you made it happen for them even though other places wouldnt. You went the extra mile. Great service and reliable/stylish used car. (2018 Altima SR) THANK YOU!!!
Went for oil change and tire roatation, was out in 2 hours. Very professional except i had damage to my bumper and it was held up on one side by duct tape. When they did the car wash they loosened the tape and my bumper was hanging back when i got home. I can no longer get it to clip on in certain places and need to repair it ASAP which i don't have the money for right now.
Ask for Luis in the Kia department! He is amazing he will make sure you get the car you want and work with you no matter the circumstances. He's super down to earth and a great salesman who really knows his stuff. even if you have bad credit or not a good down payment he will get you the car you want!
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE!!! After buying a brand new car here, I took it for its very first service and they had an accident with my car. They failed to tell me or repair it until after I mentioned it. I made the mistake of bringing my car back here in early February for a simple oil change. I had an appointment and had to wait 2 and a half hours. A week after my "service" my change oil notification came on. I figured they just forgot to reset it. Finally after being annoyed from it I took it to another dealership and they told me that my oil had 10% life left on it. Which means I sat in this dealership for 2 and a half hours for absolutely nothing. More importunately they probably figured I would ignore my car and drive it till I ruined the engine, so that I can buy another one. I WILL NEVER GET MY CAR SERVICED HERE AGAIN.
I bought a Honda CR-V from this dealership and had a great buying experience with Jim L! He was diligent in salesmanship & professionalism without making me feel pressured in any area. The finance department is equally diligent and professional and has been courteous and mindful in answering my follow up questions concerning my purchase, EVERY phone call has been returned! RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone in the market to buy!
I am annoyed that my new car from Honda had issues already. From the test drive, the AC was blowing warm air randomly and the girl said it must be cooling down again. I asked her to get it checked before I drive off with it. She said she would get it checked out. Clearly, that was a lie. I even had to email her about the issue the next couple of days. I brought it into the service department and they couldn't figure it out. I took my car for the first oil change and the service advisor tells me they found a leak. The service department said it could be an oil leak but cleaned up the pan and said it was okay to drive. Now, my car was brought in for the 2nd oil change and the service department found the leak was from my transmission. Also, they found that my AC compressor was intermittently failing and they also needed to replace a hose too. What?! Less than 16K miles and this is happening. They replaced the transmission but the AC part is on back order. And I'm still waiting for them to fix the AC issue. Erik has been awesome with this ongoing situation. He has been giving me updates frequently and definitely understands my frustration. Honda, hurry up with the part please!
Went to them this Holiday weekend and was truly unhappy with this auto dealer... First I made it very clear as to my price range...credit score and how much I had as a down payment and what I was looking for in a used vehicle... Instead Sales person Deb Henson shows me a nearly 20k Honda accord. They had other used models and makes that were 10k to 13k which what I was looking for...Instead they wanted me to buy Honda brand... They ran my credit...I test drove and was disapproved... they claim to work with numerous banks and special financing to help you finance...bs... After I checked my inquiries on my credit, come to find out they only ran 1 bank for me... A bank that definitely would not approve me... Deb Henson then got disrespectful and threw shade at me and said sorry...continue to catch the bus and Sorry I can't even give you a bus pass.. Second Bih...I haven't caught a bus in over 10 years...Never once did I say anything about catching a bus....But I refused to go off on her because I knew my blessing was only a few moments away.. Deb Henson also told me not to go to any other dealership because I won't get approved and to come back to her with Triple the amount I planned originally to put down...bs.. I was blessed within 2 hrs at a reputable very well known car dealer with a 2017 beautiful vehicle...excellent condition..warranties... payments I can afford with the down payment I wanted to put into it.. NEVER GO TO CORAL SPRINGS AUTO MALL...!!!!!... They are only interested in high rollers with big money to spend.... Deb Henson...you did not work hard enough for me as a new customer...really didn't show interest... you just went through the motions... I was able to bless someone else with a nice commission....
My lease was coming due on our 2015 Kia Sedona SX. My wife and I love this vehicle and because it only has 34,000 miles we really didn t want give it up. It is perfect. However we became bombarded with phone calls, emails and texts reminding us that our lease was ending soon and we should consider looking at all Kia models for a new lease. We did, but because of the higher interest rates and increase in vehicle costs, leasing the same vehicle was quite a bit more expensive. We decided to keep our midnight blue beauty. I called Kia Finance End of Lease experts and asked what the payoff price is and how to start the paperwork. They advised me that I will have to pay $16,800 plus tax which totaled $18,025.00. We were very happy with this price and I asked to proceed. Unfortunately they advised me that I must go to my dealership and do the paperwork and pay there. That was acceptable. I then received an email advising me of some specials on Kia models at our dealership. I responded by requesting an appointment to come down and payoff my lease. A manager, Don Schreiber, called me the next morning. He said it will be cheaper to turn in our Kia and purchase a used one off the lot. I told him I want to purchase mine. We made an appointment. We arrived promptly as scheduled. This manager, Don Schrieber couldn t even remember my name. I told him again, we are here to purchase our Kia Sedona SX which we have leased for the last 4 years. He assigned a young sales person, Cheyenne, to take care of this. This person asked for my keys so he can get the vin number and mileage. 20 minutes later after discussing things with the manager, he pushed a paper under my nose. Written on it was the total payoff which showed over $21,000.00. I was in shock. I stood up and said, I don t know if I should call Kia Finance or the Police. What are you trying to do I asked? The manager came over and said that my vehicle was worth more than the payoff. He said, you are buying your used car from me. I can adjust the price. Adjust,? He added over $3,000.00 to the payoff, with additional fees including an $800.00 dealer fee and a bunch of nuisance fees plus the now higher sales tax. My wife and I stood up, politely called them crooks and said you will be reported. I would have made a bigger scene, but we were the only customers in the showroom and probably the only customers for a long time considering their reputation. The next morning I called Kia Finance and they were in shock. I filed a formal complaint about Coral Springs Kia and expressed how I felt. They advised me that there are only 8 states where you must payoff your lease from Kia at the dealership. Florida is one of them. Luckily they guided me to paying off my lease at the exact numbers they first quoted and we are so happy with our Kia Sedona. Buyer, beware when doing business with Coral Springs Kia. Their business ethics are borderline thievery at best and outright crooked at worst. Think twice when you hear the name Coral Springs Kia, part of Coral Springs Auto Mall.
I ve been a customer at least 10 years. Today I realized I was falsly sold a product that did not exist only to make a sale. Its a sad time when you have to check behind those you put your trust in.
Extremely high pressure. Would not allow us to browse without being shadowed by a salesman and, on occasion, his manager. Very unpleasant. Also, later in the day I received an email from the salesperson who shadowed us that the price of the vehicle was $22,000; this despite the fact that the internet advertised price was $18,991. Gotta wonder what to make of that. EDIT - 20 March, 2018. Yours was the most disingenuous response I could have imagined! My wife and I are not doddering old souls who can barely get around - we are hale and healthy and don't go around falling over our own feet! Your guys were there to do nothing but pressure us to buy! We wanted to browse around and see if anything caught our eye after we didn't like the specific vehicle we came to see. Your people were so obnoxiously hovering that we felt uncomfortable enough to go elsewhere and continue our search for a car. I've bought dozens of cars in my lifetime and my wife has bought some on her own, but this is the first time either of us was literally driven off a dealers premises.
Service is always prompt and performed well, I've never had to go back. My Soul is great and has never required anything but standard maintenance. This is my 2nd Soul. Service and sales are both great here!
This is auto sales on the cheap.... Wouldn't share an accident report after we drove out there with the understanding they had it and they would. They wanted us to believe it was just a fender bender! Sales manager suggested we pay for the report on their $17,000 car. Funny I thought that's why you go to dealers and not private owners....
Let call this Dis-Honest John's Used Car Lot ...it is what it is!!!!!!
Won't pay for a $40 report but just heard their Memorial Day $1000+ TV ad to sucker in those that don't John!!
I am so frustrated horrible service. Buyer BEWARE purchased a vehicle was given a temporary tag 2 months ago. Tag is expiring no one will return my calls so I can get a tag for my car please be cautious when purchasing.
Good place to shop for a car. But lord the people are persistent... It was almost like you were being bullied into buying a car while there and even after you leave. My mother received multiple calls a day from them. Other than that their selection is great, service is exactly what you need!
Went here to return a leased vehicle and nobody knew what the hell was going on sent me the three different buildings finally got to the used car dealership to turn in the car and the guy says I'm ready to go home I told him you're not going anywhere until you check this car in what a bunch of morons do not use Coral Springs Auto Mall
Richard Chambers and the staff at CSAM not only provided me with a phenomenal deal on a beautiful car but made the process seamless, honest and informative!
I talked to Orlando Pietro and he gave me the best price (after dealing with other 5 horrible dealerships).
He didn't give me the runaround, got me the sportage I wanted from a dealership in Orlando because they didn't have any and everything went smooth and painless not like the experience I had at other dealerships in south Florida.
Just like many reviewers, we went in seeking a great deal we saw on their website. Called twice to confirm the car was really there, the second time right before driving 1.5 hours to come see it in person. When we arrived, we were told the car had been sold! "When?" and "By whom?" remain a mystery. They had other vehicles available, of course, but all at comparable prices to other dealers. The salesman was very pushy and rude, like we shouldn't have expected the car we just called about to be available. Don't waste your time with their bait-and-switch tricks.
The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been waiting 6 hours for the oil change instead of only 4. After all, the internalized desperation from the experience of waiting intensifies a desire to feed the addiction of buying consumer products, and also gives me two extra hours during which I am encouraged to spend money -- rather than maliciously hoarding it in my bank account, or "saving" it for my unenlightened "plans" for future spending, -- which in turn could give a needed boost to the local economy, increasing demand for labor and encouraging investment of capital into small businesses.
Now, this is really just my humble opinion, but I'm willing to wager that some may agree with me in thinking that, perhaps, if -everyone- were encouraged to wait 6 or 7 hours for oil changes, we could really start doing some good for the community. After all, since this clearly is beneficial for us locally, that means we perhaps should enforce it, and therefore save that much more than we otherwise would by allowing the blind hand of free markets and lassiez-faire capitalism to run our lives and ruin our chances at a green Earth. Just some food for thought. ;)
I came to this dealer because of a car i saw online and fell in love with. A red mazda miata, with leather interior, automatic, with a black hard-top and black rims. Extremely unique. I went on a random day, only for a test drive and was inmediately greeted by one of the sales people, who brought me the vehicle within minutes. It was in perfect condition. Even though the car was a bit pricey for me, i decided to come a few days after to check out my options. I honestly had no hope for this car, the online price (which they stayed true to btw) was already a little high for me , plus interest?? i was in way over my head. But they really surprised me, I spent a few hours there and spoke with some of the guys and they were ALL very friendly and enthusiastic. They REALLY tried to work with me and my budget, until we reached a deal I was happy with. I left that same day with the car, and I still can't believe it. I am as happy as can be, driving the car of my dreams, without wasting my whole paycheck on it every month. I would recommend this dealer to anyone buying a car
Great customer service! Let me know if you want to purchase an automobile from this location. I will refer you to the best sale representative and finance guy!
Been with CS Auto Mall for almost 10 yrs, but they lost my business yesterday to another dealership. Sadly for CS Kia they just couldn't compete. I love my new Kia!
Bought my Kia Cadenza here. Love that car. Ricardo Simpson was my sales guy. He was great. The process was as fast as I have had at a dealership. Would recommend this place anytime
Incredible! This award wining company not only has 5 brands under one team, they have close to 5000 vehicles available. Stellar customer service, straight forward pricing, and a stress free environment make this a one stop shop for any purchase/lease. No matter what you need their highly trained staff will be there for you. Every product specialist can show you any brand. No need to go from dealer to dealer. I highly recommend this place!
This is the first and probably my only review but I truly had to share in the hopes that it will save someone else from a similar experience. Regretfully I did not read some of these reviews but they are spot on. The glimmer of light is that I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Like many others have stated they fabricate charges of over $1,400 but yet are unable to confirm what they are for. Then miraculously remove from the quote. They use strong arm tactics to the point of becoming aggressive and confrontational. They offer you a car that does not exist and then try to sell you a different car for more money then try to justify by stating how they made a mistake, Really? They threaten you with legal action because they have "big attorneys antd big pockets" I unfortunately experienced all this on my visit to this dealer. I spoke with many individuals including GM & Managers and it is apparent this is their culture, top down and mode of operandi. Right or wrong For a dealership to accuse a customer of slander and legal action on social media speaks volumes. Please take time to read the reviews. Save yourself the aggravation. Many cars and dealerships out there.
An excellent attention I have attended on several occasions well pleased by the fast, attentive efficient employees and above all their information and services very good. I consider it my favorite dealer.
used Nissan key drop service and the car was ready early the next morning. Their synthetic oil change was very reasonably priced and they rotated the tires for FREE!Very happy.
Absolutely horrible service. They wil try to rip you off. I came in with a printed advertisement for a CERTIFIED used vehichle and was told that i would have to pay for the certification in an additional fee amounting to $1,500. absolutely ridiculous.
I was at Coralsprings Auto Mall last week (10-01-2012) to buy my second car there . I now bought a Altima 2013 and Steve Agrassia was our sales man. He did a awsome job on helping us. thanks alot Steve for you patience . Car runs great we LOVE IT!
Disappointing. Thank you for doing business the way you do. I drove away and purchased my vehicle from the best dealership in Florida only 45 minutes later. Maybe a lesson in customer service would do you well Eddie.
Would leave no stars if possible, out of state buyer here. They took my deposit, had me book a flight then never sent paperwork on time. The day before my flight they wanted me to wait a week, send them signed loan paperwork ahead of time & would not release the car until they received payment from the bank. In 30 years of buying cars I have never had a dealer wait till the finance company check had cleared the bank. Buyers beware they are not honest people.
Buying a car from Coral Springs was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had. From the ultra competitive price, to the fair trade in offer, to all the above and beyond care and attention to detail in our car buying process, Coral Spring Automall truly rolled out the red carpet! Both Khalid Qatash(sales rep) and Yobany Peralta(financing rep) took really great care of us, answered every question and concern we presented with empathy and resolution, and even offered us the most delicious BLTs from their cafe while we worked through the financing. We were in and out in under 4 hours with our new Pathfinder! Top notch dealership!
Too high priced. These people are con-artist. They try to talk you into a overpriced vehicle finance contract. Do not tell them you have a down payment because whatever you give them down will go towards their over priced dealer fees and their over priced car wash and prep- not towards the price of the car. Classic car salesman. Smiles while ripping a hole in your pocket and vacuuming out your dinero -all while they ware you down for hours with more sales pitches --seating around waiting for your new or used overpriced car. That was my experience.
