Sell fault products. Impossible to return. Terrible customer service. You'd be better putting the money on a bonfire and pouring gasoline on it. Don't bother - please! Go with a reputable make who don't sell cheap faulty products. They just want your money and don't care they sell products that are defective and have terrible customer service. Check out their Facebook reviews too. Everyone fed up with this company. Really should just give you gasoline with the product when purchasing so you can just set fire to it before even putting water in it because it's never going to work for the 12 month warranty period let alone beyond that. Really really don't bother. Hundreds of pounds down the drain for nothing. Useless company! Trading standards should shut them down - actually they probably will soon.

I purchased an airpro bounce house with ramp and pool yesterday and my children were very excited to inflate and play. The picture on the box showed 2 enclosed sides 1 open section for slide and 1 velcro door panel for access. My product had 2 enclosed sides and 2 openings at front and back. I contacted this company I as thought a faulty batch had been made but I have been advised that this is a new design and it is perfectly safe and correct and that under the warning section it states that details and colours may vary. I think this is completely misleading and a massive detail change. I believe the product is unsafe and not what the picture portrays. I will be returning this product and I wont be buying from this company again
The customer service and support this business provides is extremely poor. They were happy to sell me a hot tub through a retail partner however do not keep in supply the filters required for it to operate, thus my expensive purchase has been sat idle since week 2 of ownership.
All of their retail partners are sold out of filters and have been since April (I check daily on their websites). The Clever Company customer support have informed me that they will not sell filters directly for some unexplained reason.
I asked for them to provide me with any retailer that was currently in stock of filters, however they were unable.
I asked for a refund on my hot tub as I was unable to use it due to the lack of filters but they ignored this request.
I would not recommend this business or its products.
Was delighted after setting my hot tub up after 7 weeks of waiting. Within 2 or 3 hours of set up and water heated up I noticed the tub had gone flat. I found that air was coming out from under the control panel so no access to see how it was coming out. So after emailing customer service and sending video of the problem I'm still waiting 3 weeks now for them to phone to come and collect t the tub. I can understand they may be busy but still no excuse to leave so many unhappy customers waiting. Just read some of the other reviews for instance I'm not the only once very angry.
Surely a letter from a solicitor will speed this up.
Bought a Cleverspa Monte Carlo and after 7 weeks the heater has stopped working. Called customer service and got the same generic response time of time, I ve emailed them and again a generic response saying we will get back to you in 10-14 working days. Appalling service. I spoke with the The Range where I purchased the spa from and they have said I have to deal with Cleverspa directly as they don t deal with faulty units. DREADFUL!!!!
We brought a Cleverspa Monte carlo, and the heating thermostat never worked. We have emailed numerous times, they reply, but no issue resolved 9wks later, no customer service. Absolute joke.
Purchased a clever spa after 2 weeks of use was cleaned packed up and reopened it has developed a 'leak' but the leak is somewhere you cannot access it's not a leak causes by neglect. Emailed a few times get very little help from their customer services just get a template reply. No warranty for the leak or filter issues buy from different manafacturer these don't care about after customers sales
Stopped working after 7 months, retailer BnQ dont want to know, Clever spa don't respond to emails and phones are switched off. Don't buy from this company
Terrible product doesn't even work. Haven't been able to use it. heater/pump stopped working while heating it up for the first time. Customer service is as bad as the product.
Bought Dakota hot tub, thermostat problem from the get go!! Not been able to use the damn thing! Nightmare trying get hold of cleverspa! Facebook messenger reply s with wrong number! Twitter ignores you! Definitely would not recommend! Hundreds of pounds sat in a box waiting to be collected! My friend bought the same one and guess what exact same thermostat problem! So where do I begin... if your reading through the fellow 1 star reviewers and need just the little bit more reassurance why it would be a terrible idea to purchase from this company here it is. Long story short I feel it appropriate to call my big toe clever than this company. I will explain. So upon purchase of the spa I set it up excited and ready to relax. Little did I know this whole experience wouldn t be further from the word! Within 3 weeks of the spa working as it should I went to have a relaxing evening, took the lid off, jumped in to immediately discover it was ice cold. After some confused I noticed there was an error message on the display. This turned out to be a ruined motor. After days of trying to contact this shocking excuse of a company I got a collection slot, it was taken away and returned to a depot 27 miles away from my house meaning I had to collect it. Irritating but not the end of the world, I had the spa back, all was well. So I thought. I set it back up, filled it up, waited a day and it all seemed fine... fast forward 3 ish months. Freezing cold... again.... this time no message, no clue what the issue is, just a freezing cold inflatable inconvenience.. I have since emailed these jokers 13 times with the same copy and pasted response due to these unprecedented times our workshop are beind on work and will contact you when your spa is ready for collection . 6MONTHS LATER IM STILL WAITING!!! Lockdown was only 3?! How many spas are breaking if it has created this much work?!?!?! I ve threatened trading standards the lot!. If someone is able to take legal action on these morons be my guest because they don t deserve to to be trading! The May aswell turn off their email account just like they ve turned off their phone line! Bit of advice for anyone reading, but a Lay-Z-Spa instead, save yourself the hassle.

Where do I start!!!?? We got our lovely hot tub delivered and after 3 weeks it stopped working took them 6 weeks to acknowledge the warranty, then it got collected to be returned minus the lid so we couldn t use it, when I rang and eventually get through I was told I was lying and didn t send my lid they took pictures of the box, (rubbish) all they could do was send me a cheap replacement, absolutely shocking and well getting hold of filters that need changing after every use is a nightmare do t bother wasting your money!!!
Purchased clever airpro kayak from go outdoors start of month. Upon opening no storage bag as per instructions and box detail. Phoned clever got told to register kayak and send email have now sent 3 emails no reply s and still no storage bag. Very disappointing customer service
Their 6 person Inflatable Hot tubs and it was the perfect addition to any garden. The quality and ease of use are fantastic, the real selling point for me so far has been the level of customer service that has been offered even for the most minor things.
I purchased a Borneo hot tub, we used it a lot over the Scottish summer and then the heater failed (it had been running for about five months solid). When I contacted clever spa they arranged collection, testing, repair and redelivery all free and quickly. The hot tub is brilliant value and I found the service fantastic. Will enjoy another summer of hot tub action too!
Avoid at all costs. Bought a brand new malaga tub, every time you touched the water you got an electric shock, very dangerous. They fail to respond to you for weeks at a time, zero urgency, zero customer service. In all took about 8 weeks More
I purchased a Antigua spa on Sunday worked fine for a hour that was it nothing is working no control panel power or anything. Emailed several times regarding this had one reply telling me try a new plug and fuse which we have still nothing no control panel working . Not heard or had a reply since . Tried to contact via phone nothing . I know they will be busy but a acknowledgment would be appreciated. Do I take this back to the shop where I purchased for a full refund or do I send it back to the computer themselves. Anyone with any information I would appreciate it
Staff need to go on a Customer Service course. If you have a faulty product admit it and replace it not fob people off. Thankfully got a full refund from where I purchased the tub from who had great customer service....This was after 4 months trying to get the tub fixed.. I suggest to anyone else who has had problems go back to who you purchased the tub from and demand a refund as your contract is with them not Clever Company. "Your consumer rights" as long as you have done all you can with the warranty etc you should have no problem. Hope this helps others
We bought our CleverSpa at the beginning of the spring and thought after a few goes we had found the ideal solution at a fraction of the price.

After a couple of weeks the CleverSpa thermostat started misreading the temperature of the spa and started shutting off the heat pump when the water was ice cold.
Then it started - the Battle against CleverSpa customer service.
Shockingly poor, uncaring, dismissive, incompetent and quite frankly pathetic. Still waiting for them to contact to arrange a pick up date in line with their warranty which they have to provide. Has been two months now and all we get is silence. After what must be dozens of emails to them and phone calls (they shut off their customer service line), I must say and this is saying something for me this is the worst example of a small to medium company I have ever experienced. How they are allowed to trade I don t know and how b and q represent them I don t know also.
Cleverspa Inyo purchased in April. Pump/Heater failed in May. Customer after service is non existent. Phones switched off, email's answered sporadically and many days later, usually with generic responses referring you to the FAQ section of the website. After 3 weeks agreed to collect for repair under warranty, that was a fortnight ago.. will be seeking refund via my credit card company. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.
Purchased a kayak and it didn t include a carry bag as stated on box & discription. Contacted co was advised one would be sent out. Nothing received contacted them again told to send email & one would be sent out. No reply from email & still no carry bag !
I bid on a four person hot tub from this company in a charity ball auction. The service and delivery was fabulous and seamless. The product is great - easy to assemble, great power in the jets. Can t think why I didn t buy one before now!
Poor quality hot tubs, broke down 3 times in 14 months and Clever Company not so clever at fixing the problems. Far better quality hot tubs and companies to deal with so don t waste your time and money with this lot.
Managed to get hold of their wakkiki hot tub. We set it up and then when we went to use the bubble function cuts out after 3 mins then takes 1hour before it'll come back on. Emailed them 4 times now and all I get is an email that doesn't even have anything to do with what is wrong. Customer services are diabolical.
Appalling company not responding to emails now for four weeks after the site says 3-4 working days, sold us a hot tub with a hole in! Not complying with the trading standards code so will now be pursuing this through a small claims court as well as reporting them to trading standards. I would rate 0 stars if possible as you certainly do not deserve even one star. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!
Terrible company. Bought a hot tub that broke after less than two months of use. Called the company back in June and been waiting almost two months for an update on when they will collect it for repairs. Wish I d checked reviews first. Don t waste your money but a reputable brand like lay-z spa instead.
Bought a hot tub in may only used it a couple of times and by june it started smoking bad and blew up. I kept ringing customer service and couldnt get through,sent loads of emails and still no reply. Complained to the range as thats where i bought it from and they arranged for clever spa to ring me. Said they would arrange for hot tub to be picked up........now in september and today is the day its finally (suppose to be) getting collected,fingers crossed it does. God knows how long its gonna take for a refund though
Wifi broke after only three weeks. After numerous emails backwards and forwards ( as they have turned the telephones off) they agreed to collect and inspect, repair or replace the control panel. That was five weeks ago and I am still waiting for someone to confirm collection. In the meantime I noticed that the tub had stated to loose air. On closer inspection I noticed that one of the seams just under the jets has not been sealed properly. Reported issues with the tub and poor customer service to B&Q where I purchased the tub from, but their response was your warranty is with Cleverspa. Please think twice before purchasing
Fantastic product and a lovely place to relax whilst we are all at home! I had a question regarding set-up and the team were very quick to get back to me with an answer.
I've had limited contact with this company I'dd say 6 phone-calls over a few months since purchasing our Sorento hot tub from Homebase. The Tub although fun to have and use (hoping it lasts its course) is satisfactory and does offer better value that rival options with feature lists.
The customer service though is Shocking! I mean The Pits!
Bad attitudes, talking over you, the worst listeners ever!!! Our problem has been with the LED lights.When I called to say ours was diminishing led's daily until failure, I asked them to send a replacement so we could return out faulty ones in a package once swapped over. No deal! They said they had to have them back for testing (PMSL). So ok Went along with it they said then they had completely re-designed their LED lights due to a common fault with the manufacturing process. And would only be able to send us the newer versions if we waited for them to be delivered to UK, at the time they advised us it would be about 3-4 weeks (In a UK summer that could be the season). ABSOLUTE JOKE!
I received the NEW lights only to find they had taken the cushioning out of the original lighting strip systems. Worked for 24 hours then total failure. Again back on the phone, same poor attitude, no flexibility, asked for direct replacement to have continuity of use. No deal.
It's now September, two set of lights later, and same issues waiting on a replacement. I'm hoping to make use of the darker nights if they can get a working set back to me.
They've had months to put this right, this is why I'm placing this review. Your attitude to customers stinks, and your customer service is in the gutter. I'm considering returning the lot and getting a Lazy-Spa.
