Was delighted after setting my hot tub up after 7 ...
Was delighted after setting my hot tub up after 7 weeks of waiting. Within 2 or 3 hours of set up and water heated up I noticed the tub had gone flat. I found that air was coming out from under the control panel so no access to see how it was coming out.
So after emailing customer service and sending video of the problem I'm still waiting 3 weeks now for them to phone to come and collect t the tub. I can understand they may be busy but still no excuse to leave so many unhappy customers waiting.
Just read some of the other reviews for instance I'm not the only once very angry.
Surely a letter from a solicitor will speed this up.
