Staff need to go on a Customer Service course. If you have a faulty product admit it and replace it not fob people off. Thankfully got a full refund from where I purchased the tub from who had great customer service....This was after 4 months trying to get the tub fixed.. I suggest to anyone else who has had problems go back to who you purchased the tub from and demand a refund as your contract is with them not Clever Company. "Your consumer rights" as long as you have done all you can with the warranty etc you should have no problem. Hope this helps others
