My husband uses this company all the time but today will change that; we had pre ordered a taxi to Heathrow with a baby/toddler seat and when the taxi was due they called to say the car was going to be 10 minutes late and it didn t have a car seat! Needless to say by the time we managed to find alternative, despite leaving plenty of time, we missed our flight.

Friendly booking agent kindly informed me on the phone of the 10% online registered users discount. Booked online. Cars are bookable with kids car seats for a small fee. Most other cab companies don't let you do this. Polite driver arrived ten minutes early in a brand new Mercedes. Service with a smile. Loved the experience. Will book again.

Have used them on many occasions now, roughly 8 trips. I use the executive cars as I found they are the cheapest for transfers for this type of car. They always get in contact with you to remind you of the transfers and also do customer survey forms after to make sure customer satisfaction is high. If you book online you will save 10% making them even cheaper than already. Drivers are professional and helpful. Recommended highly.

I used this company on my last trip and I was very impressed with their service. The driver was on time, very polite and well dressed. The car was clean and well ventilated. Had a very pleasant journey and definitely worth the money. Their customer service representatives are amazing, they helped me during the booking process and even called me a day before to make sure I still needed the car (taking into consideration the actual situation). Good communication both by email (confirming dtls of my driver) and phone (confirming my driver had arrived and was waiting for me). Car was of a high standard and driver pleasant but also left me in peace (after an overnight flight this was exactly what I wanted). All in all good value and pleasant experience. Would use them again.

Poor service and nearly made me miss my flight! Arrived 30 minutes late and half asleep driver confirmed he was only woken up 10 minutes before to do the job. Also hard to get hold of them when you are anxiously waiting. It is worth using the larger and more professional companies on something as important as a flight.

I started using 247 Airport Transfer last month and had 4 bookings since. The first three went smoothly and pick up and drop offs were as planned. My last pick up from Heathrow was complicated by a horrendous delay at immigration. I was worried about my transfer as I can understand that my designated driver had forward jobs. However, 247 had rearranged for another company to attend to my pick up. It was a cash booking and I was given instructions to make payment (which was more than the quote) but that they would refund me for the difference and I was to get a receipt. My replacement driver was pleasant and we got home without any further delay. The following day, I emailed 247 about the fare difference and they responded promptly and the refund, which also included a promised discount, was credited into my bank account shortly. From my experience thus far I have no hesitation in recommending 247 Airport Transfer. They have been responsibly reliable and I was most impressed with their making sure I had a driver waiting for me when I was faced with unavoidable delays. More so, is their credibility to make good promises and execute refunds quickly. Keep up the service!

My friend recently booked 247 Airport Transfer to take us to the O2 arena in London for a night out and back again at the end of the night (as a normal minibus service rather than airport transfer). The service itself was great, drivers were friendly and arrived on time. The cars were clean throughout and in great condition too. What made this company outstanding though is the following: I lost my phone at some point in the night and was frantically retracing my steps to find it. I emailed 247 Airport Transfer the next day to see if I had left it in the minibus without realising. The customer service team responded quickly to tell me the driver had found it and would hand it to their head office. They happily sent my phone back to me by courier and they only charged me the postage cost once they had posted it so they could email me the receipt. They did all of this swiftly and kept me updated by email all the way through. From my experience, they're a really fair and friendly company and I would recommend them without hesitation. My friend also said their prices were really competitive, the best she could find for what we wanted.

We searched for quotes with quite a few companies as we were on a tight budget, but they were offering by far the best price. Also, we got an extra discount just by registering on their site. Our flight had a delay but they checked and the driver was at the airport exactly on time. Can't wait to visit London again and surely I will use these guys once more.

I planned a trip to London with a group of friends and while we were in London we also had plans to visit other countries (day trips) which required us to be up at the crack of dawn. We needed a reliable source to get us to the airport or train station. This company was reliable and they have great communication. If there was something that they needed me to clarify, they did not hesitate to call me. All drivers were professional and got my group and I to our destinations on time. This company has terrible customer service. We booked a car for three passengers with three luggages and was clear on our reservation that it was booked that way. The day they picked us up they wouldn t take us cause their reservation said two bags and wanted us to pay extra in order to take us to the airport although it was clear we booked it the right way. And he tried to claim the car they sent doesn t accommodate the luggage and us when it clearly does without any doubt. Such terrible service and will never use them again.
