They never have trucks available and carlos the guy in the front desk has issues

Ryder truck rental Springfield Ma in my opinion the worst. They said they ordered a part for their truck and it took 2 weeks, but had a problem with me asking for the part. If i can avoid this place I will.

I did Not gave the store the five stars because Mr Luna at the Rental Department is the most unprofessional person for the Job he treats costumers like Garbage I am very surprised that Ryder gave to this person the very Important position that he has Big mistake Ryder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great commercial sized trucks, including refrigerated units.

Worst location to get diesel.Always on the phone. Never pays attention to the driver. Never tries to get them in and out. Worst place to get diesel do not recommend it for anybody. I waited an hour to get diesel. Not one time did you come inside I ll be right with you. It s customer service sucks.
