I've had limited contact with this company I'dd say 6 phone-calls over a few months since purchasing our Sorento hot tub from Homebase.
The Tub although fun to have and use (hoping it lasts its course) is satisfactory and does offer better value that rival options with feature lists.
The customer service though is Shocking! I mean The Pits!
Bad attitudes, talking over you, the worst listeners ever!!!
Our problem has been with the LED lights.When I called to say ours was diminishing led's daily until failure, I asked them to send a replacement so we could return out faulty ones in a package once swapped over. No deal!
They said they had to have them back for testing (PMSL).
So ok Went along with it they said then they had completely re-designed their LED lights due to a common fault with the manufacturing process. And would only be able to send us the newer versions if we waited for them to be delivered to UK, at the time they advised us it would be about 3-4 weeks (In a UK summer that could be the season). ABSOLUTE JOKE!
I received the NEW lights only to find they had taken the cushioning out of the original lighting strip systems. Worked for 24 hours then total failure.
Again back on the phone, same poor attitude, no flexibility, asked for direct replacement to have continuity of use. No deal.
It's now September, two set of lights later, and same issues waiting on a replacement. I'm hoping to make use of the darker nights if they can get a working set back to me.
They've had months to put this right, this is why I'm placing this review.
Your attitude to customers stinks, and your customer service is in the gutter.
I'm considering returning the lot and getting a Lazy-Spa.
