I had a terrible experience with this company. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I would never use their services again.

Extremely poor. Rather than learning from a complaint, reaction was from H.O ' we have to defend ourselves '! Actually they should be listening to tenants, learning..and protecting tenants, not putting themselves first! This, combined with sub contracting, who then further sub contract, makes for very poor housing association. Not recommend to anyone!
