Circle BMW is best in class. Their service team always goes the extra mile to exceed expectations. My experience is based on over 11 years of exclusive service with our Z4 and 330Ci . Rob Heydorn and colleagues are outstanding. This group knows how to solve problems and defines consistency! I would buy again from this dealership exclusively for their service department. It is a pleasure to deal with this team and more importantly have peace of mind on the road.
Earlier this week my wife and I stopped into Circle BMW to get some information regarding our 2015 X5 lease that ends in July. Fortunately we were introduced to Cliff Neubart. Cliff is a real professional. He made us aware of a lease pull ahead program and loyalty incentives that were available to us if we wanted to get a new vehicle now. This afternoon we drove away in our new 2018 X5. Working with Cliff was probably the best car buying experience I can remember. He is knowledgeable, honest, very transparent and has a sense of humor. We were lucky that Cliff was available the day we stopped in. Don't take chances with your luck. I recommend that you ask for Cliff if you are heading to Circle BMW.

Had a great experience with Tim in the service department. I had a lot of special requests while my M3 was in for work, like keeping the car stored indoors when it snowed and saving some old parts / documenting their current condition in the service records. Loaner service was easy. Tim was also very responsive when I called and texted. You'll pay a bit of a premium for service here but the experience will be worth it.
I am usually uncomfortable buying a car. I do not like being pressured. Danny Wong was very personable, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. He did a great job showing me what I was interested in and working within my stated price point. Danny made buying my car a great experience!

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Circle and it was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! Worked with Robert Cavalieri who was the consummate professional to deal with. Drove in from out of state for my purchase and Robert and his team at Circle bent over backwards to make sure we were accommodated and taken care as best as possible. I was highly impressed with the attention to details of the vehicle and their concern for our satisfaction. I highly recommend Robert and the group at Circle. My only issue is living too far for regular servicing from Circle.

Service dept is great, Tim is amazing and so is everyone in service which is why I'm giving it two stars. I leased my first BMW in the past from this dealership but switched to another BMW for the next two due to lack of customer service. I went back again at the end of my current lease to give it another shot and was unfortunately once again disappointed. I felt like a number instead of a cared for consumer, and being in a customer service industry I know how important it is to not do that. Not to mention the amount of salespersons with their masks hanging off their ears didn't make me feel that great either. Wish them well, but I won't be coming back soon to lease. I highly recommend going to them for servicing, but that's about it.
My best car buying experience so far, thanks to Cliff Neubart! He was very helpful from the initial contact and up until a car pickup three days later. I chose Cliff s strait and honest offer over another dealership's slightly lower price, because I felt extremely satisfied with the way he handled my request and further l felt confident I will not have any "surprises" when signing the final documents. The numbers on the lease agreement were exactly as promised by Cliff.

Very rude service department receptionist. What dealership tells you they can't give you any info on the type of windshield you have unless your the original owner. Go learn how to be more customer friendly and actually put in some effort in response to a simple question!
This is the first time I am writing a review for a car dealership, but I could not pass up the opportunity to express my thanks to the whole Circle BMW team.
Our experience started with meeting Robert Cavalieri who was extremely professional really listened to our story and went above and beyond for a week to find exactly what we needed.
I never once had to follow up with Robert because he proactively kept me in the loop.
On the day of my exciting car pick up (M240i xdrive!!) I expected hours worth of waiting around and prepared accordingly. This had been my experience twice before at other dealership including a BMW dealership not to far from Circle.
Within the hour we were handed off to Hon Fung who was also another amazing team member. His positive and energetic personality made me even more excited for my new car. He moved fast and took extra steps to help us get just the right financing arrangement.
As if these folks trained on the side, we were smoothly handed back to Robert who introduced us immediately to Brian Valentine who gave me an overview of my new car and sent us on our way.
Funny, Im sure not planned, but Frank and Robert happened to be outside when we drove away and they actually waved us off which really culminated into a wonderful experience.

Danny M Wong is a fantastic person and sales pro! He and Sales Mgr Tim Cahill were there for me every step of the way! Danny is nice and handles the price negotiation fairly, is very experienced and knowledgeable, and precise with ordering the vehicle. I'm going to Freehold BMW to make my purchase. Walked right out of this dealership when a sleazy salesman told me (before running an application) that he wasn't able to provide financing for me and my fiancee - what was even worse is I had the $5K check for a down payment in my purse. Clearly they didn't want to sell me the car. Next time, they should have more class and acknowledge buyers who are ready to make a purchase. Freehold will get my business now.
I would like to share my first experience at Circle bmw. I recently moved here and had to stop in for a few parts for my old M5. As I walked into the service center I was greeted by a younger gentleman who directed me to the parts counter and he was very courteous, however on my way out I watched as two older service advisors were screaming at each other and pounding their desks like gorillas, I would have believed I was on a safari trip. I really hope there is a better dealership nearby.
Tom Albut is the guy I go to all the time. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Goes above and beyond to help his customers. I'm beyond satisfied!
Horrible customer service. My husband and I went car shopping tonight and we were barely greeted. When the receptionist finally got around to greeting us she asked us if we needed help. We stated that we did and then waited....patiently... with our 3 and 5 year old...until no one came ...and we got back in our suv and drove to another dealership. Apparently everyone who was working is doing so as a hobby and not concerned about making a commission. Or maybe was it because we were young and being judged? Piece of advice ...if anyone comes in with little kids to car shop it is not for fun...it s to actually purchase something. I ll gladly take my 1K monthly payment elsewhere.

I've been shopping around for several weeks, going from dealership to dealership with no luck on finding the car that was the right fit for me. I was also extremely unhappy with the way the other dealerships treated me, possibly thinking that I wasn't a serious customer. My last stop was Circle BMW where I was connected with Clifford Neubart who not only took me seriously but really listened to what I wanted and needed. I knew I was right when I decided to talk to the high ranked staff in the dealership about Mr Robert Bilek, and that is also confirmed after reading the reviews posted here. First of all, I don't usually write reviews but, when I do it, I do it for a valid reason, and I try to be as fair as honestly possible. My overall experience with this dealership and personnel is one of, if not the best one.

The service guy was not nice and unprofessional.
He was treading me like a 3rd class citizen because I didn't buy my car at their dealer.
I took my keys back and I took my car to STS tire center they took 30 minutes compared to the 90 minutes that the BMW estimated
The very bad experience I had with Circle BMW. I was shopping to lease a BMW X2 xDrive28i when one of the Circle BMW s client advisors, Tathiana, reached out to me on 10/17/19. After answering few questions she had, and some back and forth via email, she sent me a quote. The quote was for a car listed on their web site for $37,888. It was a loaner with about 4,000 miles, which I agreed to. In her quote she stated, on 10/18/19, that the payment per month was $455.60 including taxes and fees and that the amount due at signing was only the first month payment of $455.60, no other charges. On 10/21/19 she also sent a Vehicle Retail Order with the same details listed above and also asking for a non-refundable deposit of $500. The Vehicle Retail Order clear states that the deposit is not refundable. During my email correspondence with Tathiana, I had asked all along for few financial details about the lease, including the Adjusted Cap Cost, Residual Value, Taxes, all the fees and of course the monthly payment. That information would have allowed me to calculate the Rent Charge, the Money Factor and essentially cross-checking if all the numbers provided did match or not. When she finally provided some of these numbers, they didn t compute. At that point I asked Tathiana to provide a copy of the vehicle lease agreement with all of the financial details. I was confident, at that point, that there was no way they could play any game. I was wrong. The day after ,on 10/22/19, I requested a copy of the lease agreement, on 10/22/19, Tathiana sent me another email saying that someone put a deposit on the car and the car was in the process of being sold! Surprise, surprise. She did not even bother offering any apologies and she went straight into offering to look for another car, which I declined. On 10/23/19, Tathiana sent me a SMS -she did sent me a lot of SMS in addition to the email messages- stating that the potential buyer of the car did not qualify and the car was back in the market. Again, surprise, surprise. Regardless, I reiterated to Tathiana that in order for me to send any deposit, she had to send me a copy of the lease agreement, take or leave. On 10/24/19, she finally sent the lease agreement and as expected the numbers told a very different story! The monthly payment was still $455, but the amount due at signing was now $3,705 instead of $455. Big difference, isn t it! Even the tax calculation was wrong. In their favor of course. Needless to say, I told Tathiana to go and take a hike. Another very bad experience with another car dealership.

Bryan was extremely professional, and pleasant to work with replaced both my Parking lights not just one, and some one had hit my car in the back the day before, no dents just small paint scratches and Bryan had the detailing team wax it out a little which helped the appearance so much which was a great surprise!!then gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the bumper if I really wanted the texture gone. Also gave me a free car wash voucher aswell because their location was under construction. Overall the attention to customers is amazing and very accommodating I highly recommend working with them at this location!!!

First class all the way! Circle BMW got me into a pre-owned 2011 328i xdrive and I could not be happier with my experience. I contacted Richard, the pre-owned sales manager, about the car on a Tuesday and was driving it off the lot the following Saturday. I live in Boston and Richard did a great job of working with me throughout the week to get a rate and quote that I was happy with. On Saturday, I arrived at the dealership around 2pm and was already back on the road home by 4pm. The car could not have been in better shape, beautifully detailed and the interior looked like no one had ever sat in it! I'm loving this car and I'm very excited to be able to drive it for the next few years.

I have been going to Circle for over 10 years now and the service has been first class. I didn't think it was possible to get any better, however, just picked up an X5 for my wife and the experience was great. Robert Cavalieri is a fairly new BMW salesman but you would never know by his knowledge of the BMW line and his great passion for the car. It felt like he was a good friend selling me a car and not a salesman at all. His interpersonal skills are great and he had tremendous knowledge of financing options. You can tell he was a former Wall Street guy, like me. I recommend Circle and any one of their very capable sales folks, however, in my personal experience, go with Robert, he ROCKS.

First off, I'd like to thank Cliff for helping me with my purchase of a pre-owned 428i. He was very patient with me the whole entire time and have been extremely helpful. Found a pristine used Subaru out of state for a great price but was worried about the transaction because of the distance. Melvin Kling made it easy for me. Worst experience ever. The manager is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. He made me feel terrible. I went to the dealership to buy a loaner x5 they offered me a price which was the same for buying the new car even though I agreed we were at a $200 difference they were not willing to give up on that.Freehold offerd me a brand new X5 at the same price which they were offering for the loaner one. Then when i asked to see and test drive the 2019 x5 they brought it in the front for me to see and suddenly the same manger came out and told his employee to lock the car up. This is not how you treat your customers. Freehold got my business because of their good customer service. Highly disappointed by this dealership.
