First off, I'd like to thank Cliff for helping me with my purchase of a pre-owned 428i. He was very patient with me the whole entire time and have been extremely helpful. He's not like any other sales person you see at the other dealership. Cliff is willing to listen to my needs and custom tailor everything to make my purchase easy and simple. I honestly have not seen another sales person like that, someone who can make you feel so comfortable working with him. There's absolutely no mind-games or shady act during the whole process. I'd also like to thank Phu for working with me on the price and the delivery manager who showed me everything about the car. I would definitely recommenced this dealership to everyone and hopefully i'd be there again in the near future for another BMW. Have not yet take my car there for service, but hopefully the service department is as good as the sales department. I wish everyone of you a happy New year!
