This dealership took my down payment on a car and then tried to get me to sign a purchase order for more than we agreed upon. So when I called them out on it they took my money and sold the car to someone else. The General Manager Barry Lamb is the one that told me that they were sorry and that it happened before I put the money down. I was going to leave this alone once I finally got my money back, but that was two weeks ago and now the car is still for sale at the dealership with a higher price tag on it. They did not want to deal with me since I am a deployed soldier and wasn't about to let them rip me off. I am sure they will say this never happened, like all the other negative reviews on this dealership. The fact is I did this all over email and have records of the entire process, from when there receptionist Jessica Ehlers failed to send me the information that I asked for, or set me up with a sales person for 4 days to the sales person Clifford Neubart who quoted me an out the door price and then tried to nickel and dime the price back up to well over what we had agreed upon.
Worked with Ed and Carlos who were a great team and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The service was awesome! Would definitely come back for our next BMW!

Friendly staff, firm but polite. I had to go all the home to get a piece of paper because they wanted up to date documents, which is fair and valid but was clearly and totally unnecessary.
Regardless, they were following their protocol, which means you can replace the person with a machine so why even have them there?

I purchased my certified pre-owned 2015 BMW 328i xdrive from Circle BMW and I had a great experience. I worked with Ed Garrigal and he made the experience very easy. I came in knowing what I wanted, the pricing was competitive and everyone at the dealership couldn't be nicer.
We had Ray in service help us on a Saturday afternoon. I called about 2-1/2 hours before close and he got me in for new tires damaged by puncture. Likely the best dealer service we every had. Took my info and had me in my way in about 8 minutes and car was repaired same day. I think the crew stayed after 3pm to help us out. One tire had a bad lug lock which he covered under warrenty without being asked. The dealer I bought the car from only does that if I ask to remove form the bill. Next BMW I buy from circle.

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. spoke to a lady there about a car they had on their used car lot on the phone on wednesday and told her i was coming on saturday to look at the car. Drove an hour and 40 minutes on saturday to find out they sold the car and didnt tell me! Terrible dealership and complete waste of my time.

I was traveling to NJ from out of state and on my way home found I had a bubble in my tire. The closest BMW dealership was in Eatontown so I called and luckily they had a tire in stock and were able to take me right away. When I arrived Paul Starnes was assigned to my case . Paul was exceptional to work with , he was extremely professional and was able to get my tire replaced quickly so I could get on the road.

This dealership is absolutely trash. My mom and I went in today to look for a new BMW for her, as her current 3 series' lease is ending. We stood at the dealership for a solid 15-20 minutes walking around and looking at the cars and assumed someone would ask us what we were looking at or what we were interested in. Not a single person talked to us or offered to have us look at a vehicle. One lady literally made eye contact with me 5-10 times and still didn't say a word. She even took a phone call and walked away as if we were invisible. The car salesmen there are pompous neanderthals who couldn't sell a free car. The profiling in that dealership is horrendous and just because we did not look like we could afford the cars there, we most definitely can. Next time take care of your customers instead of treating them like garbage.

Just drove a new 328ix off the lot and it was a great experience. I went into the dealership with all defenses up waiting for the hard-sell when all I wanted was a test drive...the opposite happened! This review is for the guy name TERRY at the Parts Department. He was so grumpy and rude. I was purchasing rivets for the wheel well. I showed him the picture of what kind of oem rivets i have in my car. He gave me a different rivets and insisted that's the only rivets showing in their computer. Rather than trying to help me, he was grumpy and showing attitude that was not typical of people working in customer service. I told him I already came here before and that's why i brought the picture of the rivers that i need. That's the only time he tried to look for the rivets that i need. Terry should not be put in front to deal with customers if he's got attitude... HE SHOULD BE WORKING IN THE BACK FILING UP THOSE PARTS. I CAN'T STAND GRUMPY, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. Hope management will deal with this rotten tomato which will give negative impact on Circle BMW reputation.

Going for service, even with BMW's $0 maintenance program is a daunting thought. Each time I walked in, even at 7:30 AM, Bob greeted me with an extended hand, a warm smile and an even warmer disposition. I unfortunately just moved over an hour away from the dealership so coming in for service will be tough and I'm disappointed about that as I found a place I trust. Highly recommend Bob and Circle BMW.
Really great experience purchasing a new (and custom) 440i at Circle BMW. My salesperson Robert Cavalieri was great and helpful in selecting my options and Zach was helpful with helping me make some decisions I kept going back and forth over (Like the wheels and interior details, he was a big help!) Finally I can forget Bob Datri in the service department. I just met him when I was building my new car, told him the issues I've had with the turbos on my '08 335xi (on my 3rd set) and he really worked hard to help me out and make that situation better for me. You can tell just from talking to Bob he cares about not only the cars he works on but the owners and he understands that some of us really love the cars we drive. (and want to keep em on the road) :-)

Excellent service when I went to test drive the car. Salesman, Mike, was very patient and explained how the car worked without being condescending. When I returned to pick up my car, a rep walked me through the car's features and made sure I understood everything he covered.

I have purchased 4 BMWs from Circle BMW and ALWAYS have an exceptional experience. The sales and service advisors are fantastic, very courteous and knowledgeable. Because of my experience I have recommended 5 people to this dealership, they either leased or purchased and all said they had a positive experience. I highly recommend Circle BMW for your purchase or service!!
I normally hate purchasing a car, but my recent purchase at Circle BMW proved that there is at least on "shining star" out there. We considered AUDI (A5), BMW(430i), LEXUS(GS350), and Acura(TLX).
After several trips to each dealership the race quickly narrowed to BMW and AUDI with BMW winning in the end. Both contenders were admirable cars with solid reputations that would be totally acceptable but BMW took the edge for the following reasons:
1. Clifford Neubart, our Client Avisor, was extremely knowledgeable w.r.t. the product lines, very frieldly, and made you feel that meeting your "needs" were his primary objective. I'm very skeptical when a sales "rep" tries to "bad mount" competition to win a sale; there was none of this with Cliff.
2. Technology - I believe BMW has the edge. I have an engineering background and the man/machine interfaces and ergonomics are extremely well designed. There is virtually nothing in the cabin that is not nessary to the operation of the vehicle.
3. Great selection/inventory of BMWs...this definitely enabled us to pick the color, options, etc.
4. Great Location (Audi was also about 20 min drive from our house).
5. Looks...really a great looking car...especially with the top down!
All-in-all, I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a new our used quality auto. Enjoy....and good shopping!

Helpful and efficient customer service but repair costs are higher than other repair shops. Easy process to book appointments online and they gave me a brand new x3 for a loaner.
