I have been going to Circle for over 10 years now and the service has been first class. I didn't think it was possible to get any better, however, just picked up an X5 for my wife and the experience was great. Robert Cavalieri is a fairly new BMW salesman but you would never know by his knowledge of the BMW line and his great passion for the car. It felt like he was a good friend selling me a car and not a salesman at all. His interpersonal skills are great and he had tremendous knowledge of financing options. You can tell he was a former Wall Street guy, like me. I recommend Circle and any one of their very capable sales folks, however, in my personal experience, go with Robert, he ROCKS.
