I would like to share my first experience at Circle bmw. I recently moved here and had to stop in for a few parts for my old M5. As I walked into the service center I was greeted by a younger gentleman who directed me to the parts counter and he was very courteous, however on my way out I watched as two older service advisors were screaming at each other and pounding their desks like gorillas, I would have believed I was on a safari trip. I really hope there is a better dealership nearby.
