untrustworthy used car dealership...they just dont inspect or cars before putting them for sale just put them on there with all the issues and hope they sell..buyer beware

Cliff was my sales rep and he was very helpful, and not pushy at all. He made sure I understood what I was getting with the car. The dealership also does a tutorial about all the car s features upon delivery. I was impressed by this - I don t remember getting such a detailed walk through of my first couple cars.

I went in to Circle looking at the new 4 series convertible and I got to work with John Marchetti looking for a new car. He was very informative and straightforward in his approach which made me choose this dealership over a competitor as I felt confident in the information I was given from John. Also, everyone at the dealership including Frank the sales manager and the head of service took very good care of me. The car had a small problem with the window when I went to pick it up and they had it fixed within a couple of hours and gave me a gift to boot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new BMW.

I had an amazing experience with Circle BMW. Our sales rep, Jim, was incredibly attentive, helpful, and engaged. Worst BMW dealership in the nation. Won't accept my BMW after my lease is up because "we don't have room on our lot." As soon as they found out that I was not buying a car from them, I was treated like garbage. Three years of being a paying customer of BMW apparently doesn't mean a thing. I will never do business with BMW again because of Circle BMW. Added: Owner tried to sound all reasonable below in asking me to return the car i paid over $40,000 in lease payments for to the dealership I leased it from. I explained that was in Nevada. All BMW dealerships must accept their cars when the lease is up. People cant move when they get a BMW? I had all these conversations with staff and still they blew me off. That Circle did not live up to its contractural obligations with its own company tells you all you need to know about their integrity. That the they would dishonor their own brand is pathetic. At Circle BMW you get the circle alright ... the old run around.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The salesman, Cliff was accommodating and informative. Very professional. They also accommodated my schedule. All in all a very positive car buying experience.

I would never return to this dealership after the service I received here. I was interested in a 328i with xdrive and when I first walked in I dealt with Lenn. Instead of answering the questions that I had he just talked about the different vehicles that there were specials on. When I asked him for a price of a 328i per month on a lease he told me that the programs at the dealership were changing and wouldn't be able to get me any information but said he would call me back later in the day. I received no phone call. I called back the next day he was not in and I spoke to someone named either Bob or Rob who was very condescending. When I asked him if he could give me numbers for a 328i he huffed and made it as if he were doing me a favor. After he quoted me his numbers I asked him if he would either match or beat the quotes I got from BMW in Freehold and Open Road BMW in Edison and he told me that there was no way he could match those prices and then said to me that I was confused and there was no way that the 328i I was quoted on by the other dealerships was anywhere near the price of the one that Circle BMW had. When I checked prices later on the 328i from circle less than the 328 at Open Road and Freehold but Circle BMW wanted more money per month on a lease with he same terms of 2500 down plus fees due at signing for 36 months. My advice is to skip this dealership and go to Freehold or Open Road because the quality of salesman at circle is very low and the inventory just cannot compete with the inventory that Freehold and Open Road keeps. It's too bad because this dealership is the one closest to where I live and was highly regarded by a coworker. Too good to be true I suppose.

I had the pleasure of working with Cliff Neubart and the team at Circle BMW for a lease transition yesterday. First, Circle BMW is great. And, working with Cliff was like working with the owner of the dealership in terms of his knowledge...but at the same time Cliff is a very humble person. Our consideration began several months ago, and Cliff guided me towards a path out of an over mileage lease that was beneficial to me...and not about seeing the best way to getting as much money out of me as possible. Much appreciated Cliff and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

No one wears a mask inside the building at all. Had to wait outside the entire time while my car was worked on to feel safe.

I had given up on BMW because of my recent horrible experience with Ray Catena BMW of freehold. I was considering to go to other dealerships to find my next car. PERFECTION. In today s online car market, the dealerships that you come by are far from what used to be. In our search for a vehicle, we saw the very worst searching through car dealerships and then out from the dark clouds arrived Circle BMW and Robert Cavalieri, our sales person. I knew from my first call to Circle BMW that this dealership stood out from the rest I called early in the morning before business hours to inquire about their online listing and fully expected to just leave a message for a call back. Instead, I was surprised and honestly very impressed to be able to speak directly to Robert. Robert is a dedicated professional who delivered an experience that far exceeded all of our expectations. Robert is trustworthy, caring and completely committed to providing customers with an outstanding experience. He promotes the BMW brand and experience in everything that he does and I am so grateful for his service and that he answered my call early that morning. The entire Circle BMW team welcomed us like dear friends and when we left we truly felt like family and we know they will be with us every mile along the way if we ever need them. There is a spirit amongst the staff there from the top manager (who also was so very kind and welcoming!) to the sales team to Tony from finance (who is by far the very best in class BMW finance rep that I have worked with) to the very friendly and courteous valet that I met outside, to the rep in Service who was outstanding and who patiently and thoroughly went over in great detail all of the maintenance records with me. We literally drove away from the dealership in our new car, my kids and I smiling from ear to ear. I cannot thank you all enough for what you all did for us and although you are almost an hour from our house, based on our experience with you, we are going to exclusively use Circle BMW Service to maintain our three BMW vehicles and will certainly be back for our next BMW purchase.

Bought a used car from here and had a nice experience. The dealer is really open aired inside and feels welcoming. Sales desk surround the exterior wall so it feels really open inside and you can see the new hotness BMW offers. When I walked in I wasn't approached right away and after a minute or two someone asked if I needed help. The sales woman was nice and got right what I wanted to see and didn't waste time, which I liked. We took the car for a test drive and she encouraged me to test the brakes and test the car out a bit. She was able to answer most of my questions pertaining to the tech. features of the car and gave me additional info about the car and the dealer. No pressure and was a nice experience.
We returned to the dealer and we talked some more and I said I was still looking and I would be in touch. I ended up buying the car from here as they DO NOT have any hidden fees. No "nitro" fees or window etching fees to help hike the price of the vehicle up. Not all dealers do it but I was dealing with 5 other dealers and 3 of them did have some other fees that raised the price of the car.
While talking to the finance guy, he told me that I would have to keep the auto load for 6 months before paying it off or I would suffer a penalty, he couldn't tell me how much it was though. I get a letter from the bank 2 weeks after I purchase the car and speak with a rep over the phone from Wells Fargo and she informed me that there are NO penalties for paying off early and the reason dealers may tell customers to hold the loan for a certain time frame is so the dealer can make a "bonus" or credit from the bank. I thought the finance guy was on my side till I heard about this. I understand dealers need to make money but to lie to a customer face is pretty ballsy and not something I like.
I was looking forward to bringing my car here to be serviced but with the finance person misinforming me this may change.

Better then a Fine dining experience , I took my car in for service and meet Bryan Raiken a true professional , his knowledge and understanding of my needs was refreshing, he guided me to the best plan to service my car and to make sure I wasnt spending money unnecessarily actually saved me money !!! when I came to pick up my car I meet the service manage Bob Dietri , spending 3 minutes with Bob told the whole story he runs a seamless operation from the minute you drop your car off to the minute you pick it up , after I finished paying the bill my car was pulled up completely cleaned air conditioning on and MINTS in my center console, I have to thank you Circle BMW for being my neighbor and service our community I applaud you !!! GREAT JOB !!!

Trying to find a reliable, well built sports car had started to become tedious. After going to circle BMW and looking at some of the cars I decided to speak with one of the sales representatives. I spoke with the sales rep, Tathiana and it didn't take long until i was convinced. Im still looking for the right car but so far BMW has all the other's beat. The sales staff was very friendly but Tathiana seemed to truly enjoy talking with me and I never felt as though she was trying to push a sale in my face. I will definitely be looking into a new BMW soon.

I met Mel Kling at the Used Cars department a month ago and purchased a Wrangler Sahara. Yes! Not a BMW. My experience with Mel initially led me to buy the car rather than with the Jeep Dealerships in the area (there are two). Being in a customer centric industry myself I was very jaded with attempting to locate a Wrangler worth buying.....salespeople treat us like idiots and waste our time for the most part.
My husband and I had the best car purchasing experience ever. Mel is very very good as he does not try to sell the car. The cars on the lot really sell themselves as they look new and are all in very good condition whatever the brand. Mel facilitated the purchase from start to finish in an extremely professional manner as did his counterparts during the paperwork process. I never felt pressured or manipulated in buying the car at any stage of the process.
I took the car home and discovered (as with many Wranglers) water came through from somewhere.
Mel and his team acted immediately upon my complaint and the car went to Jeep to see a water specialist who has hopefully fixed the issue. I felt compelled to write a lengthy review as it is so difficult to have a pleasant experience buying a car whether it is new or used and I would definitely recommend buying a car with Circle BMW. It is salesmen like Mel who make a difference.
I would also like to compliment the people who answer the phone at Circle BMW. Well spoken and a very helpful, pleasant manner.
If I was in the market for a new BMW, I would also purchase it from them as my experience when in the main showroom was very positive. For years I went to some other BMW dealership which was ok but I'm so glad I switched to Circle BMW where i had so much better service from sales with Robert Cavalieri and service with Paul Starns .

From our first phone call speaking with Mark Militello to signing papers with Rodney Duran, it was, by far, the best car buying experience we ever had. Mark was honest, straight forward, and a completely professional car sales person, just a pleasure to deal with. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. When it came time to financing, it was unlike most car buying experiences. We didn't have to spend hours playing games, paperwork went smoothly with no surprises. Rodney had paperwork prepared and was able to obtain an incredible interest rate. Overall, we would highly recommend Circle BMW to anyone.
