This is the first time I am writing a review for a car dealership, but I could not pass up the opportunity to express my thanks to the whole Circle BMW team.
Our experience started with meeting Robert Cavalieri who was extremely professional really listened to our story and went above and beyond for a week to find exactly what we needed.
I never once had to follow up with Robert because he proactively kept me in the loop.
On the day of my exciting car pick up (M240i xdrive!!) I expected hours worth of waiting around and prepared accordingly. This had been my experience twice before at other dealership including a BMW dealership not to far from Circle.
Within the hour we were handed off to Hon Fung who was also another amazing team member. His positive and energetic personality made me even more excited for my new car. He moved fast and took extra steps to help us get just the right financing arrangement.
As if these folks trained on the side, we were smoothly handed back to Robert who introduced us immediately to Brian Valentine who gave me an overview of my new car and sent us on our way.

Funny, Im sure not planned, but Frank and Robert happened to be outside when we drove away and they actually waved us off which really culminated into a wonderful experience.
