I scheduled a appointment with Cliff Neubart over the phone. When I arrived he had preselected a number of cars from what I described to him from our phone conversation. We looked at the different cars and I was easily able to make my pick. This was accomplished quickly. It was a pleasure to work with Robert Cavalieri especially during this COVID period of time. My lease was coming to an end, he made the transition to my new vehicle easy. I was in and out of the dealership quickly. The level of professionalism was top notch.
This dealership took my down payment on a car and then tried to get me to sign a purchase order for more than we agreed upon. So when I called them out on it they took my money and sold the car to someone else. The General Manager Barry Lamb is the one that told me that they were sorry and that it happened before I put the money down. I was going to leave this alone once I finally got my money back, but that was two weeks ago and now the car is still for sale at the dealership with a higher price tag on it. They did not want to deal with me since I am a deployed soldier and wasn't about to let them rip me off. I am sure they will say this never happened, like all the other negative reviews on this dealership. The fact is I did this all over email and have records of the entire process, from when there receptionist Jessica Ehlers failed to send me the information that I asked for, or set me up with a sales person for 4 days to the sales person Clifford Neubart who quoted me an out the door price and then tried to nickel and dime the price back up to well over what we had agreed upon. It is kind of funny that they did this to me seeming that I had a preapproved loan through USAA for over 10,000 more than what they were asking for the car. I hope they never sell that car, and I found another vehicle elsewhere with better options for less money. Shop elsewhere if you don't want to get screwed. This was for a 2014 BMW x5 with the stock#9434.

After work one day during the summer my mom surprised me with a brand new 328i xDrive. She told me that she worked with a wonderful client advisor named Tathiana that gave me an awesome deal for a lease that no one could refuse. She made my dreams of owning a BMW come true. Recently went to this dealership on RT 36 to look at leasing a new BMW. The building looks like it s falling apart with all sorts of stuff hanging off the outside of the building. I tried to get someone to help me but no one greeted me or even picked up their head to acknowledge my presence. Ended up going to freehold and had an amazing experience.

Growing up in New Jersey and working in retail stores I have had my fair share of rude customers and rude sales associates. When I went with my parents though to find a car at Circle BMW we were pleasantly surprised when we came in contact with Tathiana. She was an excellent client advisor and helped us to understand why BMW's are such amazing cars. My dad ended up purchasing a car that we know will last for years to come and has surprisingly done very well especially with the amount of snow we have had this winter. I've been a happy BMW owner for many years now. I wanted to say that a lot of that loyalty is because my Service Manager is Robert Heydorn. I have never met a more honest Service Manager at any dealership I've ever been to in my 27 years of driving. He provides detailed explanations of what is happening at the moment with my vehicle and what could potentially happen if I wait to get certain items fixed. He educates the customer and let's the customer decide how/if to address the car's problem. Not pushy at all. He goes above and beyond to make sure EACH time I enter the service department, it's like the first time I've ever been there and I feel like a true VIP 7 series owner. My BMW X-3 needed the coolant fluid topped off so we went to Circle BMW on Saturday. My lease expiration was coming up at the end of the year so we decided to stop into the showroom and see what might be a replacement. We met Cliff Neubart and started discussing cars. Cliff took the time to ask and listen to what we wanted in a new vehicle, and what we were comfortable spending. We test drove 3 different models and Cliff worked up numbers on all 3. The Sales poeple were so rude!! I was returning my BMW lease but not getting another one until I return my Rang Rover. They told me I could just drop it off with the keys and books anytime. I made arrangments with a relative to pick me up after I dropped it off. I got there at 7:30 after work and no one was there to check me out. I asked if I could leave the car and come back tomorrow because I couldnt get a ride back anyother time this week. They told me to return it to Edison where I got it! They said take your keys and get off the lot! We purchased BMWs for 30 years many form Circle but we will never be back there again. Steven and Dave were not available and took a week to return my call!

Terrible customer service! I brought my BMW back for a airbag recall after I picked it up I later noticed the airbag light was on. I went back and they wanted to charge me a $160 diagnosis fee. Needless to say my light is still on.

At circle BMW has changed my perception of car salesmen! I went and got quotes at 2 other dealerships prior to approaching cliff and he was just as honest as they come from the start. My previous dealership, where I thought I was getting a great deal really bounced me back and forth whereas cliff gave me his best deal up front. Not knowing who he was, I went back to my old dealership with his deal and they said they could only match it. Given Cliff s honesty and from being an overall Mench, I decided to go with Him. When I got to the dealership he surprised me with 2 cars. One we made the deal on, and another that happened to even be less in payments. As if things couldn t get any better, the dealership took care of all finance, insurance, licensing, everything everything- all right there as I waited. They even gave me a cool circle bmw hat :)

Place is a joke, they don't care about hygiene at all. The mechanic touched my seat controls, idrive, and door handles....non of which were disinfected before giving back to me a few weeks ago when in for service. Also I watched the mechanic while working on my car. He stopped to change batteries in his tool, wouldn't you start the job with a full battery??!??! So inconvenienced I won't be returning, I cant even. Also the flag out front is in poor condition, can they not afford to replace it? So disrespectful.
I have seen articles saying that people would rather have a root canal than buy a car. Cliff and the staff at Circle BMW made this a painless. Cliff was in touch with me even after the initial purchase.

You re absolutely right I did forget to mention I was attempting to trade in a lease with over a year worth of payments. You know what your company failed to do? Apologize for for making me feel unwelcomed or inclined to purchase a car. I honestly could have made it work but felt as if I never wanted to return to that dealer. I m a loyal car buyer and very vocal about a bad experience. A better business model would be to apologize rather than offer a rebuttal to an unsatisfied customer. Another dealer gave me a similar price but in the end I really felt they tried their hardest to give me the best price, something your company failed to do.

Dave Laconte was the gentleman who demonstrated all of the car s features & electronics and he taught me many things I likely never would have figured out on my own. He too was patient and calm and extremely knowledgeable about the car and its many systems. If I had a question he didn t know the answer to, he made sure to find out for me. The service and attention to detail was impressive. He even found a pair of sunglasses in a compartment I d forgotten existed on my old car and made sure I had them. Same for other personal items I d left in the car by mistake. It was a very nice touch!

I would never buy a BMW again. I used them as they were close to where I moved. The service is not pleasant unless you bought your car there and they reminded me of that every time I went for service. They were not timely in servicing the car and there were occasions they had to wait for parts and did not notify us. So they had the car for days. Service was not always successful in solving problems. I ended going elsewhere for service and got rid of the car as soon as the lease was up even though I would otherwise had gotten a new BMW locally.
I rented a 328i on our last vacation to Florida, and was impressed enough with the look and performance that I took the next step and visited Circle BMW on a recommendation from my niece, who drives a 328i from the same dealership. My wife and I were introduced to Robert Cavalieri. I now have the car I wanted, in the color that I wanted, at a price that their competitors could never beat. It was an all around excellent experience, and would highly recommend Circle BMW, and Robert, to anyone interested in any of models in the BMW series.

Cliff worked some magic and got me approved for a vehicle even with my bad credit. I didn't get a red car like I initially wanted to but I'm so happy with my purchase! I got a 5 series Bmw which is better than the original car that I wanted to get. The car is still beautiful "Black on Black" and Im also going to get my car wrapped to change the exterior color. They sold me on tire warranty. Got a flat tire after running over debri in road and they tell me tire is not covered because it is worn. Give me a break. I wonder how many people they pull this scam on.

Mario Lisi was very patient with me and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. Ultimately decided to go with a 528i which I absolutely love! Mario worked with me to get me the price I wanted and walked out of there about 45 minutes later with my new car!!
