Had a great experience with Tim in the service department. I had a lot of special requests while my M3 was in for work, like keeping the car stored indoors when it snowed and saving some old parts / documenting their current condition in the service records. Loaner service was easy. Tim was also very responsive when I called and texted. You'll pay a bit of a premium for service here but the experience will be worth it.
