Horrible customer service. My husband and I went car shopping tonight and we were barely greeted. When the receptionist finally got around to greeting us she asked us if we needed help. We stated that we did and then waited....patiently... with our 3 and 5 year old...until no one came ...and we got back in our suv and drove to another dealership. Apparently everyone who was working is doing so as a hobby and not concerned about making a commission. Or maybe was it because we were young and being judged? Piece of advice ...if anyone comes in with little kids to car shop it is not for fun...it s to actually purchase something. I ll gladly take my 1K monthly payment elsewhere.
