Dealing with Cliff at Circle BMW was taking a breath of fresh air. In comparison to other dealerships, he wasn t aggressive and stay connected with me via email/text message. Giving me a constant update and answering any questions I had. He was a straight shooter and highly professional from phones calls to standing at the entrance with a handshake welcoming me to the dealership.
