Chime is really a good place to work if you simply do what it is that needs to be done. No company is perfect. Call centers tend to have policies that not only stem from the call center itself, but from the client partner as well. Its an easy going company. Now, What I do want to ask that poses a problem for myself and my friend who actually experienced it is your recruiter, who s name I won t say but will say it begins with an E getting to close to the young women in chime.

Being Honest. Was in need of income ASAP, this place was COMPLETELY unorganized. Asked to start work one week but said the training class was full so those of us that traveled to come could come back next week on the same day. Pay check was not prompt, even when we provided our Account Info for direct deposit 1 week before the start date.
The Chime trainers were not well informed, Ms. Suzette was however. Alight Trainers were great. The pay is very low considering the work you will have to do *smh*. And being in training ALL (9:30am-6pm) day with a 30 min lunches + two 15 min breaks is not enough time to conduct business of your own (was in the middle of moving). Bring your lunch because going to the Mall's food court is waste when you don't have enough time to eat. Again, it was a paycheck dur9ng the difficult time. I appreciate those that were professional. That is all I can say.

I was employed at Chimes for almost a year working...

I was employed at Chimes for almost a year working on the UPS project. When I first started I was very happy to join their team, but how they did me in the end was completely wrong. I went through about three managers before getting this fourth manager by the name of Michelle. While over there I kept getting paper to sign out the blue on issues with calls. I never had issues with my calls beforehand and to be terminated within a couple of months due to work performance after being there almost a year felt like a set up. I felt like they were coming for me to get me out that door for whatever reason. I only came to work to do my job, so how do I get terminated on job performance...very confusing. I remember the day they terminated me that it was very unprofessional to see someone in the leadership position as Kenyatta just smile so much while getting me out their office. I don't care what no one say...it was more going on behind that, but thanks Chimes for terminating me. If management have sneaky individuals like that I definitely want no parts in that company and when one door closes...several will open. Good riddens and people be careful working here. It's all about management on different projects...some areas we went to had people smiling and happy to be there, but that project I was on was negative and underpaid for the stress on those calls.

In the beginning I was very excited to be an employee and watch the company grow as a whole. From the staff and structure that is put before you, it makes you have hope and feel like you belong to a family. Overtime being employed there, I started to see things in a different light which became very upsetting. Not going to go into too much detail but I was not very happy when I was terminated due to an unfair circumstance. This place is good for ppl starting out in the field but if you have already had some experience and know how things should go, I would not recommend you waste your time with this company. There s so much work that needs to be done internally and then maybe it ll be up to par. Do your research beforehand, I wish I would ve done so myself and saved myself from mishaps here. Be blessed everyone.

I want to say how unprofessional and unorganized Chime Solutions is. On November 4th, I was supposed to go to the office to do training in the office for one day. The whole class was supposed to take the equipment home. Unfortunately, Chime Solution did not have the equipment ready for us to work from home. The class was told to have a sidebar if we could not be in the office for the rest of those days. So, I pulled my training manager (KENYATTA BROWN) to the side and informed him that my kids are doing virtual and that they don't require any help but not at the age where they can stay at home. With no sympathy, I was just told you know the answer. I was also told i would be in the scheduling department when I received the call. Chime Solutions is unprofessional at best. If your desperate, start and be on the lookout for another job. Very unorganized Company.

I love the energy of the people. Employees have a sense of belonging and that they matter. The company just completed a company wide performance competition. This brought excitement to the team as everyone was involved from the CSRs to the senior managers. It was good healthy competition, The company also believes in employee development. They provide courses related to professional and personal development, such as fitness classes, credit repair, management courses, etc...

I was signed under a particular salaried amount. The first week my check did not arrive. It took a full 6 days before i was simply handed a pay card. why it took over a week to issue an in house pay card i am not sure. I continued to work, the following pay check was on time however was not the correct amount. I then noticed that neither was my first check. I was offered an extremely better position through my previous works and job search. Not only did I not receive my last check but i also have not heard anything in regards to payment corrects and resolving the issue. This has been over 3 weeks ago. I could continue but I do not wish to bring further illumination on the errors that dwell within this company. More specifically the facility based out of Charlotte NC. Read of it as you wish, but I WILL NOT be suggesting to ANYONE that you seek employment here.

Having the opportunity to witness Chime Solutions influence and engage their employees in supporting charities that impact the community for improverished displaced families was phenomenal. Chime solutions culture exudes core values- accountability, team work, integrity. Managing people is expected but inclusion establishes commitment.

Call center environments are typically not modern, progressive or high-end. I have enjoyed Chime s passion to change things and it shows in their recent efforts to provide benefits beyond a job. I attended last weeks home buying seminar and learned alot. I have never had a job that offers so many personal development options as well as professional development classes through Chime University. The pay is great at $14 an hour. I look forward to the continued growth of the company

Chime Solutions is by far the best jobs I've ever worked at. I've been working at Chime Solutions for 3 years. In December it will be 4 years. Chime Solutions is family orientated, everyone here is always positive, great atmosphere, and pleasant to be around. Chime Solutions have many great things to offer to there employee Opportunity to climb the latter I like how Chime Solutions promote within, Philanthropy Committee, Monthly Marta Transit Cards for employee's who commute on the bus or train, Home Buying & Credit Repair classes just to name a few. One of the best things at Chime Solutions is that you see the CEO everyday and the open door policy is great. Being able to speak with the CEO and voice your ideas and the CEO being intrigue on how he can make his employee's jobs better is amazing.

I worked the for 8 weeks. I didn t get paid for my fist or last week. I had to report them to BBB. They play with your money. They are very very rude and unprofessional. They lie about how much you get paid until you see your paystub. Their equipment is terrible. Their platforms are terrible. Please find a different job or company to do business with.

My Personal Experience With Chime Has Been Amazing. I Felt Welcome Time I Enter The Doors. The Management Team Is Amazing, Especially Aviance Hendricks. She's Respectful, Professional, Charming And Set A Good Example Of How Chime Should Be Represented. Also She Doesn't Think About Her Self, She Listen To Our Point Of View Before She Gives Feedback. This Is The Best Job I Ever Had. If Your Looking For A Job Chime Solutions If The Place To Be. Let Me Remind You I Have Been Here For 3 Weeks And Already About To Get A Raise.

Very dysfunctional and unorganized company very little training not enough follow through , management is the number one problem very unprofessional and not knowledgeable of job description as well as job duties they need a overhaul of professionalism with management as well as their payroll and in active human resource department this company really need a professional overhaul, I did not enjoy the several months that I work there the pay was horrible doing COVID-19 they did not respect employees health as well as trying to make them knowledgeable of the job A rush botched system with dysfunctional equipment

It seems to me there answer to every review. Is because its seasonal. Being seasonal has nothing to do with how your owners, supervisors managers belittle an talk to people an threating their jobs. And if People are not getting trained with different contracts. Its very Unfair to give people points. Just so you can fire people every Friday. That is very vary unprofessional.and if yal are doing this in Charlotte nc .you will be documented Every Day .an recorded.

As the CEO of House of Dawn a local nonprofit in Clayton County I was so pleased to see our business community supporting non-profits in the community. Chimes put on an awesome 5k Race and was able to support our homeless young mothers and children.

Thanks Chimes for all you do in the community!

They encourage employees to work off of the clock, and in training they are RUDE. The managers will cut you off in the middle of speaking and tell you to not ask questions. Furthermore, expect to be ignored and made out to be a fool when you bring up valid concerns

From agent to Financial Analyst, growing with Chime was my reality. A family based company that actually feels like a family. Sometimes all you need to an opportunity and that is what Chime gave me!

The only people at this job that make money and advance are the people that are already actually employees for chime. But if you are training and seasonal they are in no rush to correct your pay info, they create an environment for you to quit. They hire 50-100 employees a week and have only 75 real employees. They use new employees as a tax write offs and create a system that most will fail and quit. If you do your tax information and direct deposit please don t make any mistakes because they never fix it in their system. This job is similar to Cutco.

Chime is a great place to work! I enjoy coming to work, and prior to working for Chime, I couldn't say that. Everyday is different, and full of good challenges - I gain new knowledge everyday. I also love how our company is involved in community outreach. That's reflective of our senior leadership, they care!

I have had the privilege of working with Chime s l...

I have had the privilege of working with Chime s leadership team for over 16 years. I joined the team back in 2002 as a Team Lead for RYLA, Inc., responsible for managing 12 call center representatives. At that time, I had no management experience, but the company took a chance and hired me to start my first management position. This opportunity marked the beginning of many new endeavors, professional advancement, and the conception of organic relationships that positively impacted my life over the last 16 years. Working with Mark and Shelly Wilson over the years has been an amazing journey. I have had the best experience over the years by fulfilling different leadership roles in different areas, traveling, attending conferences/events, private club membership, flexibility, and the investment in my professional career. Over the last 5 years, I have been responsible for Project Management and Implementation initiatives. This experience afforded me the opportunity to take Project Management classes, pursue Project Management as a career and to becoming certified as a Project Management Professional. It is a great feeling and reward to work for an employer that is people focused, family orientated, has an impact on the community, and invests in their employees.

Leadership is involved and always trying to improve! They offer open door policy and constant communication. I appreciate having focus groups to share thoughts and communicate on where the company is going. Also enjoy the rewards and activities they add to daily work life. Today I will be attending their budgeting lunch and learn and work out class after work. Great place to be.

I don t know what they have going on here but I called twice and spoke to 2 different people and immediately when they answered , they claimed they could not help me and hung up the phone... didn t offer to answer any questions or anything I was more confused after the conversation than before... this organization just seems pointless... rude.

DO NOT work here unless this job is a LAST RESORT ...

DO NOT work here unless this job is a LAST RESORT and you are DESPERATE for money. This is by far the WORST company I have ever worked for. ALL of the good reviews are written by managers and they are all FAKE. There is extreme miscommunication amongst the managers. They pick and choose who to enforce the rules on. Favoritism is real at this company. You must walk into this job everyday like its your LAST day of work. They fire people everyday for any and everything just so they don't have to pay everyone 14. The pay is 14 but you must work a full 40 hr a week or your pay is 10.55. Even if you work 39.99 pay is still 10.55. So having a family and making a decent pay is impossible. Upper management walk around with their noses in the air and only treat the managers well. They don't even speak to the entry level employees and you are treated like trash. You have to walk around this place like you're on pins and needles the way they fire people around here. Now if you are desperate apply here... they hire any and everyone! Run far far away from here! Any job is better than this one.

I've been with Chime for almost 3 years. I started out as a Customer service rep and was promoted with a year to a trainer. I have enjoyed my time here IMMENSELY!! There is a true feeling of family here. The company offers various programs/seminars to promote positive growth in all aspects of our lives. We are offered budgeting classes, home buyers classes, credit repair ect. The experience I have garnered here will last a lifetime!

Chime is an excellent place to work! They provide an open-door policy for any and all issues, and each issue is handled with the utmost respect and attention. It's so rare to have a company of this size have such a warm, family-like atmosphere, but even though you are one of many, you don't feel like just a number. The management team is excellent and provides any and all support needed during the ample training period and even more so once you're on the floor! I strongly recommend Chime to any prospective employee looking to find a new direction in his or her career!

I've been at Chime's for over 2 years now it's a great place to work. Great culture, they care about their employees. Chime Solutions offers employees so many different ways to improve not only in our work environment but also in our personal lives. We've been offered Home buying class, credit repair, health seminars, etc. And to top it off we just got another raise. Great place to work!!!!! Oh I forgot to mention the parties, Christmas, meet and greats, Summer cookouts. Come join us, yoou won't regret it.

Highly unorganized. I stayed at the job because i loved the "positive attitudes only" speeches I received on the first day, however my trainer herself said, and I quote " this is the worst class I've ever trained" which was very unprofessional and very discouraging. The email I received that offered me the position stated things that turned out to be untrue once I got to orientation. Other than those negative occurrences chime was a great place to work. I loved it.

I was hired for a position with Chime Solutions through a partner of theirs VDart. I was given a start date, showed up on time and was sent home with a group of others. Due to lack of equipment. How do you schedule x amount of employees to show up and not have equipment for the employees?. Was asked to return the next day and I did after the 3 hour drive for this training the day before I stayed in town and came back! Only to find out even after my hire paperwork and invitation to do training courses for the position that my name wasn t in the system. Was turned around again. And was told I would be compensated for my time I spent waiting the first day and also for the time I was there the second day as well. A month later and I am getting the run around about the hours I wasted on this company! They are crooks! Very unorganized and VERY unprofessional. Spoke with Derek Burnett in HR and was told he would personally make it his duty to get me my payment owed and he would call me back I haven t got my payment or a call. I Will never recommend this company to anyone!

I work for the charlotte location and This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. They are very unorganized, when I first started the messed up my pay for weeks. Even though I elected Direct Deposit, I still received checks. Some people didn't even get their checks on time. Not to mention, when we were first offered heath insurance, It was through a carrier that didn't even provide coverage in the state. People got hired without back ground checks or drug test. Then when the info came back they were fired. There is no room for growth with the company. The environment feels more like a plantation, they expect the most out of you, but give bare minimum in return. You dont get sick days, you work for months before you accrue PTO. They don't offer incentives, And THEY DONT PAY A LIVABLE WAGE. So you probably won't be able to afford the medical insurance that they offer anyways. You pretty much work to make the CEO rich while you struggle. Even most of the management works second jobs to make ends meet.

It s embrassing how you work for a black owned company that claim to build you but they really tear you down. Today I got wind that HR builted a case against my manager from two months ago and said that she have a problem with her tone and delivery. They never gave her real time feedback on any incidents that they claim occurred. They never gave her a chance to defend herself. They never asked our team. Did a survey. They never listen or give anybody a chance to defend them self. They can hear two positives and a negative about a person and they are just going to steer to the negative. I have never felt like this lady was a slick talker. My manager is the only one that actually made me feel like she cared. Out of all the moving around and switching from manager to manager she is the only that let me hear my calls. She is the only one that motivated me. Informed me in huddles and understood where I was coming from. To see her eyes blood shot red from crying off and on all day from the unlimited stress from Chime let s me know that if they don t give a care about my manager. Then they definently don t care about me. Just because my manager encourages me to stay I do but I have been feeling like I m waking on eggshells since I been here. I know my manager does too. But I guess long as they getting paid off us they could give a care about treating someone with fairness.

I was hired on August 27,2020 I received a offer letter from Chime Solutionsto be paid 15.00 dollars a hour. . I was told I would be working for kaiser . Well after a month of calling asking for help from Derek - HR and Tara Kelly Chimes Solutions. Derek asked me to step aside and asked me to leave after I was in line waiting to come to the front desk so I can pick up equipment. A week before I ask if I have a job with Chime Solutions Derek replied yes Ms. Christy you have a job with us.

I have a agreement with Tara Kelly name saying she agreed to hiring me for 15.00 a hour.
Derek gives me a call and says he has a position paying 10.00 a hour when the previous job I worked paid more.. Derek said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and I had a choice to take it or leave it.

Tara Kelly said she agreed this was Chimes Solution offer letter and that Tara Kelly didn t authorize anyone to put her name to the contract. For 15.00 a hour. You left me hanging you mailed me the incorrect check amount and you terminated me because I would not take the 10.00 a hour position. Someone else could have hired me while you figured out what you did in error. SMH

I have worked at Chime for nearly 2 years and I have the opportunity to lead Chime University. We offer professional development courses that focus on vital topics such as Resume' Building, Building Leadership, Communication in Leadership, Conflict Management, Motivating in Leadership just to name a few. These classes also provide personal development and motivation that transcends the business to focus on the person. Chime also focuses on the person by offering homeownership programs, credit education programs, community fundraising programs and strategic partnerships. This is what makes Chime special and what makes it a great place to work.

Working with Chime Solutions has been great! They recently raised the pay rate to 14 dollars if you work 40 hours a week which was awesome!
Chime also just put on a 5k race that benefited the homeless which had am amazing turn out. This is a very family orientated company and it has been a pleasure working here.

This place has a lot of growing to do professionally. I came from a corporate existence and worked here for income supplement. I had a lot to offer the company, especially with training, and retention of employees but they are still struggling with processes being put in place. Being a family-owned business you see a lot of nepotism and favoritism. I made a huge mistake but unintentionally and was unfortunately fired but boy did they lose a person that had the answers to a lot of their problems. They place "bandages" to mask problems where they could have total and final solutions. One is compensating individuals for the job being performed. I hate that I didn't get the opportunity to implement some great changes for them but eventually they'll find their way. Until then the turnover rate will remain high, moral will remain low, and disgruntled employees will fill the hallways. I would have liked to support a black-owned business but I can't in this instance so good luck to the Wilson family.

I just interviewed with this company back in March and was looking for a management position. I was told that they will keep my information. Recently a position posted and I contacted the hiring manager I dealt with before and he forwarded my info to HR who immediately called me. I had my interview today which went amazing and I got the position pending my drug test and background. I think if you look at some of the posts here especially the long "not able to spell and articulate properly" ones, they speak for themselves. Everyone has their own journey with a company so it is best to form your own opinion and not make a judgement based on someone else's experience. 9 times out of 10 there is more to the story.

This place is HORRIBLE and I will never ever recommend this place to work. The policies are very very strict you can t go use the bathroom without getting reprimanded about Adherence!! Will be written fast over the simplest things It s terrible! HR and pretty much anyone in management are all the most uncaring unsupportive I ever met. They talk to you like your beneath them and speak to you as if your their child. I could go on and on about this place, let s not mention how my payroll checks were short several times I ve had up correct my time to get the money owed to me. It s a revolving door due to the military strict polices and the ill will of management.

I am a new employee that has joined the team as an Associate Director on the Charter Project. My previous employer is Delta Air Lines, Inc. I have really enjoyed being able to see my leaders and approach them. Mark, Shelley, MiKyle, Lisa, Omar, and others have really been excellent in mapping a blue print for success. I honestly come to work daily for two reasons my agents and Silval Glen. She is kind, professional, and posses a revolutionary zeal like no other. I am thankful that she is my peer because she is the example of the Chime way.

I could not leave out my amazing Service Delivery Manager that are focused on the priorities of our organization. They are building relationships to drive results. Thanks Sabine, Mardene, Anita, Aviance, Rashod, Jennifer, and Chassidy, you all are true models of Servant Leadership. Overall, my experience has been very good.

I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE in my entire lifetime of work. The way they treat their employees is unreal. If you are thinking of applying at this place I would suggest you not waste your time nor energy here, go somewhere else where you will be valued for what you have to bring to the table. They make you think that this is a great place to work but in all reality they lie too you and don't tell you that after open enrollment more than likely you will be let go and if you don't work 40 hours a week your pay goes down from $14 an hour to $10 an hour even if you are one minute shy of 40 hours. There's no vacation or sick time offered here and please don't have an doctors appointment or you or your child get sick for a few days or even get admitted into the hospital, because more than likely you will be let go when you return.

I ve been at Chime for almost two years. I love the company! A lot of people have negative things to say but take it from me, this is something that you want to be apart of! This company allows us to be off and PAID on all major holidays as well provides us 12 PTO days a year. My favorite part is that they match our 401K at 100%! Mr and Mrs. Wilson, the CEO s, are never hard to find. Always at work and very knowledgeable of the people that works for them. This place is convenient and enjoyable! Being with Chime for the past 4 years has been nothing but a pleasure. The company continues to listen and offer new benefits. Today they had a company-wide picnic that was a great morale booster and this week they released several new Total Life classes. These range from credit repair to home buying and even work out classes on site. It s nice to be a part of a company that invests so much in its people. We are growing fast and I can t wait to see what is next for the Chime Family.

She was so rude and inconsiderate. She wouldn't even make eye contact during the converstaion. And went as far as to say the best she could do was to offer my fiance candy at times needed. Please expect to hear from my attorney

Chime Solutions is the best! I provide group fitness classes for their employees and it is really great to see a company investing into its employees health. I enjoy interacting with employees and seeing how much they enjoy the opportunity to work for an employer that goes far beyond being just a place to work.

Chime has been the first job I enjoy waking up and going to each day. I feel a part of a family, not just a number. I have taken advantage of their credit repair classes and work out sessions which I have never had at a job before. I appreaciate the transparent leadership and hands-on management.

Chime Solutions portrays that of a positive enviro...

Chime Solutions portrays that of a positive environment, that wishes the best for the company and says to treat the employees as the actual assets that they are, but in my experiences I have found this not at all true. They will not pay you on time, and even IF you get a check on payday, it s short. Bad business working for a company whose integrity will now forever be in question. I ve been with the company for 3 weeks now, first impressions are everything so I m upset that I was sold a complete LIE in my interview. It s sad when you adhere to company rules and do no less than what s expected of you, do your job the way you were trained to do it, and be there on time, but can t depend on the company to pay you on time or pay you exactly what s owed to you. Every week there has been an issue that isn t effectively resolved. Chime has definitely fooled me.

I joined this company on August 26, 2020. Everything was going good with training and all. I was told I would be getting paid $13 and hour for training and then after that it would be $15 and hour yet I was paid $10 for training..... Yet I wasn t able to make it out of training due to me giving birth a few days later. I was kicked out of the training while in the middle of it. I had every single one of my excuses in tact , sent to all of the managers ( which ended up being a lot instead of one, since they kept transferring me over and over to different people.) Once the papers reached the correct person, I was told that I had to be let go of the current training since I had given birth. Being told that , she then let me know that I would be given my position back at Chime once the 2 months were over due to my recovery. She prompted me to return my equipment so I did.
I didn t end up getting paid for the weeks I worked until I kept calling over and over and over , then I finally received it in the mail. So I called 2 days ago to tell them that I recovered , and I was told that I am not able to be rehired ?????? When I was clearly told that I can be after the 2 months. Just very unprofessional to me.

Chime Solutions is an amazing company to be employed by. Everyone there from the managers to the agents is welcoming. Chime is a company that says, "We a family" and actually, they actually mean it. From the very first day, you meet amazing people. The management is amazing and very open to discussing the concerns you may have. Their willingness to help is unmatched. Chime is the epitome of great customer service. I had the pleasure of working with several managers, however, AVIANCE HENDRICKS IS THE BEST. #CounselorVibes Aviance was willing to answer any question I had. She made sure to include everyone, every day. In my opinion, an outstanding person and manager. I am thankful for being apart of her team and being around the great energy she radiated throughout the day. I also want to thank Chassidy and Karianne, who are truly amazing. I appreciate everyone that I spoke with at Chime Solutions. If you get the chance to work here it is truly a blessing.

I recently resigned from the company but in my 2 years of being here I can say that they have really made some changes. If this review had been last year I would have a lot of things to say that could improve. It was a good experience to work for a black owned company, they recently updated the attendance policy to be more flexible for the employees and implemented pay raises. Chime provided me the oppurtunity to work on a different project and it was a learning experience. The Christmas parties were AMAZING, they were also able to work with me when I had my baby, I hadn't been with the company for a year so I wasn't eligible for FMLA, but Tara was able to approve me for a LOA so that I could come back to the company after my postpartum period. A lot of ppl have negative things to say based off of the experiences, but every company has trial and error and it's nice to see that Chime has noted those errors and made progress. I wish them much sucess in their future!

I've worked with Chime for 6 months and the only reason I am leaving is due to school. Chime is a great start for individuals wanting to see what's its like to be a CSR. They are upcoming, so that means there is always new positions waiting for you. When I first started it seemed as if Chime was unorganized but learned that are running new companies within their business, to help people like me. Since the business is up and coming they will start hiring others and we will get pushed up to bigger and better positions. Chime is place where you can move up if you really put in the time and effort; fairly quickly. Chime has great intentions for their new employees, they want to see everyone succeed!

Chime is simply amazing. Their impact on the community has been refreshing to see and their genuine leadership is shown through their employee engagement and culture. Chime's ability to uplift communities through economic development, charitable giving, and most importantly encouraging their employees to give back by donating their time, talents and treasures changes the perspective not only those that may be economically challenged but also those that can do more to help the community. Great example of corporate social responsibility and one's ability to change the lives of many.

I have been privileged to be a part of this organization's growth. The people here are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The company's core values and mission to provide the best customer care possible is truly amazing. The leaders of the company are in inspiration to me and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Chime family.

I have worked for Chime Solutions for almost 4 years. As with any company, there are opportunities. However, I have never had an issue with anything here. I have held several positions with the company. The owners are very involved and they have the best interest of their employees at heart. With all that is happening right now, the company has allowed employees to be able to work from home and therefore continue to receive pay. I have heard of many other companies that are just laying off their employees with not any another options. Chime Solutions is not only about their employees but is also deeply involved with giving back to the community that they are located in. I reside in Clayton County as well and have seen the enormous charity that has been extended to the community from Chime Solutions and the owners. Overall, this is an amazing place to work and I look forward to continued growth with the company.

I worked with this company for years at my prior company and loved the support that I was provided. I now work for this company and I could not be happier. It is full of talented, amazing people to work with. It is a company that truly is looking to make a difference for their employees and in the community. The company is growing which creates a lot of incredible growth opportunities for promotions/skill development of our employees. I have enjoyed seeing that growth and development from my fellow Chime employees. I know each day I am going to be challenged, enjoy the people I work with, will be working hard and will leave the day knowing I learned something new and accomplished a lot. I recommend Chime to anyone interested.

I work for chime solution for over a year and the ...

I work for chime solution for over a year and the experience was horrifying and on multiple occasions I felt belittledI started with the company around annual enrollment through a staffing agency and the agreement was three months permanent and then if you make it through the three months you would be hired full-time three months turned into four months and time was going up into the point that we were six months in two waiting to become permanent and all of the employees that were waiting to become permanent were scared that we were going to lose our jobs so we weren't sure if we were to start looking for new job or if they were still looking to hire us as permanently the CEO of the company personally conducted a meeting with those of us that were remaining from the annual enrollment time frame end explained to us that he was working on making us permanent and that he would like us not to leave the company but to give him time to complete are contracts then 4 months later and by the way in that four-month time frame are staffing agency wood fire on every Friday on average three of us without any warning after the CEO already had a conversation explaining to us that our job was secure so for months after that conversation we finally started the onboarding process what we had all expected was that our pay would have go up when we became permanent but it did notif anything to pay went down because there was no more overtime available because annual enrollment was over and that's often the busiest timethroughout my time working for the company and not through the staffing agency it was unorganized unprofessional they made their employees unappreciated at the drop of a dime you could be change to a new client without any free warning and have to begin a whole new training course and because they fired such a large amount of people from annual enrollment time transitioning to becoming full-time with the company Austin we were working on multiple clients at one time and our team leads that had to rate our calls we're not properly trained on the rules for each of our different clients for example one of our clients preferred for us to only speak to their employees as their last name like mrs. Williams, another one of our clients preferred for us to personalize the call by asking if it would be okay two call you by your first name now if you were not to follow the guidelines that the client had for their employees you could have points marked against you but based off of what client our team needs often would have no training for our specific client so we would be marked off on things that was incorrect because they often did Mass firings on Fridays for team leads as well so by the time we all came permanent with the company there are only two team leads left but several clients and when I say our time was not respected or valued and we were also made to feel belittled we once had a meeting we had one once a week with the vice president of the company in between speaking with us he unapologetically answer his phone and began two make his lunch order and gossip with his secretary on the phone never excuse himself out of the room never apologize once he was done he went back too threatening to fire us all if anyone had another security violation he often threatened to fire us if certain things that the client spoke about was not being met the experience was horrific unprofessional disgraceful unorganized compensation was terrible the workload is way higher then pay horrible experience wouldn't advise anyone to work there but I wish y'all best on the job hunt
