I am a new employee that has joined the team as an Associate Director on the Charter Project. My previous employer is Delta Air Lines, Inc. I have really enjoyed being able to see my leaders and approach them. Mark, Shelley, MiKyle, Lisa, Omar, and others have really been excellent in mapping a blue print for success. I honestly come to work daily for two reasons my agents and Silval Glen. She is kind, professional, and posses a revolutionary zeal like no other. I am thankful that she is my peer because she is the example of the Chime way.

I could not leave out my amazing Service Delivery Manager that are focused on the priorities of our organization. They are building relationships to drive results. Thanks Sabine, Mardene, Anita, Aviance, Rashod, Jennifer, and Chassidy, you all are true models of Servant Leadership. Overall, my experience has been very good.
