I joined this company on August 26, 2020. Everything was going good with training and all. I was told I would be getting paid $13 and hour for training and then after that it would be $15 and hour yet I was paid $10 for training..... Yet I wasn t able to make it out of training due to me giving birth a few days later. I was kicked out of the training while in the middle of it. I had every single one of my excuses in tact , sent to all of the managers ( which ended up being a lot instead of one, since they kept transferring me over and over to different people.) Once the papers reached the correct person, I was told that I had to be let go of the current training since I had given birth. Being told that , she then let me know that I would be given my position back at Chime once the 2 months were over due to my recovery. She prompted me to return my equipment so I did.
I didn t end up getting paid for the weeks I worked until I kept calling over and over and over , then I finally received it in the mail. So I called 2 days ago to tell them that I recovered , and I was told that I am not able to be rehired ?????? When I was clearly told that I can be after the 2 months. Just very unprofessional to me.
