In all honesty, this place is actually different than any call center I have worked at. And that's a good thing. This company wants everyone to thrive and become something bigger than just an entry level agent. I'm proud to be apart of chime.

Worst place to work! They lie about positions, they lie about pays, the managers are rude. They are immature & they are too catty for grown women. They only hire people they can talk down to. They are unorganized & unreliable! And they are a TEMP AGENCY! The jobs only last 60days & they never tell you this! Horrible Horrible!
Please don't work for this company. They treat their pregnant employees awful. Don't work here if you plan on having children. When it gets time to take leave they will fire you quick fast and in a hurry.
This place is by far the worst to be Black Owned. I m all for supporting but these people feel like u need a job so badly that you have to put up with the disrespect from Upper Management, with the rules they have as far as a work place. This is basically a slave job. They have sooo many policies that change daily to fit their agenda. FYI: POLICY IS NOT LAW!!!You can t even go to a DOCUMENTED Dental appointment. It won t be excused. It has to be a surgeon in order for it to be excused. What kind of sense does that make?? You have to see a primary doctor/check up in order to get seen by a surgeon SMFH!! Now with a doctors visit you only have ONE excuse every 3 months!!!!! So if your kids get sick...you have to choose this slave job over the well-being of your child to avoid an occurrence but once you continue to keep missing your kids appointment, then u have have DFACS at your door. If ur pregnant which you re REQUIRED to see a Certified Doctor then that s definitely a NOPEThe hours are from M-F 8:00-5:00 and dr office are closed on the weekend, so there is no room to schedule an appointment with any doctor. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!! One day or someday they will get sued. I ve seen people too afraid to leave their cubicle to use the bathroom fear of getting in trouble or fired. So what that causes??? UTI or maybe even worse!!! Even though u have two unpaid breaks there are times you may use the restroom but may have to use it again. I m quite sure upper management use it all the time no questions asked. They also mess up your pay so that they can pay Peter to pay Paul. U have to work a total of 40 hours to receive $14.00 if u work 39.99 ur base bay will be $10.55 an hour. This company is crooked and a slave driving job by a black owned company and they re job scared people in uproar management. This place is shady as hell. If they have Cops surrounding a Call Center then what that tells you???? This place is NOT a high security risk. They got that to protect management because they know they are doing shady mess. They have cameras but have other pee-on managers watching other associates about what they wear or why they are on their phone. It s sad that the treatment they give their employees bc they know that most of them desperately need a job. Just evil! Also notice the reviews that has 5 stars, those are the people in upper management with only maybe 1 review and the company only responds to reviews that has a one star to clean it up smh. Notice the pattern. If u work there, see for yourself. They are good at playing up to you and making u feel like you re apart of the team. Their favorite go to phrase is don t take it personal If u decide to work there KEEP A LAWYER ON RETAINER AND YOUR CELL PHONE HIDDEN FOR YOUR SAFETY and PROTECTION for recording purposes. These people know that it s a lot of people that need a job that will put up with anything and getting mistreated, and no respect for the employees. Even a Fortune 500 business does not go to this extreme. They use intimidation tactics to scare the employees. Wearing boots are not allowed. THE COMPANY AND THE MANAGERS HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND THEY RE VERY UNETHICAL!!! Analyze everything and see for yourself. NOTE TO CHIMES: TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT and DIGNITY THEN MAYBE YOU WONT HAVE TO MAKE UP FAKE REVIEWS TO MAKE THIS SHADY COMPANY LOOK GOOD! APPLY at YOUR OWN RISK!!! I have worked a lot of jobs to include serving in the military and Chime is by far one of the best places I ve had the pleasure to work. Great management and for me personally it really has a family feel to it. It s more than a going to work and just going home type a vibe it s a great place to work!!!
The worst company I have ever worked for. I have been employed with Chime, this is the start of my 3rd week and they are very unprofessional, unorganized, no sense of urgency from the management team. We are suppose to be paid every Friday, my first pay check was never deposited into my account. We were given paper checks on Friday and the checks have bounced or have been taken back from Chime. Please do not accept any offer from this company.
I have been with Chime almost 4 years and I love it here! I have held several positions and have had many growth opportunities. I began as an agent, moved on to the QA Coodinator for my project, Trainer for the Health Care Group, and lastly Service Delivery Manager. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU. NOW BACK TO THE TEST SO THAT NO ONE GET RIPPED OFF BY A COMPANY LIKE THIS. THEY ALREADY KNOW THE THAT THE SUCCESS RATE OF PASS THE TEST ON THE FIRST IS A 55 PERCENT CHANCE, THEY ALSO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU RETAKE THE TEST ITS IS A 80 PERCENT PASS RATE AND THEY ONLY PAY FOR THE FIRST TRY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT AND THEY ARE UNCLEAR IN THERE DECISION MAKING THE TRAINING IS BULL AND IT IS POORLY DONE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE AND SOME HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT FROM NOT PAYING HALF OF THERE WORKERS BUT THE TALENT MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SOME SLIPPED THROUGH Y THE CRACKS AND STILL DISH NOT WANT TO PAY. IF THERE IS ANY ANYBODY THAT COULD INVWSTAGE THAT COMPANY AS WHOLE AND STOP USING PEOPLE TO MEET QUOTA FOR BLUE CROSS/ BLUE SHIELD. PLEASE STOP.THEM BEFORE THEY CAUSE SOMEONE ELSE EMOTIONAL STRESS AND FOR NOT PAYING WORKERS FOR HOURS WORKED.

I've been working for Chime Solutions almost four years now. What I love most about my company, is that any concerns I have I can address them with management and they are resolved in a timely fashion.

Pastor Jamal Bryant, announced Chime Solutions was hiring. I recommend my friend which is a single parent that resides Dallas, TX to work for this organization. She was excited about her position because it allowed her to work from home. She resigned from her job and was excited about working for Chime Solutions. She went to her first day of training and sat there from 9AM to 2PM, doing absolutely nothing. Waiting for the to staff to conduct training. At 6PM the training ended, she received her equipment went home set it up and the aruba didn't work. Days 2 and 3 she could only hear the training the staff had her to listen to the training but she couldn't access any files. Day 4 she was directed to conduct training from the training center which is a 40 minute drive from her home. By day 5, her aruba was never fixed, she couldn't work from home very reluctantly she had to resign. I feel horrible because I recommend her to this organization. Now my friend a single parent is unemployed. She's tried to reach the Dallas office about her check for that week and has not received a response. I hope someone can contact her with a resolution because she still wants to work for the company.

Worst experience ever towards the end of my time at Chime. Manager handled my situation so terribly. Favoritism is definitely played here and some are treated better than others. They don't care about their entry level employees and care more about their managers and higher up positions. Hypocrisy is big here also.

The worst company I have ever worked for. OM Suzette Mangol needs to take interpersonal relationship classes to learn how to manage and speak to people better, she is very rude at times. The staff is horrible with the exception of a few. Very very hostile environment. Pretty can't do anything but be chained to your computer. I worked for chime for a year and a half. Super unorganized, very unprofessional, nonexistent communication. The entire operation is a complete mess. Turn over rate has to be twice as high as any other call center. They will not pay you on time or what is actually owed to you then will give you the run around. Save yourself the headache and apply somewhere else
I come from a fortune 50 company so my expectations are pretty high for an employer. I was going to take a HUGE pay cut and bring my talent to a minority owned business for the betterment of my own, since I am still an employee and not the head yet. I was only wanting to transition due to location and my schedule not being feasible for my family needs. Chime caught my attention. Great vision but real issues are there. 1st the delivery from management on certain issues pertaining to ones livelihood is poor. I was excited at 1st and had an overall good feeling about my transition UNTIL the ugly was revealed. It was said we are to do company work unpaid (startup) and what was said verbatim was "we don't wanna pay y'all for that time" well we don't want to work for free on ours. I challenged their position and was told if I didn't like it to speak with Mr. Wilson about it, as if that was suppose to intimidate me. I was willing to speak with him, but then another situation happened 5 mins later pertaining to pay and I was done at that point. Things said and how it was said let me know it was too many ppl accepting of these things just to say they have a job that change would probably not happen. Pay was contingent upon a 40 hour work week and we were told again verbatim "we don't care if you at 39.999 hours you will get base pay a hour b/c that's not 40 we don't round up" which is why I'm assuming they "dont wanna pay yall" for setup and start up time. You are at exactly 40 hours per your schedule and that would leave you weekly, praying you were on point to get 40. At that point I knew this would not be the place for me. It is good for young ppl entering the working world but not for a person with a family. The contingencies for your pay is absurd, if it is that petty. No job is perfect, but whether I work 10 hours or 40 my pay is still what it is. Before I took the considerable pay cut that I was going to and leave my stability I took my vacation at my current job to make sure I was making the right choice. Chime offers many outside classes to better the employees, which is something I am use to with my current job but for the entry level employee it's great b/c not many companies do that. It isn't the company for me at this time with those policies and contingencies, but still I wish them the best. Mr. Wilson, you need to get managers to relay your vision better than they do. You have an awesome thing here but the misinformed will always make the sought out leave your company and you will keep the "in just need a job" kind of ppl. I am aiming to employ others one day and I hope to have your vision but just executed differently. There were many employees that had me questioning if seats just needed to be filled b/c so many were not quality ppl. Many there should not be there with their incompetencies and horrible speech(with these being phone jobs offered). Weed out the downfalls and the sky is the limit. Tara reached out and clarified a few things and that was appreciated, but the damage was already done at that point. Again, good luck Chime and Wilson family, keep striving for greatness in your company and I hope your true vision I know you have for us comes to light. Kenyatta was great as well.

I've worked at chime for 6mnths n never got in trouble for my behavior or nothing but as soon as I start getting harassed (told my manager MULTIPLE TIMES) I get fired for telling my harasser to get out my face. They say go through the proper way of open door policy then they do NOTHING about anything. This company is full of mess about that open door policy I wouldn't even sneeze around them.
I accepted a position with Chime Solution as a Customer Service Representative ( working from home) at the Morrow GA location. There is no Organizational Structure. No clear direction as to who to contact for what, communication left a lot to be desired and there is no transparency in regards to pay rate.
There is total lack of professionalism and the whole process was disorganized, and chaotic. I had a written offer for $13 hourly training and $15 after training if I clock at least 36 hours weekly.
For the first two weeks I could not clock into ADP due to no fault of mine. I was constantly told just let your instructors know in training, they will keep a track of your attendance and you will be paid. The third week I finally got my log in set up!
I was in training 3 pay period before I actually got my first check! I was paid only for the week that was recorded. Throughout all this time I had been back and forth with managers trying to get paid, but to no avail. I finally quit after I realize I might never get paid for the two previous pay periods.
It has been over two weeks since I have return their equipments and still haven't gotten paid! I'm in the process of contacting the Department of Labour to assist me with this issue.
I know we're in a pandemic and things are very though right now but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR CHIME SOLUTIONS!
I received a written warning after having a small bag on the production floor DURING TRAINING. The next step after a written warning is TERMINATION. It is ridiculous. Althea, who is in operations, gave me a verbal warning once and it seemed as if she became upset that my bag was on the production floor DURING my break! When we are training, we aren t dealing with any sensitive information so I was highly disappointed that she took it as far as giving me a written warning. The walk from the downstairs lockers to the upstairs production floor shaves at LEAST 5 minutes off of every break but they expect for you to be back on the production floor within a 15 minute or 30 minute break. I literally have no time to go to my locker, go outside for fresh air, come in and go back to my locker and be back upstairs within 15 minutes. The locker room, on every break, is ALWAYS FULL which means I am constantly trying to maneuver through people just to get to my locker. This is only my 4th week and I already have a headache dealing with the strict policies during training. Not to mention, the supervisors speak to you as if you are a CHILD and expect for you not to say anything. Chime definitely needs to find a solution so that we are not having 8 minute breaks when they re supposed to be 15 minutes! They won t even work with you!!!!!
I work at the Charlotte Office and I absolutely love it. It a great company to work for and my coworkers are the best. Right now I get to work from home and absolutely love it 100% this will be my home for a lifetime.
I was Terminated for going to the bathroom too much I m six months pregnant didn t have any points or write ups but yet and still they terminated me for having to use the restroom and called it work avoidance I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE in my entire lifetime of work. The way they treat their employees is unreal. if you don't work 40 hours a week or 36.5 your pay goes down from $14 an hour to $10 an hour even if you are one minute shy of 36.5 hours. There's no vacation or sick time offered here and please don't have an doctors appointment they stop taking dr notes last month , or you or your child get sick for a few days or even get admitted into the hospital, because more than likely you will be let go when you return.its is unlawfully to terminate a pregnant woman for using the restroom I will be contacting my lawyer for discrimination in wrongfully termination

I have worked at Chime for the past four(4)years and within that time, I have had the opportunity to grow from a Service Delivery Consultant to a Service Delivery Specialist and currently Service Delivery Manager. The opportunity is there for you to grow. They do invest in their employees and the community through a variety of programs (to name a few) Feed the Homeless, Yearly 5K Walk/Run, Backpacks for School, Women's Shelters, Chime University, Wellness Programs and other programs such as Credit Repair, Home Buying Seminars and have recently partnered with Wilberforce University to assist employees seeking their Undergraduate Degree, all of which I have had to opportunity to be a part of which is very rewarding. I was suppose to start with this so called company on 08/26/20, but I did not, let me tell you why. I had an Interview in 07/2020 and that was successful. I took a drug test the following month and that came out great! I received onboarding information from Sheila Mangol & Derek Burnett. I selected a start date of 08/26. I completed and signed all of the Welcome/New Employee Documents, along with my I-9 info. The company never replied back to me. I sent numerous emails to the employers above and I have not received one response back with a final start date. This is now October 2020. What kind of company allows you to go through that entre process and fail to respond. I never encountered such disrespect and unprofessionalism from a company in my entire working life. You have all of my Important personal document, you wasted my time and your treatment was very unethical! If my identity ever gets compromised, Chime Solutions will be the first on the suspect list. Thank God I am working elsewhere. If I depended on this company, I would be homeless. This is just ridiculous and very degrading. This is a horrible company! In response to the owner, that is not true. Why would I create this review if I turned down the job??? Where is the document or phone recording stating that?? That does not sound logical. I've sent a number of emails to Chime directly, stating I was Interested in this position. I forwarded my I-9 documents as well. Again, no one ever responded. The staffing company and Chime associates failed to take responsibility. Someone lied or dropped the ball and you want to place the blame on me.
I absolutely love working for Chime. I have had such positive experiences while working here. I started out as an agent taking calls, I then moved to QA Coordinator, Team Lead during Annual Enrollment, now I am a Service Delivery Manager. My job is a gift that I get to experience every day. No day is the same and I learn something new everyday. I am paid well, I get 12 PTO days a year, I am off on all major holidays, as well as weekends. I have watched Chime give back to the community, give to their employees, participate in philanthropic endeavors as well as take on causes that arise for others. They acknowledge work anniversary s and birthdays. It is a safe and secure environment in a beautiful center. The management team has always been good to me with and open door policy that allows me to have a voice when I need something. I have truly been blessed to be given this opportunity!

Not many companies give back to their employees. This is a company that raffles Suite tickets to concerts and games, offers University classes to help personal development, and offers a 401k!!!! These are just a few perks of the job. The atmosphere is one of excellence and care... BEST JOB EVER
Been there for 10 months now pay isn't great but its a pretty good place to work...chime seems to care about improving employees lives with the credit classes the home buying seminars as well as other benefits and incentives I do like the share your business wall in the break room something you don't see with many companies , there is still room for improvement but that is to be expected from a young company and I also like that they listen when employees give feedback which I think is important for a growing company as well, you see the owner a lot too he's very approachable....I hope it gets better as time goes on.
Do not apply to work here I applied for a full-time position went to the interview and they didnt hire me. They sent me an email they are hiring for seasonal so I applied went to the interview and they hired me. They sent me all my onboarding documents on their Chime website EMPLOYEE portal which consisted of W-4, direct deposit, NEW HIRE LETTER, workplace safety and locker and break information. I attended a 2.5 hour orientation for NEW EMPLOYEES and was given a start date. I had a job of which I got after they denied me the first time and was prepared to put in my letter of resignation and go to Chime and hope to become a regular hire once the seasonal position ended. The start date with Chime takes about 3 weeks so it takes a month to actually begin with them. I contacted them to confirm my start date since I noticed in the EMPLOYEE portal it said the opposite that I wasnt selected for the seasonal job and instead was selected for a regular position so I contacted them for clarity and was told their are no regular positions only seasonal. OK. So I told them nevermind then if your not hiring at all and dont know when again then I wont be able to do the seasonal position. I contact another employee and notify him that I wont be starting if they are only seasonal and he tells me hes been trying to contact me for weeks (bs my number and email is the same and ive called and email you myself) he proceeds to say my Background check failed (how?) and at this time Chime cannot hire me. Seriously? You already hired me, gave me an offer letter, orientation, tax documents, and then not even a full day before the start date you tell me I have no job! It was 6pm when they told me granted they had an entire month before me starting so what if I would have put my letter in then I would have no job dealing with them! Im glad i listened to others who told me dont trust them they will fire you once they dont need you and didnt give my current job a letter. I was warned they are petty, fire once they have met their company goals and the job in itself isnt a stable place to work but I figured they may just be trying to discourage me but no they were indeed absolutely correct. Also the Ceo is very rude at orientation he kept saying he can tell who can make it and who wont and how he can see whos attitude isnt good because of how their dressed and posture then goes onto speak about how theirs no discrimination and an open door policy yet your judging people based upon their outter appearance. They also have a strict dress code at this company which makes no sense when your not face to face with any clients. The company left a comment which they deleted saying they hired me on a contingent basis basically they hire people like a temp agency take all your info and interview you but you will never actually work with them.
Also I believe I would feel my best wearing what I chose to. And your company shouldn t contingent hire people that are expecting to work and have bills to pay and are relying on having a job to support themselves. How would you feel if you were contingemtly fired with a bogus reason. Where I work currently I did a background check and drug screening and passed. I dont drink or smoke so have no issue passing a drug screening.
Chime Solutions is a wonderful place to work. The owners Mr. and Mrs Wilson are family oriented and very approachable. Chime Solutions care about the employee s and try to encourage and motivate their employees to be highly educated and positive role models for their community. Ms. Raglin, thank you for being so patient in answering all of my questions and returning my calls, all while maintaining a level of professionalism that fosters confidence in the company. I'm usually very skeptical of companies that I've never heard of , especially when remote positions are being offered, but Ms. Raglin has made me feel that I'm in good hands. OMG! Ok so I have been working at Chime Solutions for 2 years now. I am one of the original CBA Group Benefits Specialist. Of course like any new business your going to have some bumps along the way. This what my company does: Company Picnics where he gives away flatscreens, money: $100-1000, pays your rent/car note, live dj's, we have a talent show, we get mall discounts but what did was today. He came to us told us that we all got a pay rate increase!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaa! When God puts a mantle on your life where you thousands of people under you, then you do what you can to make sure God's children don't have to struggle. This is blessing. Tithing, offerings and planting seeds in good fertile ground pays off. Thank you Mark for allowing God to speak to your over the weekend. Our work/your work is not in vain. Chime Solutions is THE example of a GREAT PLACE TO WORK! I have worked here over 2 years and I can honestly say I still look forward to coming to work to see my Chime FAMILY everyday! When you LOVE the people you work with, it definitely makes a difference coming to work rather than just coming to work to collect a check. I am an agent at the Morrow Site of Chime Solutions. This is an amazing company to work for. The facility is very comfortable. When you walk into the building you don't feel like you are unwelcome. This company has amazing hands on leadership as well as transparent communication. In the 6 months that I have been with Chime Solutions, there has never been a month where I haven't seen the CEO walking the floor to make sure the employees are good. This company has a fun culture and there are different classes that they are to allow you to grow with no only the company but, it allows you to grow personally as well.

Great staff, quiet environment.. but they can be very unorganized at times, just be sure to open your mouth and speak up about the work and pay because close mouths do not get fed.
