Chime Solutions portrays that of a positive environment, that wishes the best for the company and says to treat the employees as the actual assets that they are, but in my experiences I have found this not at all true. They will not pay you on time, and even IF you get a check on payday, it s short. Bad business working for a company whose integrity will now forever be in question. I ve been with the company for 3 weeks now, first impressions are everything so I m upset that I was sold a complete LIE in my interview. It s sad when you adhere to company rules and do no less than what s expected of you, do your job the way you were trained to do it, and be there on time, but can t depend on the company to pay you on time or pay you exactly what s owed to you. Every week there has been an issue that isn t effectively resolved. Chime has definitely fooled me.
