Leadership is involved and always trying to improve! They offer open door policy and constant communication. I appreciate having focus groups to share thoughts and communicate on where the company is going. Also enjoy the rewards and activities they add to daily work life. Today I will be attending their budgeting lunch and learn and work out class after work. Great place to be.
