I recently resigned from the company but in my 2 years of being here I can say that they have really made some changes. If this review had been last year I would have a lot of things to say that could improve. It was a good experience to work for a black owned company, they recently updated the attendance policy to be more flexible for the employees and implemented pay raises. Chime provided me the oppurtunity to work on a different project and it was a learning experience. The Christmas parties were AMAZING, they were also able to work with me when I had my baby, I hadn't been with the company for a year so I wasn't eligible for FMLA, but Tara was able to approve me for a LOA so that I could come back to the company after my postpartum period. A lot of ppl have negative things to say based off of the experiences, but every company has trial and error and it's nice to see that Chime has noted those errors and made progress. I wish them much sucess in their future!
