I want to say how unprofessional and unorganized Chime Solutions is. On November 4th, I was supposed to go to the office to do training in the office for one day. The whole class was supposed to take the equipment home. Unfortunately, Chime Solution did not have the equipment ready for us to work from home. The class was told to have a sidebar if we could not be in the office for the rest of those days. So, I pulled my training manager (KENYATTA BROWN) to the side and informed him that my kids are doing virtual and that they don't require any help but not at the age where they can stay at home. With no sympathy, I was just told you know the answer. I was also told i would be in the scheduling department when I received the call. Chime Solutions is unprofessional at best. If your desperate, start and be on the lookout for another job. Very unorganized Company.
