I have had the privilege of working with Chime s leadership team for over 16 years. I joined the team back in 2002 as a Team Lead for RYLA, Inc., responsible for managing 12 call center representatives. At that time, I had no management experience, but the company took a chance and hired me to start my first management position. This opportunity marked the beginning of many new endeavors, professional advancement, and the conception of organic relationships that positively impacted my life over the last 16 years. Working with Mark and Shelly Wilson over the years has been an amazing journey. I have had the best experience over the years by fulfilling different leadership roles in different areas, traveling, attending conferences/events, private club membership, flexibility, and the investment in my professional career. Over the last 5 years, I have been responsible for Project Management and Implementation initiatives. This experience afforded me the opportunity to take Project Management classes, pursue Project Management as a career and to becoming certified as a Project Management Professional. It is a great feeling and reward to work for an employer that is people focused, family orientated, has an impact on the community, and invests in their employees.
