Chime Solutions is an amazing company to be employed by. Everyone there from the managers to the agents is welcoming. Chime is a company that says, "We a family" and actually, they actually mean it. From the very first day, you meet amazing people. The management is amazing and very open to discussing the concerns you may have. Their willingness to help is unmatched. Chime is the epitome of great customer service. I had the pleasure of working with several managers, however, AVIANCE HENDRICKS IS THE BEST. #CounselorVibes Aviance was willing to answer any question I had. She made sure to include everyone, every day. In my opinion, an outstanding person and manager. I am thankful for being apart of her team and being around the great energy she radiated throughout the day. I also want to thank Chassidy and Karianne, who are truly amazing.
