I have purchased 3 Vehicles from Robert Revere and his team over the last 2 years. I have never had better service buying a vehicle. Even after my purchases they always follow up to check on the vehicle to let me know about service. Wyatt and Rob are awesome and forthright from the start. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dan, Ruben, Josh, Rafael, and Mike were/are fantastic. They helped me every step along the way, answered all of my (sometimes silly) questions, and continue to check on me (especially Dan) to make sure all is well with the car. I love my new car! Thanks, everybody! I love Chapman Volkswagen!

Went for repairs. Super expensive but more frustrating was their lack of communication skills. Never called to tell me when they found something new wrong or when it was done. Had to call every time myself to find out what was going on. When they said they'd call right back it did not happen and I would call back after 3 hours

Chapman Dodge is the real deal when it comes to customer satisfaction. Originally was going to get a Destroyer Grey Dodge Charger Scat Pack that involved a dealer trade from another Dodge dealership in the Phoenix area. Chapman was informed there would not be an issue concerning the dealer trade. But when my sales rep called and stated he would be over to pick up the car the other dealer stated they were no longer going to honor the deal. So have a couple of hours of back and forth with the other dealer and not getting anywhere with them. Chapman Dodge took it upon themselves to place me into a new 2017 redline 392 Charger Daytona for the same price as the Scat Pack. Now understand that the Scat Pack and Daytona's are not the same price. The Daytona I was placed in was 7k more! Chapman cut the price to make sure my satisfaction was meet. To me that's a CLASS ACT for sure. So if you looking to buy a car, truck, or Suv be sure to see these guys first!! Highly recommend them.

Jordan was my salesman and was super professional, friendly, and patient as well as accommodating, and I never felt pushed or swindled or upsold on anything. Nick in finance was also great. The Dodge service department never answers the phone. I have called 6 times over the last couple days and every single time it keeps ringing and says "You have been transferred to the shoretel voicemail of...." .. I left a message for the service manager and have yet to receive a call back.

Very pleasant experience with Chapman, still don't understand how extended coverage,varies from one dealership to another...Greenville SC, charged extra for tire rotation! really like the car,but will rethink buying a maintenance package again!
If only VW could honor the maintenance pkg consistently !

Wasted my time dealing with "Randy" who only took my personal information who claimed has worked for Chapman for over 19 years and he was not even sure which application form I was supposed to fill out, after 4 days without hearing anything I called and he answered saying "oh yeah, I think financial send me something yesterday, but, haven't had time, I'll call you back" another 2 days went by I called him again to let him know not to run my credit I was no longer interested in doing business with him or his dealership.

We have taken our cars to Airpark for the 6 years we lived here. Let me say, I will never return there again. We happen to stumble on to Chapman, Thank God. Dan Boardman was I first experience there. As I told him, I am very leary of Service, and don't like Sales people. Dan made us comfortable and has earned our trust back with service. Dan is the only person I will see now. We said "we will never buy a Chrysler again, until Dan. I feel once you buy a car that's a done deal, I buy service. We have 3 Chrysler's now and looking to to sell one and get another car. If it wasn't for Dan, with his knowledge, professionalism, and understanding, we would not stay with Chrysler. I only fear if Dan ever leaves Chapman, lol. So with all that being said, Dan, Thank you, this Saturday we will be adding another Chrylser 200 for you to service.

No one wearing masks on the service drive and they come right up to your face. Other than that they are a GREAT dealership (the best one I've ever dealt with), but not taking health seriously is pretty bad -- especially when other dealers (Penske, etc) have ALL employees in masks.

edit: Your response is unacceptable. Not wearing a mask adds risk. The other protections you are doing are WORTHLESS without masks. And none of your employees are following social distancing. Further deducting a star for the lies in your response. And it will stay at one star until your employees are in masks.

Called the number to schedule service. Nobody answered. Left a message. Nobody called. Tried calling back today for 25 minutes, nobody answered the service department s phone, receptionist couldn t help, I d suggest you don t purchase the Jeep Wave for the service perks if you plan on Chapman.

Words can not describe how thankful I am I took my car in to this dealership. The men in the service department have been so wonderful. Iv been lucky enough to be working with John. He has been so helpful, passionate, And a beyond patient. John has gone above and beyond for me and my daughter. Iv been in the service industry for 15+ yrs, and Iv never met someone so patient as well as understanding to one s needs and budget. Went in because I was having several problems with my Chrysler that I bought out of state. Right when I got to Chapman's I felt at home. Everyone was very nice, and took care of everything! I booked an appointment online to have my tires replaced. Got to the dealer and nobody was aware that I was scheduled nobody could find the appointment in their system even after showing the printout from my online appointment. Didn't know if they had people available to install them or if the tires were even in stock. After 15 minutes of checking inventory and availability of mechanics I was told the tires were in stock and people available to mount balance and install them. Okay well it worked out anyway right? wrong. After the work was completed I inspected the tires and they had substituted another less expensive tire. I was told that mine were out of stock and these were just as good and that they knew I wanted to get them changed and not wait so they went ahead and put them on without asking if it was ok. I was told I could come back tomorrow after they got some from the warehouse and they'd change them. So they ignored my appointment and pulled a bait and switch. Most places will upgrade you if they promise you something but can't deliver to compensate you for the inconvenience. Here they downgrade your product and but offer to inconvenience you more if you absolutely have to have what you ordered.

Leo in service was outstanding. The team at Chapman got me in, resolved the issue with my Jeep, and back on the road in the same day. Very professional service. There is another Jeep dealership right around the corner from me but every experience I have had with them has been very, very sub par so I drive all about 10min away to Chapman when I need service or to look at new vehicles.

One person does make a difference!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave Colwell on my recent visit to Chapman Dodge. As my previous Service Managers had left the company, I didn't know where to turn. Luckily I was referred to Dave and he really made the difference. We had some issues with our car that had been long standing and unresolved. Dave took the time to really listen and hear what I had to say and he found the root cause of each of my car's issues. He kept me up to date while the care was at Chapman and had it back to me faster than ever before. He really worked his magic and now we feel that we can rely on our beautiful car and Dave Colwell. Thank you so much for making such a difference to our lives!!

I requested to test drive a 2019 Durango online and Brandon Bender responded in a timely manner.
When I arrived, Brandon had the Durango ready to go. There was no pressure at all from him.
The next day I went back and we went for another test drive. When we started communicating, he did everything he could to get me where I wanted to be with the purchase of the Durango and what I wanted for my trade in. He didn t push, pressure or try to talk me into anything. It was a pleasant experience with Brandon from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment for 7am and they opened the doors about 5 minutes early and got us right to service agents. I spoke with Leo, explained that mine service light was on and had came on and off a couple times and needed to see why. He checked it out and found I had some errors on my thermostat and transmission. Once they told me what this issue was he advised that all the thermostat was covered under warranty and gave me a price for the thermostat. I thought I would have wait all day for my Jeep but he got it taken care off in less than 3 hours and kept me updated the whole time! Leo was awesome!! The waiting room is very nice they have a good place to watch the news or you have tables to work on work stuff. Leo and Chapman took really good care of me. I will go back for all my Jeep needs! Thanks guys!!

Although happy with the vehicle, my wife nor I caught the almost $2000 charges that were added to our purchase price. I was then told the next day that is how the dealership makes up money on a deal. We were not informed ahead of the sale of these charges. Take your time and be alert for any charges you don't agree with.

I have been to three Jeep dealerships in the valley. The first two were awful, I would never go back. Dan the service advisor at Chapman Dodge was amazing! Very friendly, personable, and was clearly looking out for the best interest of the customer. Didnt try to rip me off and saved me a ton of money! The next new car I buy will definitely be from this dealership and they have Dan to thank for that!

Awful customer service.
Find out theres a recall on my vehicle, call to schedule a service appointment. Appointment booked 3 days in advance. Show up and they take the car. Offer a shuttle service to my work, said it would be ready in 20 minutes and they would come get me. 45 minutes go by, i go to ask whats up and the shuttle had just left and they forgot about me. Finally 15 minutes later shuttle comes back and takes me to work. Driver took a personal call on his cell phone while driving for 10 minutes. I had to give him directions over his phone conversation. Get a call an hour later and said they didnt actually have the parts, and didnt know when they would get them, and that I should call them in a month to see if they have the parts.

If you come here, don't assume they're going to follow through with what they say, apparently its up to you to make sure they do their jobs right.

*04-23-19 Update - I emailed Mr. Chatburn last week at his request below, I have received zero responses. Thank-you Mr. Chatburn for confirming my suspicions that this company does not respect their customers and that I need to take my business elsewhere.

I have waited and waited prior to submitting this particular review. Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale, their service department is absolutely the most horrendous service department and does not predicate itself on customer service whatsoever. a part on my Jeep Grand Cherokee was missing after bringing my Jeep in for service. I submitted pictures documentation and everything to the service advisor and the general manager. I also submitted several emails asking for the status and it has been over five weeks and no. I would like to say that this is an isolated incident, but unfortunately it is not.

From the moment John in the service department answered the phone, I was taken care of 100%. He provided excellent care of me and my vehicle, he provided me with transportation to and from my home, which was not very close. He was courteous and informative. The whole operation at Chapman was in sync. Everyone was cool and calm, organized, and perfected their jobs. I will be a dedicated customer from this point forward. In all my years of life, I have never once had this type of excellent service at a dealership. The car is nice but not at all what we thought we were buying. And even though we made comments verbally, the sales person allowed us to continue in our wrong beliefs. When the dealership was contacted later, it was all our fault because our questions were not in writing even though we talked extensively about our awful roads and the fact that we had a 4WD previously, and thought this care was 4WD, nothing was said to correct us. Would NOT go back to his dealership or any Chapman dealership. And am very leery of even getting the oil changed at any Chapman dealership with as many other ways we were conned. Must be their specialty.

Have been waiting for Ram to develop parts for 2 recalls since Nov. 2019. As soon as I received notice that parts were available, I called Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale. They ordered the parts which arrived in a timely manner, we scheduled an appointment and they were installed. I received no pressure to fix other unknown "problems" and I walked out with no charges since it was a recall fix. The employees were professional, polite, and my service advisor Ruth Frisch kept me updated on the time-frame of the repairs. All employees all wore masks! I will return to this dealership for future repairs, in spite of being a 4-hr round-trip drive!

I had a flat tire, and was hopeful to have it repaired on my way home, but I was too late. Chapman VW made sure I could get home that night with the spare I had on, and told me if I was there 1st thing in the morning, they would get me right in to repair the tire that had gone flat. I figured I would have to wait, because I know customers make appointments, and I didn't have one until that moment. I didn't wait long at all, staff was very friendly, professional and got me right back on the road in no time. A thousand "Thank You's" for restoring my faith in fantastic customer service!!

I drained the differential fluid in the front and rear of my 2015 Wrangler, front was great, back had metal shavings on the drain plug magnet and some pieces were more than shavings! Called Bill Wardingly who has been FANTASTIC, scheduled an appointment and they fixed the problem and it was covered by the factory powerfrain warranty! Been performing flawless since! I would recommend this dealership (I bought the Jeep thru them also) as well as their service department!! Great service!!

Deceptive and will keep you out of the loop.
Only giving 2 stars just because I got my Jeep Wrangler and they gave me what I wanted for my trade in. And the salesman was pretty laid back.
So my story is I had my own financing with my bank already. I wasn t looking to finance with any other bank. I told them over and over again I didn t want to because I already have an auto loan through my bank. Even the finance guy confirm that I am using my bank and no other one.
Come to find out when I received my mail for my payments it was through the dealership bank and not the bank I told them to finance under. I told the salesman, the manager and the Finance guy that I had my own finance and I don t want use any other bank.
But they still went behind my back, illegally ran my social security number and went through there bank, all without my knowledge or my authorization.
When I called to find out what had happen I kept getting the round and round, kept getting I ll call you back and nothing, until finally I got ahold of the manager and he just straight up said we went through there bank because are apr was lower. Even tho I already knew what I was getting with my bank.
They make profit through there own banks, Which is why they didn t want to go through mine.
So to anyone getting a vehicle here record all your Conversation, document your entire sale and make
sure they use the bank you said you are gonna use.
They lost me as a returning costumer .

I called to see if I could get an appointment yesterday and they said I could come in the same day at 10:00 AM.

I visited Airpark Dodge Ram to have a recall taken care of, and they had the worst service. Please see my one star review of Airpark Ram. Enough about that terrible experience.

Duane Sayaloune was my service advisor who met me with a small and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I got all my work some in a reasonable about of time and at a reasonable price.

Great service, respectful service personal, and quality vehicle service on my 2016 Ram 3500.

I have been searching for a west cost dealership I can trust to respect my time and not try to try to take advantage.

The irony of my experience between Airpark and Chapman Ram is that I purchased my 2016 Ram 3500 at Airpark Ram. I will not be revisiting Airpark Ram, as Chapman Ram has earned a loyal customer.

I was attempting to purchase a vehicle by email and phone calls with them, I m in NV and was going to travel there once the deal was finalized. We agreed on a sales price and then all communication slowed down. They didn t process they finance application in a timely matter, didn t let me know the results until I prompted them the next day, and then sent me a hold deposit form late at night but no purchase agreement information. They sent that late the next day, even though I d asked that night for it, as soon as I received it I then contacted the salesman on the phone and let him know I was emailing the hold form, which I did immediately. They later emailed me informing that the vehicle was sold that day, not even a call. They slowed played the entire process and the communication was poor. Once I saw how the communication was going I assumed they were slow selling me to try and get a better deal. Turns out I was probably correct. I m disappointed in the treatment I received post verbal agreement and I wouldn t recommend dealing with them if you want a deal done in a professional and timely manner.

We are from Alaska and have a 3500 Dodge Ram that we pull our 44 ft 5th wheel with. While driving through Scottsdale Az the truck engine light came on. We were just driving by Chapman Dodge and pull in to the service line. Dave Colwell service drive manager walk over and ask if he could help. I told him the problem and he said give me a minute. Came back had my truck pulled and diagnosed. Told us the part it needed was on back order and may take 3 weeks to get. Then he said we will stay on it everyday till we get the part. And he did and we had the part and the truck back in 8 days and we were back on our journey! Chapman Dodge you rock! Thx to Dave, the mechanics and parts department you have a very happy customer.

After being turned away multiple times by Courtesy Dodge in East Mesa (where I originally bought my Charger) I am happy to report Chapman Dodge was able to order my replacement parts AND provide me with a fun rental whilst said parts were being installed. Scott in the service department was very friendly and accommodating. Their parts department is much speedier and the cohesion of the entire group is obvious. A well-oiled machine!

A visit to an auto repair service department is like a visit to a new restaurant. It is easy to get it right the first time but are they consistently good? We have visited Leo at Chapman a number of times with 2 different vehicles for both repairs & routine maintenance and found the service to be prompt & appropriate. Leo has been both profession and personable. Chapman has become our exclusive auto service provider. Ask for Leo and expect the best. You won t be disappointed!

i went in on a thursday to test drive a jeep renegade. not the one i was going to buy, since it wasn't a 4-wheel drive. after the test drive, i walked away. simple enough. no hassle, no pressure. my car was in the shop, and i needed it back in order to trade it in. i got the car back on monday, then went back in on tuesday to buy the renegade i wanted. the guy i test drove with wasn't working, so another young fellow helped me out. i got to test drive the 4x4 one, and got the paperwork going. it always takes so long on these things. note to self: get dinner before you go into the dealer. next time... they did talk me into the service package, so i'll be back to post about the service department.
