I was told earlier today that i had a rear light out .. I stopped to see Ryan Jenson, my service advisor. He said that they were busy but to go next door to Quick Lube. They had me in & out in less than 5 minutes... The cost for a bulb & replacement? NOTHING!!! This place Chapman Ford is incredible! If anyone needs a car new or used this is the only dealership to go to!! Yes i rave about this place , & no they don't pay me... What they have done for me & my car WOW WOW.. This is by far the best dealership i have ever dealt with... Best in the Country

I was very pleased with the service I received at Chapman Dodge on 89th St. in Scottsdale. The recall issue was fixed and several other problems were taken care of. This dealership is much closer than any other in the valley. Because of this and the great customer service, it will be the place I take my truck in the future.
Bought my Ram truck from these guys 6 years ago and will only take it back there for its service. Lukas is fantastic and I always feel my truck is in good hands.
Very professional and very courteous staff here. Always takes great care of me and my car. I usually deal with Bill, but they are all very nice people here. I give 5 stars.
Brandon helped me buy my first car! He is super helpful and very to the point. I knew from the start he wasn t going to mess with me. I told him my expectations and he worked with me til they were met!
My wife and I had a great experience in buying our new car from Chapman Volkswagen. Craig Stand his manager Andy made our buying experience an enjoyable process (price, trade-in, financing). If you're looking for a top notch dealer who strives for customer success, look no further....Chapman Volkswagen is the place!
James was phenomenal! He was able to fix the repairs on my vehicle, change the oil, and replace the battery on my key fob in a timely manner. I appreciate him because I needed the repairs done before I went back to work the following day and he did it! Thank you so much James.
Chapman Dodge and its staff members were very helpful. We were in and out quick and happy for the car my daughter chose. i want to thank Aronn Slutski for helping us out.
Edit: tried to turn my lease in today, just turn it in (I got a car somewhere else already) and I was told no one was there to help with that. It was his day off The gentleman was extremely rude who had said this. Basically saying yeah, you wasted your time coming here today. Funny how Airpark said oh you don t need a special person for this, just come on in wow I will gladly take your help rather than Chapman. Will never recommend this place.
Decent guys, but I was passed around to like 3 different ones, all who didn t know how to spell/say my name and kept getting what car I currently have mixed up. My name is clearly written on papers as well as my car. I don t think that s really professional in my opinion. I also didn t find they were that helpful so I went to another dealer!
Yesterday, we decided to buy a new Wrangler. We did all of our research on the internet and we knew what we wanted. We identified four vehicles at various dealers then began the process of calling each for a quote. We started with Chapman. We were very up front about what we were doing, and stated that we were going to buy a vehicle from someone today and that this was their opportunity to give us their best shot on a vehicle we liked. They gathered the powers to be, did their calculations, and called us back within 5 minutes. I do believe that they gave us their best deal. we were happy, drove to the dealership, made the purchase and was done in about an hour. This was by far the most pleasurable dealership transaction we have EVER gone through, very low key and no one was pushy or trying to sell us a bunch of garbage we did not want or need. I'm sure they made a profit as they should, that's what they are in business to do, but having said that, we felt that our quote was extremely fair. To us, it was a win win situation. We highly recommend Chapman as a dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
This dealership has outrageous fees that it adds on to used cars. We found a good deal on a car and were ready to buy it. However, then we saw that it had a $499 Dealer Documentation Fee and $1,295 of Asset Protection Plus. Those two fees are both mandatory, and they are a lot of useless things. We called around to serval other dealerships, and none of them came anywhere near that amount. I do not recommend this dealership at all!
I brought my car in for an airbag recall and after I picked it up I immediately noticed that my alignment was off. When I got home I found plastic on the passenger side floor, which turned out to be from one of the dash vents that the mechanic broke. I called the service department just to let them know about it, not expecting them to fix it. The service writer said he would have the manager call me, but that never happened. A few days later, I called the service manager directly and left a voice mail for him to call me back, which he never did. All I wanted was for them to talk to the mechanic, so he would hopefully become more forthcoming about mistakes like this in the future, but the service managers couldn't have been bothered to even call back.
I was on the road, starting a drive from Phoenix to Idaho. when, on my way out of town, the "service transmission" message came up. Having had car trouble in the very sparse Nevada mountains before, I did not want to take any chances. It was about 2pm. I called up the closest Jeep dealership (not Chapman, but in north scottsdale) and was given a very dismissive, "we could look at in 2 days". Called Chapman, explained that I was trying to get on the road as soon as possible, they recommend I drop by and talk to Dave Colwell. Dave did a quick computer check of the code, clearly explained my options, his thoughts on what was going. The chance that he might be able to get someone to look at first thing in the morning. The next morning Dave got me in, he was spot on what the issue was, and I was on the road by 9am. Very grateful.
Doug and the new Gm at Chapman VW were professional, and got me where I wanted to be. I am enjoying my new GTI and look forward to servicing my vehicle with them. Thanks for the making the process as fast as can be.
This dealership is truly amazing! The staff is very polite and friendly. DeAntre is amazing! He took the time to listen to me and got to know my personality. When it comes to finding a vehicle, it is important for me to not only have a safe vehicle, but also one that will last me and big enough for my 2 huskies to fit comfortably. DeAntre nailed what I was looking for. He didn t try to push me into a vehicle that was out of my budget. He picked a vehicle that was perfect for me and my 2 huskies. Very pleased and happy with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I highly recommend DeAntre!
I really do enjoy going to this service department. I came in describing what my car was doing thinking I had a transmission problem and Dan, rather than trying to run all these tests or make a repair that I didn't need, explained that it is extremely common with my car and that all was fine. He then fixed my only other issue, the headlight, quickly and I was off. I really value Chapman (and Dan's) honesty and that they don't come to me with a list of 20 items my car needs every time I bring it in. Because of this, if they ever do tell me that my car is in need of something, I will believe them and I really appreciate the trust they have built!
Our experience here was really incredible. Javier was really patient and helpful. He really worked with us to get the best deal.I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new car.
Terrible! Zero stars. I sat and watched the staff treat the cats horribly. Scott in the service department is very rude. I heard him bad mouth customers after they left their car. Do they not realize all we can do in line is sit and watch them? Helplessly waiting our turn. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Bill in the service department at Chapman provides the best service I have ever had at a dealership. He makes it very easy to schedule maintenance via text messaging. Anytime I have an issue with my Jeep Cherokee he gets me in right away and provides a shuttle so I don t have to wait around. I highly recommend using Bill over at Chapman.
Parts department employees were smarmy and unmotivated to assist had to go to a different dealership to find friendly helpful employees. I'm sure somebody there takes pride in what they do but not sure it's worth the effort to try and find them.
Awesome service. Service rep was Abrian Acedo and he greeted me as soon as I drove up. During the service time Abrian came in and told me there was a software update for the Sirius and did I have time for it to be done. He also asked it I would like the tires rotated. Couldn't ask for better service.
Had an amazing experience there with Johan A. He contacted me once I asked for information, he wasn t pushy and was knowledgeable on the vehicles , very friendly , and he worked on getting us the best deal we possibly could, left with a great JEEP renegade with all the fixings! Johan will get you your wheels and they were EXTREMELY supportive that I was a disabled veteran . Thanks again Johan and Chapman Jeep for all the help with my very first new car!!!!
Bill Wardingley is a great Service Advisor and was able to inspect my car once it was towed in on a Friday night. He called me to confirm my Jeep was in front of the service garage and wanted to know the issue. He was able to look into the issue and do an oil change all on a Saturday. I really appreciate his help and he will always be my contact at Chapman Jeep Service.
On a side note, I called first thing Saturday morning and spoke with Eric in the Service Dept (before Bill contacted me). I wanted to confirm that the tow company did drop off my Jeep and that the keys were in the drop box. Eric informed me "I don't see it, it may be on the back lot". I had talked to Dan on Friday before it was towed in so I mentioned that to Eric and he said "I'll give Dan your message, he will not be back till Monday". Eric then confirmed that they could not look at my Jeep until Monday which was fine with me but I really wanted to confirm that the Jeep was there and not stolen overnight since it wasn't dropped off until 11p on Friday night. (not good customer service). My husband (who is a Chapman Desk Mgr at another dealership) suggested I drive up there to see if I could find it which I did, and it was RIGHT in FRONT of the Service Garage! It was after I left that Bill called me.
I really appreciate the help from Dan on Friday and Bill on Saturday. I'm OUT on Eric. He wouldn't even get up from his desk after the Service Valet told him I was there. He wasn t on the phone, just kicked back in his high top chair/desk.
Thanks Chapman! You can't always have a Dan and Bill each time! You still have my service!
I ve called the service department multiple times to ask about services and to get something scheduled. And I have yet to receive a call back. When I spoke to the operator they said they would stay on the phone until somebody answered. What kind of services that? I ll be happy to take my business elsewhere!
The car buying experience is always an interesting one. I visited multiple dealerships and was convinced I was going to purchase a different make, until I walked into Chapman. The salesperson, Mickey, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but made me feel like I was at home with a friend chatting about a new truck. The rest of the staff, from the concierge, to the sales managers, to the finance department, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I live on the other side of town, so the location is not the most convenient for me, but I will make the drive for service and future purchases because I know I will be taken care of.
Also, I checked out the service center and it is SPOTLESS. I haven t had to use it yet, but if the shop is any indication of the quality of service, my truck will be in good hands.
well they only carry parts for 7 years past and didnt seem to know what i was talking about meh................. ...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
The Chapman advisors, especially Mr. Gaines the service manager, were very courteous but had a very large disconnect with solutions for my recalled alternator for my Dodge Charger. The alternator failed on my Dodge and has been recalled due to diode thermal fatigue failure which can result in heat, smoke, and/or fire. My wife needs the vehicle to get our children to and from school and go to work. Since, Dodge does not have a replacement part yet, and dodge does not know when the replacement part will be in I had to replace it with another alternator that will need to be replaced when the OEM parts are manufactured. Who knows when this will happen? To get reimbursed Dodge instructed me to take the component to a Dodge dealership for inspection. Chapman Dodge s service department was unwilling and/or incapable of performing a bench test on the alternator to check for diode failure covered by the recall. A bench test on an alternator is very common and best practice to test for diode failure in alternators. They could have at least performed a visual inspection on the part. On my 2012 Dodge Charger with 94,000 miles the following parts have failed since I bought it new: Alternator, Voice Control Module, A/C Blender Motor, Rear Back up Camera, and Thermostat well over $4,000 in repairs. This will be the 3rd safety related recall on my 2012 Dodge Charger. We love our Dodge Charger and we were considering upgrading to a 2017 Charger or also getting a 2017 Dodge Durango but I think I need to look at other more reliable manufactures and more knowledgeable service departments.
Got a safety recall in the mail for my jeep, I called told them what it was for and made my appointment. Showed up for my appointment, they had no record of me calling and making an appointment and didnt even have the part needed. They told me they will call me when it arrives which should be no longer than 3 days. Its been over a week and still no call. With this kind of "service" Im never coming back here.
I bought a new Jeep from Jordan Colwell. He came up with a price that beat all the other dealerships and it was their first offer. Everyone at this dealership was very nice and professional. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Took my car there for service, parked in the lane to be service no one came after 10 minutes , no acknowledgement what so ever. Customer service not friendly. We spent money for u to get pay come on people. Once my service contract is over IM ADIOS AMIGOS!
We bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on Friday and in general the whole experience was great! Mike Kola was our sales person, and he was awesome! Very understanding and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. Just wish the negotiation process didn't take so long. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Mike again. I'll update once I take it in for service.
I will say that everyone I've worked with is trying. From Rudy and Leslie to Lee and the parts and service area. With that said--- I find this location batting 1000. Nothing at all has gone right the first two trys. It gets corrected around the 3rd try. First I had to take the vehicle at dealers word that it had been through a 185 point check -- wrong. The first night I drove it home I found the front tires badly worn and a leaking front shock. When I brought it in for scheduled work two days later they found more but did replace the tires and shocks. Along with a full alignment. I asked that the rear shocks also be checked for leaking. A week later I had a screw in one of the two new front tires. I was informed that those tires are seconds and I had to find someone to repair it. I had that accomplished at discount tire for free--they want my business. That's when I discovered that a rear shock is leaking. You'd think all of these safety items would have been caught during the so called 185 point check. I brought the nitro in today to have a trailer hitch installed and pick up the spare tire as had been promised. Today was the 3rd time already for these items. After 3 hours waiting Lee tells me they ordered the wrong hitch and I'll have to come back again. I'm about to leave but stop and check underneath for the spare. No spare.... I tell Lee about it and after awhile he returns with a tech. Tech said that the tire was compressed and cold so didn't get it on. I had been scheduled to come in on Saturday morning since Tuesday. Not as iF there hadn't been time to habe the tire ready. I live 22 miles away and it takes over 45 minutes one way. I'm tired of the back and forth with nothing accomplished. At least Lee has offered to fill my tank for these items. For all this grief and agravation I expect something more than just what is supposed to be done. Otherwise everyone I know will know about the terrible service I keep receiving from this dealership. HOW ABOUT IT? Also, I entered a review about 3 weeks ago. I don't see it here at all now.
Just wanted to extend our thanks for a wonderful hassle-free and fair automobile purchase from Chapman Volkswagen. We were treated with great respect and hospitality and they worked hard to get the automobile we wanted. And even though the color that we initially wanted wasn't available they did find one in our second choice from a competing dealer and were able to have it transferred over and available within 24 hours. Turns out we actually like our second choice even more than expected and are extremely happy with our 2018 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0T GLI in Silver White Metallic. Our thanks to our sales representative Craig Strand and Andy Salem the Chapman Volkswagen sales manager for all of their assistance throughout the purchase process.
I'm a little late on my review, but that's because I been enjoy my new challenger. I had a great experience purchasing my new car here a Chapman Dodge. The process was quick and easy. Great people and nice atmosphere. I want to s/o Darryl Pugh! Darryl was very helpful and made my car buying experience one to remember. I was shown the service area and it's very nice and clean. I definitely recommend stopping in if you are interested in a new vehicle. Thanks again to everyone at Chapman Dodge!
Visiting from N.H. and saw this dealership . My wife wanted to see a sangria colored Jeep so we stopped by to see if they had one because we can t find one back home to look at. They not only had one, they had an incredible selection of vehicles to look at and in. What a place! I wish there was a dealership like this back home. No pressured sales tactics at all.
Wow ! Just brought a 2019 new Jeep has less than 400 miles and the transmission went out on it. What's next ?
7/29 Wow ! They replaced the transmission three weeks ago called Customer Relation Manager and been trying to get a hold of the service manager left VM messages going on for more than two weeks haven't heard from them. Bad customer service.
Chapman Autoplex has set the new standard of the car buying experience, I've purchased many cars even from luxury car dealerships but haven't experienced the higher level of service until now regarding my purchase at Chapman Autoplex. Blake Toolan understands and executes with a concierge approach during the process as well as after the sale. Thank you for making things pleasant and seamless!
Had a recall done here and had a good experience. Figured I had a good dealer to go to. I have now inquired on 5 separate occasions. once directly on their website, two separate emails sent to the previous service writer, one phone call where I left a voicemail and another time in which I replied to one of their emails asking me to come back for a service. Have yet to receive a response.
I had a great experience at this location, from start to finish. Only having to deal with two people, was really good as they were on the pulse and knew exactly what they were doing, and how to best meet my needs. Normally you get four or five guy's trying to fool you and get you to take some other garbage. I would highly recommend both Andrew and James, who helped me, to anyone who wants a great deal. They are both down to earth, no frills, they just get the job done.
From the start to finish, our experience with Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale was positive. Working with Brad Fraser was exceptional, and we could not have asked for a better sales representative. Thank you to Ronnie Wertz as well for providing a quick and seamless finance process. Finally, the GSM's (Chris and Robert) who assisted are to be appreciated for supporting the sales team with the right tools. We love our new car, thank you!
Very helpful with issues related to my Tiguan. Repaired some items and provided some routine maintenance. Love their new building off the 101. My Service Advisor, Ryan R., was very thorough and kept me in the loop on what was happening and met the timeframes he committed to! Love that!
Amazing experience! Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I expressed I didn t want to be there all day (who does when buying a car) and we cut straight to the chase and worked out an awesome deal on a new Rebel.
wish i could give a 5 . However I bought my 2011 dodge avenger at this location. I took it in for warranty work December 9, 2016 . I purchased the extended warranty at time I bought my car.. When I my car in I was advised that my warranty expired at 60000 miles. I was upset because I know my warrant 72/70k miles. I was over 68000. So i went home and contact my finance company for a couple of my contract ,indeed it said 72/70k . I went back and showed service adviser, It was corrected. They fixed . It took 3 weeks for my cars to get fixed Because they said warranty doesn't cover heater core even though Chrysler knows its a known issue. I contacted Chrysler they agreed to pay 100%. Chrysler rep who worked on my case was awesome thank you Kathy. However We had to do all the leg work, Not Chapman Dodge at this location. When I dropped off my car again on December 19, It was not worked on at all when I called on the 23rd of december.. There excused was that they left messages to Kathy my case worker from Chrysler BlaBlaBla. Forgot to mention that my radiator was covered under warranty. Why wasn't the radiator and flushing at least done? After placing a phone call to a regional directer the ball starting rolling. Finally my car was fixed and picked up on December 27th. Now I noticed that the dash on passenger side was oily and Passenger front Hubcap was broken . I let my service adviser Heather know. She told me it was already broken and marked it down on a previous work order and that she would look into the oily dashboard , This happen on the 28th. I took it back in because the temp was going over half way mark. When I got my car back the oily mark was still there and my hubcap was still broken. Guess what this time she did mark it down on the service order. I want my hubcap replace and my dash cleaned by a professional. Bottom line is No one should have to go prove your warranty status everyone knows extended warranty goes to 70k not 60k. After repairs your car should be returned you the same if not better condition as a good faith. Service department should at least try to get get you vehicle fixed under warranty after all its there product they represent. There is more to this but I tried to keep it short, But couldn't sorry for long review.
Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Leslie was complete and thorough in answering my multitude of questions. The car is awesome, a great combination of all I was looking for in other vehicles. Follow thru on the sale and service has been excellent. I would recommend Chapman as a go to dealership.
Had problems, but they were rectified swiftly and professionally.
Final update:
Went in 04/09 about the hood problem and other issues. Met with Service Director Mike and Shop Foreman Jerry. They explained a few things to me about my prior problems that placated me just fine. Gassed up my Jeep and had the hood fixed in less than an hour. They explained that the tech who worked on my vehicle was talked with and dealt with as was appropriate per their policies. I asked Jerry if the tech was fired, hoping he wasn't because everyone deserves a second chance. He assured me he wasn't fired.
When they were done Jerry took a ride with me to see if anything else was amiss. Jeep seems to be running fine and both Mike and Jerry told me not to hesitate to contact them should something else arise.
All in all I am happy with how they handled the issues that sprang up and I will be using them in the future should I need work on my Jeep. I appreciated the way they handled my complaint and would reccomend them to others. Sometimes things happen. When they happen you're never sure how a business will respond. I now know how Chapman will respond and you will be hard pressed to find better conflict resolution elsewhere.
Original review:
Don t go here for service. Dropped off my Jeep Renegade on March 11th and just got it back today (04/08) [My jeep had a unique, not easily solved issue. That coupled with parts not being delivered to them on time is what made the repair so long] They returned it to me on fumes. I didn t have enough gas to drive 6 miles home. The trip odometer was reset and I could see my Jeep was drivin over 20 miles and over 2 hours. In addition to this it said averag mpg was 15.5. When I drive it s 26-29 mpg. So this tells me that who the hell ever drove my car was driving the piss out of it! [Mike the Service Director explained to me that when the trip odo resets it starts calculating mpg from 0 and works up from there, so that explains the low reported mpg] To top this off my Jeep has this god awful chemical smell that made me nauseous, food trash left in the cup holder. What happened to my car when this place had it?!
(Edit - 04/09) smoke was coming from my engine so I pull over to check it out and my hood latch is broken so I can't! The list just keeps on growing. The hood isn't even shut correctly and it's broken now.
Leo in the service department was wonderful! It was extremely busy when I arrived, but Leo took time to explain everything and kept me updated. The work was done quickly and I am so happy with how my car is running!
This buying experience was like night and day over other dealerships in the area. Zero pressure, zero hassle. Chapman Dodge is what buying a vehicle should be like. After four hours of playing managerial ping pong at a GMC dealer and seeing products of lesser quality for more money, Ricardo Downie walked me through the lot, gave me space to digest the volume of selections they had, and wasn't afraid to let me leave the lot to go handle some business matters. In the end, I walked away with a Dodge RAM Laramie Limited and it rides like butter, with an huge solid engine and transmission that rivals luxury sedans, and the fine-tailored interior details to match. Then, Ricardo's boss Vinny together with Nick on the finance team wrapped the deal with a bow and worked with me every step of the way to get the deal to look the way I needed it to. Every concern I had, they exceeded expectations and found solutions. Forget all other dealerships in Arizona, Chapman Dodge in the Auto Show complex off the 101 is where you go for zero stress and 1000% satisfaction. Go see Ricardo ASAP, he is masterful at the art of the auto deal.
Entire experience was great! The deal went fast, Wyatt was a great help on selecting vehicle. Nick in financing was a miracle worker to get me the payment I needed.
Had a bad experience recently at Chapman. Service Rep tried to convince me that I needed to replace both my steering gearbox and my lower control arm which is part of the front suspension. Both items came to around $3K. I told him I was going to hold off and get a 2nd opinion. Later that day I took my car to another service station and they confirmed both items did not need to be replaced and were in great working condition. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I can say without a doubt Chapman lost a valuable customer. I also want to mention that when Chapman replaced my AC Evap they forgot to reconnect the wiring that allows the gas tank cover to release. I didn't want to go back to Chapman and had to pay another service station $80 bucks to reconnect the wire. Very frustrating when you have to pay more $$$ for mistakes that were made by Chapman. Buyer beware!!!
Didn t want to sell cars when I visited, apparently. Decided they wanted my business two weeks later through incessant phone calls. Buy somewhere that deserves your business.
Had an oil change appointment. Was told it would be a 3 hour wait. No call or text letting me know they were backed up. Really? What s the point of letting people book appointments?
Stopped in to check out the Jeeps for our son. Even though we're months away from buying Blake took the time to help us out. We have purchased from Chapman several times before and have always been impressed with the no pressure salesmen. Thx for making the process enjoyable!
Omg, when I tell you Anthony was amazing, he was beyond amazing! Great guy you guys have working for you. Very down to earth, very professional and friendly! Very happy with the truck we purchased yesterday and hope this isn't the first time we work with him (which we told him yesterday). Thank you guys for a smooth easy purchase!
I am very happy to provide this team an excellent rating. The Internet Sales Manager, Scott O, went above and beyond to provide service to customers he had only met over the phone. He counted on our commitment and we trusted his word; our trust was well placed in Scott. We drove almost 300 miles from Henderson Nevada to pick up our vehicle and it was everything we had seen in pictures, and as Scott described. The Chapman Team handled our transaction quickly, professionally, efficiently while being friendly and accommodating. When we consider another vehicle purchase, we will defiantly start with Chapman Jeep of Scottsdale.
Service center is terrible. Took my wifes jeep in for a recall. Waited in the service lobby for 10 mins and during that wait I had 4 different people tell me someone will be with me shortly instead of simply just taking a minute and helping me... and I had an appointment. Nice guy named Anthony saw what was going on and even though its not his responsibility, helped me out. Literally checked in and gave him the keys and was done. 3 minutes of his time. Got the recall done. That was two weeks ago.
Just now, on my way home I got a notification on my dash that my tire pressure (nitrogen filled from when I purchased this ram from Chapman) was reading low. Decided to give it another go and see if theyd be willing to help me out real fast. Nobody in the service center garage podium where somone normally is, cars scattered all over the drive in all directions (incorreclty indicated by the green entrance arrows) and a guy texting on his cell hiding behind the electrical boxes out back. If they were slammed and I saw people running and working I wouldnt mind I get that... Complete ghost town.
In the time it took me to write this (including a spell check) not one person has come up to the vehicle to see if I needed assistance.
Great customer service. We took our battery in for replacement, it was under warranty, the service tech asked where the vehicle was. We told him that we just pulled the battery, we were told we needed to bring the vehicle in as well, so they could check the vehicle along with the battery. It was a good thing that we did, as there was a recall notice out on it as well. There was no issue, but they did go through the vehicle to assure that everything was in good working condition. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, we had a very good positive experience.
I scheduled an appointment for today for an oil change and tire rotation . The service manager passed me off to a quick lane guy. The quick lane guy told me it would be an hour and a half before they could get to my Jeep. What good is an appointment if they don t have time to do work on your vehicle when you come in. If you can t handle the appointment in a timely manner then give me a call or don t allow me to schedule an appointment for that time.
Service Department I had the pleasure of working with Dan in the service department, I had some pretty big repairs done to my vehicle and throughout the process Dan made sure to take care of all Logistics aspects of it as well as deal with my warranty company. Thoroughly impressed overall with his work ethic, as well as being efficient in taking care of customers. Will definitely use their services if I'm ever in town again.
Choose your sales associate wisely here. We made an appointment to see a used car. An hour before appointment we confirmed the car we wanted to see and the sales associate promised to have car pulled out and ready for us. When we arrived we could not seem to find associate we had made appointment with. Others asked to help us but we had made an appointment and I didn't want to be inconsiderate. After 30 minutes someone else tracked him down and he apologized and said he had been very busy. Keep in mind we drive from Maricopa too see this car so when he came back and said the car had sold this morning we were not happy. When we confirmed appointment he should have checked on that. Needless to say we left annoyed that we had wasted out time and energy. Other people were very polite so choose wisely who you with with here.
