The car is nice but not at all what we thought we ...

The car is nice but not at all what we thought we were buying. And even though we made comments verbally, the sales person allowed us to continue in our wrong beliefs. When the dealership was contacted later, it was all our fault because our questions were not in writing even though we talked extensively about our awful roads and the fact that we had a 4WD previously, and thought this care was 4WD, nothing was said to correct us. Would NOT go back to his dealership or any Chapman dealership. And am very leery of even getting the oil changed at any Chapman dealership with as many other ways we were conned. Must be their specialty.
