Service is great. I couldn't change the oil myself for what they charged with a coupon. David found and exhaust leak and had it fixed for me as it was warrantied. Great communication, friendly honest people.
All the gentleman I spoke to who was the service rep advised me that I wouldn't be violating any safety or warranty on the vehicle by making an adjustment 2 bolt. Glad I recorded the conversation

New location is wonderful, team members were nice, and service was fast. Morning doughnuts and coffee while I waited were much appreciated. Follow up information provided over e-mail was very thorough and also appreciated. Not giving a full 5 starts though as there was an item on my receipt(and e-mail information) that was not discussed with me and I didn't notice it until after leaving - if I was told about it I would have moved forward with the recommendation at the time rather than having to make a second visit. Still very happy with my service though and will be coming back in the future.

The service was not so good and a little impatient attitude. Last time, I came here to do maintenance, that after that I found that here was some damage on my car which is the wire behind my car was broken. Before I do the maintenance they already checked my car, and they told me it was broken buy the hit. However, here was no accident on my car. Also, they didn't know how to fix it. The attitude was changed a lot than my first time came. Never came here again.
We bought 2 vehicles from Wyatt that day. I highly recommend requesting Wyatt. He is super knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. He took time to really understand what we needed and was not pushy in the slightest.
Seriously overpriced! They wanted over $400 to replace a part that costs $21 at AutoZone and took me all of 10 minuets to replace myself. I called another Jeep dealership in Avondale and they quoted me $229 for the same part replacement. Huge difference in price. Do your research before you do a repair.

As a long time employee myself of CJDR I have met hundreds of employees. Jordan Guerra was extremely knowledgeable about the product, very professional, and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. I personally would have thought Jordan had been in the industry for years with how he conducted business. The sales manager was extremely nice and helpful. I worked with Dave Colwell out at Chapman Autoplex, he made my experience very easy and painless. My car's maintenance was done and returned within 24 hours which was great. I took my car in before work and then they shuttled me for free wherever I needed to go. I will be back for additional auto needs in the future.

Mystery solved, again. Our 05 Jeep Liberty LTD was towed in late Saturday afternoon with a no start condition. Service Advisor Eric McGraw took the time to do some quick troubleshooting. Shuttle Driver Carlos made sure I had a ride home, even though it was close to closing. The next morning, Technician Karl Wueper accurately diagnosed an unseen sheared ignition and had me going the following day. Electrical problems can be perplexing and time consuming to solve but the Chapman Service Team saved the day.
Great experience with Andy. Listened, didn't have a script or agenda. Was there to facilitate the deal and tell the guys in the tower I was not compromising on my terms.

Doug was the service rep. who helped me. He was very helpful and explained what had to be done ( I took my car in due to a recall ). He told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half, I told him that was fine and that my boss was going to come and get me. He told me to hang tight before I called my boss for a ride and he went and talked to someone, he came back and said they would be done in 30 minutes if I just wanted to wait. Well, they were done in 25 min. TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Chapman Dodge is very fortunate to have Doug working for them. He was so kind and knowledgeable, he met me at my car door when I first got there, he came and got me when they were done and walked me to my car, which was running with air on, again TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

My dealership sells a part for $8.63 but they were out of stock they said these guys had it called the $12.85 would not work with me at all. It might not be much but just just move the decimal. Decide for your self

Go to another Jeep dealership. These people don't value your time. I recently ordered a Jeep which was to take 3 weeks to arrive. Was able to negotiate a reasonable price with the sales person. When it arrived I was given the run around (Jeep was stuck on the train, then it was the jeeps battery died and needed a jump etc etc) I was never updated on any of this and I had to call them to get any info. Finally I found out it arrived at the dealership when I called them. I made an appointment to pick it up. When I arrived to speak with the sales person the manager came out and told me that i can no longer have the negotiated price and if I still wanted it I would have to pay full sticker price. He was aggressive and unapologetic. I abruptly told him no thanks and that I'll take my deposit back (The manager was a short guy with redish hair if you're interested)
To add insult to injury, I received a letter in the mail a couple weeks later that said my credit wasn't approved (I have a 800+ credit score and make +400K a year and was approved at Range Rover which i ended up purchasing). When I called Jeep to get to the bottom of the denial letter I was passed to 3 or 4 departments before I was finally send to their finance department. I called several times and left several messages, however they still refuse to call me back to explain what was causing my credit to be denied.
Go somewhere else if you expect to be treated with respect and dignity.

Duane was amazing. He told me my car would be ready in an hour and typically I wait much longer and he had the car done and washed within the hour. Their waiting room is nice and brand new.
Buying experience went great. They had a Scion xB posted online (I don't think they usually sell scion/Toyota) that I had been looking for. I got a pretty good deal on it. Haven't had any problems with it. The only problem that keeps reoccurring is that they call me every 3 months asking if I want to refinance my loan or trade my car in. I've asking them multiple times not to call me anymore. I LOVE MY CAR!! I don't want to trade it in and I already got it refinanced for a great rate. Good experience overall except that it's 4 years later and they are still calling me.

I was impressed with vehicle selection at Chapman Dodge Scottsdale and the knowledge and service the sales associate Jordan Colwell possessed. I was shown a few suv's and given the benefits of each that match my needs. One of the best experiences I've had without the pushy salesman I've dealt with elsewhere.
Sales department is cool. Don't go to the "express service center" for an oil change without an appointment, you will ruin their day! Oh and if you drop off your car on Saturday for safety issue, don't expect them or FCA to get you a loaner. Also, you may not hear from them until Tuesday even when you consistently call Monday. You'll be put on eternal hold and they'll claim they didn't have your correct contact info but manage to call you days later.

Service center is awesome! In and out in less than an hour. Car wash was great! Yeah it's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Don't need lube shop to misplace oil plug again!
