We said our goal was to make a decision that day on a VW or Jeep and without any hard sales tactics VW provided a opportunity we did not expect. After unsuccessfully having my car serviced by an individual mechanic, took my 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser to Chapman in Scottsdale, whom I had dealt with before. Dave Colwell, the service representative, listened to my issues, provided superior service and saw that the car was properly serviced in a timely manner.
Dave provided reliable, honest assistance and saw that the issues with the vehicle were resolved at a reasonable price. I have found both him and the dealership to be excellent partners to work with over the years. Highly recommended.

I have purchased now 3 vehicles through Robert and his team in the last 2 years. By far some of the best customer service in the auto industry. Robert and Wyatt are simply amazing. They always follow up on the vehicle and remind me of maintenance. Even come and pick up my cars for me. Would recommend Robert and his team to anyone.

While I was still in CO I was searching online for the right Beetle and Javier Encalada emailed me back a couple times. He followed up with a very polite phone call at which time I told him I wasn t ready to buy a car. A few months later in January when I was ready to buy I visited Chapman first because of Javier. And, luck of the draw, Javier greeted us when we arrived. His salesmanship was perfect!! We found our Beetle - right style, perfect color and we couldn t be more pleased. Thank you Javier.

Absolutely flawless experience; best I ve had throughout my life of purchasing over a dozen vehicles. Our salesman Shane Mackelprang was extremely professional and happily catered to our desires; above and beyond. Nick/finance was the quickest and most prepared/accurate finance person I have dealt with. An amazing team all around for a quick and seamless transaction; highly recommended!

Bill at Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale is by far the best service advisor in the business!! My Jeep Grand Cherokee has been having problems for the past few months and Bill has gone above and beyond to get my car fixed. He always treats me with respect, is upfront about what s going on, keeps me in the loop, accommodates my work schedule, he s just top notch!!Bill is so trustworthy and unfortunately that can be hard to come by in this industry. Love working with Bill!

He said to bring the car in and he'll give me a loner car until my car was repaired. Ram dealer review

First off I would like to state that I love my 2019 ram. I was hesitant to even write this review because I am not someone that genarally writes reviews good or bad, but my experiences at Chapman Ram have been by far the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership.
1st visit- Micheal Hu was a great salesman and I bought the truck.
2nd visit- I brought my truck in to get some bugs worked out (cold start issues and mirror issues when folding) I had an appointment and wasn't helped until 45 min after my appointment, everyone looked so frantic like chickens with their heads cut off. A driver takes me to enterprise to get my rental vehicle. They guy was texting and swirving on the highway. It was quite an uncomfortable ride. I get my rental and return to the dealership later that day they fixed my cold start problem and ordered a mirror for me. I asked if the clear bra that I put on the mirrors would be affected, Bee told me yes but they could OBVIOUSLY take care of that since it's a defective part on rams end. I was happy with that answer.
3rd visit- I had an appointment to get my mirror taken care of finally. My service guy was late by 25 minutes and no one re assigned me. as I was staring to get frustrated again I let them know I have been waiting to be helped and my guy wasn't here. they were about to reassign me and Anthony finally showed up. He has no idea why I was there and couldn't find my appointment information so I filled him in. I also asked about my mirror clear bra and apparently there is absolutely nothing they can do. Whatever I thought to myself I dont care at this point I just cant wait to get out of this shit dealership so I leave just barely in time to rush to work. I get my truck back same day and as I am backing it into the driveway I realized the mirror that was replaced wasn't assembled correctly nothing was lining up as I am comparing it to the other side. If the mechanics dont care enough to put my mirror together correctly I would hate to see how they treat a vehicle under the hood. Needless to say I will never return to this dealership even if that means I would have to pay for repairs out of my own pocket.

Just know, the guys here are amazing. I hate people trying to talk me into something, and being burned by sales people, you won't find that with the person I worked with. I worked with Aronn Slutsky and he worked so hard to find me an amazing offer this weekend! Instead of having to settle for something, once again, that was not going to make me happy I walked away with an amazing Jeep with so many amazing features. You will definitely get the same kind of treatment from him any day! I am super excited about my new Jeep and definitely walked in the right place to get it! If you are in the market for a new vehicle go talk to him and the people here! They will definitely take care of you!

First question he asked me as I walked in was what s your credit score like then before anything he wanted me to fill out a credit form. If you don t look all rich they won t even bother to take you on a test drive. The cars are overpriced as well so save yourself from going there

I had a bad experience with a Tempe Chapman and I have hated the establishment ever since untill I emailed a sales associate Johann Alfaro who set my mind at ease. Terrible. Had a very busy day, dropped off the car at 8:15am and was told by Anthony that to flush the Transmission, Change my brakes and do an oil change would be two hours but to give him till noon. I showed up at 12:15 with my two small children to pick up the car and it was not done. Communication was horrible and would not return. Brakes were not done because it was a different problem that would have been fixed by picking up the phone and calling me. Anthony apologized but I could tell things would not change there. Really all he had to do was talk with the mechanic working on my car to find out he was running behind since they were busy, pick up the phone and call me and I would have been happy to come later. Instead he made excesses. I left the dealership at 1:45. Beyond Ridiculous.

We ran into a situation where we were offered an incentive on our new 2019 Dodge Ram if we came back at a later time by our salesman. When we returned to Chapman, we were told our salesman no longer worked there. My husband explained our situation and we were certain we'd be told they couldn't honor that incentive since our salesman wasn't there any longer. But, Scott, a sales manager, said that's not how they do business at Chapman Dodge and honored the incentive. We were very impressed, not only by this, but also when we purchased the truck in December. The sale went very smoothly. Highly recommend Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

Mike is an absolutely fantastic person. Even though the dealership was incredibly busy, Mike was moving me along as fast as he could to find the deal that was right for me. Extremely transparent dealership and all the numbers were presented to me professionally. Ended up leaving the dealership with a new car and a great deal trading in my older Jeep. As a first time buyer from a dealership, I'm very comfortable with the deal I received thanks to Mike Hu.

Don't bother calling first to set up a test drive, they will sell the car from under you for a faster sale! My husband and I went to go purchase a used Jeep on the lot that I saw online. I first, contacted the dealership, made sure it was available, told them we were a cash buyer and on our way to test drive. The salesman gave us some info on it and told me they would give it a rinse and it would be waiting when we got there. 25 minutes later I received a text message from a salesman, Mike H. they sold the car to someone else when we were 10 minutes away. When I asked 'what?
How does this happen?', he gave an excuse, when he should have at least called me personally and apologize. What they should have done was hold the car since we were going out of our way to drive down just for that car and we had done our due diligence, confirmed it was available and confirmed we were on our way cash in hand. I mean when they tell you, yes it is here and it can be yours, that's what you expect; not have it sold from under you in 25 minutes, and not a passive aggressive text saying we can't stop someone from buying it but, we have another one that is more money available; which sounded like a bait and switch to us. Well, they lost a customer, I will be sharing my experience and never buy from them.

This is the best service experience I've had from a dealership in a long time. I worked with Leo. He got me scheduled right away, kept me updated while the work was being performed and called me when it was ready. Gave a great explanation of what caused my light to come on, and breakdown on the cost to repair it. Was very thorough with going over what other services I need to consider and what should be higher priority. I've had terrible service experiences with other Dodge dealers in the Valley. Answering your phone and calling customers back right away will get you a long way based on your local competition, but the professional and courteous atmosphere was a very nice surprise. I will be back to this dealer for future services.

To start off, I would like to say I had the BEST car buying experience ever. I filled out the application online and received a call from Leslie within an hour. I was a little skeptical, because I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a car but needed to. When I say she was so patient, kind and caring throughout the whole process. She treated me as family and not just another customer to make money off of. She never gave up even after i had. And you know what, she was able to get me in a vehicle I wanted with less miles and a payment I was comfortable with. She has since followed up to make sure everything is still going ok and it is. I would recommend Chapman and Leslie Horne to anyone that is looking to receive outstanding customer service and a friend with a warm hug and hello. I will never visit this location ever again. From my check engine lighting coming on in August, September, October and now December. After one of those visits where my car was in the shop for a week, the day I got it back my car battery died. Plus the enterprise that is on site stole money that I accidentally left in my rental. No one would fix the issue or help me out. Then the most recent visit. I had to check out with the main service rep because my guy was busy.... He was looking through my paperwork and saw random labor charges that he said he s never seen before. So clearly they like to scam women into paying more. And to think if that main guy wasn t busy, I would of ended up paying those extra charges. I am so disgusted with this place. Even the last time I posted a review, they asked me to take it down. Which I thought maybe they were trying to make things right. Nope. So this one is staying up and you guys just lost a customer.

Paul was able to find me exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions. Car buying can be a hassle, but these people made it easy and enjoyable. I came in Friday at 5pm after my dealership Larry H. Miller, where I bought my new car, refused to see me for two weeks because they were too busy. Not only is my Hellcat my daily driver, the issues it was having made it a safety issue to drive home from work, let alone drive around for two weeks. Here I show up Friday at 5pm, a total charity case to Chapman Dodge, and Bill Wardingley took the time to run the diagnostic codes, asked if I minded leaving it overnight since it was 5 pm, took care of the rental car for me, and made sure I was taken care of. Not one excuse that it was a Friday night, I had no appointment, and I didn t even buy my car there. I don t care that my free service package is only good at Larry H. Miller. I will forego any free service and pay to get quality service at Chapman. I will also go there to buy all my future Hellcats. Thank you so much for everything.

Best car purchasing experience I have ever had! The entire, stress free, negotiation/purchase was conducted by phone, email and text with Andy Salem and Craig Strand. When I arrived at Chapman VW, after driving 105 miles, everything was exactly as Andy and Craig said it would be. My trade-in was evaluated quickly and after completing finance and sales paperwork with Greg, who was also topnotch, I was on my way. If I could give Andy, Craig, Greg and Chapman VW 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a Volkswagen, this is the place to go!!

To make a long story short, after three trips to this dealer and having the evaporator replaced twice and some other work performed, the issue persist. This is my first experience with Chapman Dodge. I have not purchased a vehicle here, but utilized the services department. After receiving a recall notice every week for a few months, I decided to schedule to have it taken care of. The first person told me it would take 4 hours and no replacement vehicle would be available. I asked to speak to someone different. I was then put into contact with Dan Boardman. He told me that she didn't know how long it really takes and that it would only take 1.5 hours. I scheduled the services and planned on having my employee wait the 1.5 hours while the recall was performed. Upon arrival, the same Dan I spoke to about the 1.5 hours told her that it would take 3 hours. I have no problem with a job taking a few hours to get done. Doubling the time that I was quoted when my appointment service ticket even states that I will be having someone wait for the vehicle is unacceptable. All I ask for is that people are honest. They didn't even start on it before telling us that the time would be doubled. This is my only experience with Chapman Dodge and it is not a good one.

After showing the tech, Justin Paulsen, and the service writer, Leo Leufkens, exactly what was wrong with the work they did (A/C evaporator replacement) and giving them a chance to correct it, they took a shortcut and didn't do it right. Did they really think they could pull the wool over my eyes after the trouble I went through to show them their errors?? They also left debris in my vent system that is still causing noise. I will never give Chapman another chance to screw up my truck.

My friend Ken and I went to Chapman at 3800 N. 89th Street, just to look around Jeep Grand Cherokees. Aaron approached us with a very professional manner without pressure, answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable with his customer services skills and great personality. He is an outstanding Sales Representative. After he gave us price details on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Honestly, I wasn't planning to buy a vehicle that day. I asked for his best deal, he called his manager Justin Cates. Justin is the best. He gave me a crazy, lower price that you could get on a 2018 Altitude. Well, I ended up with a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that I have been shopping around for the last three months. My experience was excellent, We waited just a couple hours. I don't like to go to a car dealers. These guys changed that bad impression. I highly recommend, contact Aaron Castaneda and Justin Cates.

I have a 2015 Jeep Patriot right it of this lot. I have 1,500 left to pay before paying it out right.
This morning I go to drive it and by front drivers side axel falls right out, Out of no where!!!
This could have cost me my life. Luckily it happened while driving out of my complex.
This vehicular has never been of road. It has gone to California twice and Texas once.
I drive it for miles to and from work. Last week I had the drivers side axel replaced, I ve had engine upgrades, and constant oils and breaks updated.
Does anyone agreed this is a cheaply made vehicle or what!?
I have had older cars who have lasted way longer than this one with absolutely no potholes ever!

Chapman dealerships are NOT trustworthy. This is my second negative review. I'm extremely upset about Chapman's non-stop marketing (phone calls to my cell, email messages, etc). I've demanded for 4 years that they remove me from their marketing lists but I still get their calls and emails. Something as simple as removing me from their database is a task far too difficult for these morons! Unless you like being the target of 1 to 1 marketing, avoid giving Chapman dealers your business!!!! They truly do NOT care about you.

Stellar experience from start to finish. Truth be told, I walked through those NEW showroom doors quite skeptical. I wasn t 100% planning to buy; I had to be bowled over; not just by the car selection, but (more importantly) by the integrity of the dealership. Mike Hu accomplished both - demonstrating integrity AND getting the (newly acquired) used vehicle spiffed up and ready to drive. And there s a true team spirit here - Mike, his associate Andy Stephens (Andy, we loved hanging out with you) and the financial team exceeded my expectations. At times, I felt like the only customer in the 100,000sf facility (and there were MANY). Mike and the Chapman team turned a major life event into a seamless experience. All calls and texts were answered immediately. On the day of purchase, we were treated both as royals and as friends (thanks again Andy). I m one happy buyer.

I was not an ideal candidate for purchasing a car and the folks at Chapman worked really hard to help get me into something that fit my needs, wants, and budget, despite a challenging credit history. I cannot say enough good things about Vaniessia Godinez - she was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It was evident that she is passionate about helping her clients and I know I wouldn't have been able to get my car without her help. Eddie Espinosa and Greg Limbeck were also incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with but Vaniessia definitely made the whole experience a great one. Thank you Chapman!

Good service as always. Also a couple months ago my girlfriends air compressor went out took it to Chapman Chevy they had it for four days gave it back said they couldn't find any problems. We ended up taking her car here and they found the issue within an hour and had it back to us the same day.

After having weeks of transportation issues, dealing with crazy car dealerships , and pushy car salesmen I was lucky to end up at Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale. I immediately felt a sense of comfort and reassurance when I was helped by Leslie Horne. She helped make sure that the purchase was within my means and did not try to force me into buying, which was very different than any other dealership I had been too previously. My experience with Leslie was top of the line. She was very kind and extremely honest with me. She gave me so much information and insured that my experience was great. She was not forceful at all like others in sales. She worked with me to find a vehicle that I wanted- but would also work for me. Working with Leslie was first-rate! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a car. In all honesty I will go back to her every time I need to make a purchase.

The sells team are not very Organized apparently they're 16 manages at work at that store if you call to speak to a manager the person that answered the phone is the manager they don't return calls I tell you their call you right back in ever call you right back worse customer service next to earnhardt that I've ever had to do with
