Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.
Find out theres a recall on my vehicle, call to schedule a service appointment. Appointment booked 3 days in advance. Show up and they take the car. Offer a shuttle service to my work, said it would be ready in 20 minutes and they would come get me. 45 minutes go by, i go to ask whats up and the shuttle had just left and they forgot about me. Finally 15 minutes later shuttle comes back and takes me to work. Driver took a personal call on his cell phone while driving for 10 minutes. I had to give him directions over his phone conversation. Get a call an hour later and said they didnt actually have the parts, and didnt know when they would get them, and that I should call them in a month to see if they have the parts.

If you come here, don't assume they're going to follow through with what they say, apparently its up to you to make sure they do their jobs right.

*04-23-19 Update - I emailed Mr. Chatburn last week at his request below, I have received zero responses. Thank-you Mr. Chatburn for confirming my suspicions that this company does not respect their customers and that I need to take my business elsewhere.
