NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!! THIS IS A WARNING! I purchased a car from this dealership two weeks ago, they are just now calling me to tell me they can not get anyone to agree to the terms they signed off on . I'm not sure why you would let someone "buy" a vehicle if the finances are not in order . This has been the worst experience! Not only did the payment i agreed to went up 3$ when it was time to sign the paper work, now i don't even have a loan. SPOT DELIVERY SCAM read up on this and look out for it at this dealership!!!

They made a deal with my husband and I twice for the same car and both times went back on their word and charged us more money. I would not recommend buying from here, they don't care about their customers.
Just converted my lease to a purchase. Robert is a credit to this dealership. He was extremely patient while we sorted out several days of hassle with my diesel payoff from VW Credit. Robert is thorough, well informed on VW products, and a pleasure to work with. Everyone else is great from the Service folks to the finance folks and takes care of you like a valued customer.
I am proud to write this review in regards to my phone experience with Roger in the parts department with Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I had called a different dealership prior to my phone call to Roger in regards to needing a key cut for a vehicle I purchased last night they quoted me a very high price at close to $300 without even asking any detailed information about the vehicle I purchased. However Roger did the correct procedure in asking me the VIN number so therefore finding that he was able to give me the correct quote. This is why my High Rating Review for this dealership will certainly always get my business and high rating thank you Roger you're Wonderful!
My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently started to drive rough. I found out that the engine mounts were failing. This didn't make sense as I only have a little 25K miles on the vehicle, however, my warranty recently ran out. The Service team member went above and beyond to get the out of pocket down saving me over $400.
I had a great buyer experience at this dealer. Ghaleb was very easy to reach, made sure I was happy with my new Charger Hellcat and the follow up was great. Reneta called and made sure everything was good and the whole experience was fast and easy.
I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator rubicon that needed its steering wheel replace because the leather stitching was coming off. When I ordered a brand new one it took a month, but the problem was the installation. During that month i called Dan Boardman multiple times for a check on time but he never replied if it was even shipped. After they installed it the steering wheel back buttons for volume and skipping was not working because it wasn t plugged in and it took another 2 hours for it to be fixed. The people who work here are good, but we have had trouble when buying cars through them or anything involving actual work not being half-### .
Extremely happy with the service! Got us in quickly on Sat and found the problem that day. Had it fixed and Picked up on Mon. Will be back even though it is 131mi from Heber. It was a pleasure working Darrell and Scott.
I bought a Dodge sprinter from a third party so I thought if I take it to the dealership to have it professionally checked out, after TWO DAYS of waiting I received THIS text (my tech tried to get into the system and is unable to because it is Mercedes so we are suggesting you go to Mercedes.. w e wish we could get more into the system but we can not ...Vehicle will be ready in half hour for you)... So here is my question why did you waist 2 days of me Ubering around town when you simply could have told me that you don't work on Dodge sprinter?
Sam Bataglia and the service department always do a nice job of explaining the charges and getting approval before moving forward with the work. Much better experience than I have had with other dealership service departments.
Nice friendly dealership. Limited on what they can sell unfortunately. But would definitely recommend checking them out if you're interested in a Dodge. They're helpful and willing to search inventory locally. But limited on what their license to sell, so depending on what you're looking for they may or may not be the right dealership for you.
Outstanding customer service. Service writer went out his way to take care of me. Even though my appointment was at a different dealer. Over and above what he had to do. He earned all my future service work.
My car (a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan) is my only source of income here in Phoenix so when my Grand Caravan started making a loud clicking noise I dove in and researched 5 different service shops including 3 Dodge Dealers in Gilbert, Phoenix and even 2 hours away in Prescott Valley. After going in person to talk to the Chapman Dodge representative Bill Wardingley I came to the conclusion that his company (Chapman Dodge) in Scottsdale, AZ was the best option for me. I was still skeptical and resistant when they were servicing my car, but Bill and the guys at Dodge fixed my car and restored my faith in mechanics and car dealers. They were the lowest cost/highest quality option. My car is driving like new (no more ticking/knocking strange sounds) and I'm back on the road driving Uber and making money. Best of all is that I drove away with a feeling of appreciation and trust. Thank you to everyone at Chapman Dodge. Bill you saved the day!!! And that shuttle service to/from home while my car was being fixed is off-the-hook awesome!!!

We bought our jeep at Barrett Jackson and it needed some fine-tuning. We have a difficult schedule and Scott Randall got us in and got the job done efficiently and professionally. If you have a service need, look Scott up! He does his best to have you in and out in a timely manner.
Great car buying experience! We were searching for a used Grand Cherokee to tow with. They didn't have one we wanted so the sales staff found one at another Chapman location and drove it here for us to pick up. Got a great car for a great price. A couple days later we hooked up a trailer and the trailer lights wouldn't come on. Ruth at the service desk was so nice and they were able to get the lights working and covered the service for us. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for a new car.

I've gone to several Jeep dealerships in the Valley and this is by the far the best customer service I've received (I worked with Dan Boardman). I have an extended warranty and they've been great at getting everything fixed in a timely manner and communicating repairs to me.
I went online and found a vehicle I wanted, a white VW ATLAS. I called the dealership and the sales consultant Javier Encalada answer the phone, I gave Javier the stock number and asked that he bring the car up front and I will be there in 30 minutes. When I got there the car was out front, he had just had it washed. The car looked beautiful. He spent a great deal of time going over all of the features and we went on a test drive. I appreciated all the details. I went home to think about the deal that was offered and made a counter offer. Javier called me the next day and said that his manager would except the deal. I believe this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Javier!!!

My son purchased a used vehicle on the 16th. Great service from Darryl Pugh. However, five days later, I had to take my son and his brother to work at 5AM because the newly purchased vehicle does not start?! Being under warranty is good. Having to make use of the warranty services five days after purchase is BAD! Really bad!
Leo is 2 for 2 so far. Top Tier service through-and-through. The new dealership is great place to be when you have to lounge around for a while. Five stars.

I bought a brand new Dodge Journey at another dealership and have yet to have any of my calls returned. So, I decided to go to Chapman as it is a lot closer to my home. Definitely don't have anything bad to say about them. Great staff, and five star service. The building is always nice and clean as well. Leo in the service department is just awesome! Great guy! This is not my service center but I stopped here because I had time to kill while in the area, and a random squeaking from my chassis/suspension that I wanted looked at.
I walked in and over to the first desk on the right. The advisor seemed to be too interested in the computer as he did not acknowledge me, greet me or even look in my direction as I had approached his desk. He wasn t typing or on the phone with anyone. I waited thinking he would greet me or something but after standing there for a couple of awkward seconds I asked, where could I find Leo? (Leo and I spoke on the phone prior to my arrival) He reply s, 3rd desk on the right . I felt it was rude but thought maybe he s just having a bad day.
I talk to Leo and he has me sign this paper that says it s going to be $140 if it takes an hour. Concerned I ask it shouldn t be $140 should it? He say if it s sooner he can discount it. I walk away thinking, I hope it doesn t take longer than 15 minutes it s just a squeak. I had a change of heart and didn t want to gamble them having my car for an hour and paying $140 just to be looked at. I find Leo in my Jeep about to pull away and tell him that I was going to pass on it, $140 is a lot just to have it looked at and that I m sorry for any inconvenience. With attitude he throws my Jeep into park, steps out, hangs the keys in front of my face, and rips off the service number tag and says, Well! My mechanic has to get paid too! Come back when you have money!
It was hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would hate for anyone to ever deal with any establishment like this. Do not go to Chapman Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep!!!!
Chase Manwaring was our sales rep. Super knowledgeable of his vehicles inside and out. Patient. He takes his job and his clients seriously. We didn't buy today, but we left with so much more knowledge then we came with. Low pressure. Clear communication. Good experience. Great experience using the internet and Craig Strand for the purchase of my new VW Tiguan. Everything completed prior to my arrival at the dealership and quick and easy once I got there to trade in my old vehicle and pick up the new one. A short stop in Finance to sign the paperwork and NO UP SELLING at all.

Would have given a "0" if I could; however, the vehicle I like was there, so a "1" works. So what happened? On 12-15-2020, I drove from southeast valley to Chapman Dodge to look over various 2021 Dodge 1500 Rebels I saw online. Upon pulling into the parking lot, I observed two (2) sales persons chatting on the steps (?), and one other helping a customer. I parked, made myself visible and then proceeded to look over the handful of Rebels and other Dodge Rams. Within a few seconds, I saw the car I had come to inquire about. Exterior color was that gun metal blue style I love. I circled it several times, and excitedly, even sent off a snapchat of it to my wife. After waiting close to 10 minutes, I realized no one was coming out to check on "this" buyer ready to make a purchase! No way. Anyway, off I went. In comparing to my visits to Airpark, Earnhardt and Superstition Dodge, this was a shock that no sales person came out to greet me. See pic of truck I previously wanted to purchase. UPDATE 12/16/2020: General Sales Manager of location has reached out, apologized and I intend to take him/her up on offer to work personally (directly) with me on my purchase. More to follow. Update 12-21-2020: General Sales Manager was true to her word. I was able to make a great deal on a new truck, including a great offer on my trade-in. Chapman Dodge is now my dealership of choice in the valley! Thank you Renate and Ashley.
I originally gave a five star review because I was naive enough to be sucked in by their "temporary fix" attitude in the service dept. They put a band aid on the problem and then BEG relentlessly for a five star review. But when the Repair doesn't hold up beyond three weeks, you'll spend the next few months getting jerked around. Two transmissions later (on a 2017 Pacifica!!) and there is still the SAME ORIGINAL PROBLEM!! Chances are it never was the transmission, but their way of dealing with the issue now is to say there is "nothing more we can do" and tell you to take it elsewhere. Unreal. Your first visit will be great as they schmooze you, but BEWARE!! You WILL NOT get long term good service. Now I have a 2017 vehicle with zero resale value because Carfax will show two replaced transmissions within 6 months. And a still ongoing issue that Chapman has conveniently washed their hands of. Chapman Chrysler, you should be ashamed of your service department!!!
We made our first new car purchase here. It wasn't planned, an we showed up a few minutes before close. Everyone was happy to sell my wife an I a brand new Chrysler 300, even though it was closing time. But, show up 45min before the service center closes for a oil change an air in the tires? No way, sorry, come back on Monday. Really? Not even air in one tire? That's messed up. Will never take my car there again, and more importantly will never buy a car from chapman ever again. Go to Tempe Chrysler, much better service, no attitude.
We sent Bill an email about the problem with our Sirius radio and were able to get it in to be checked out. After an hour with the car they determined that our module was dead. Bill gave us options on how to get a Sirius radio in the vehicle and even went on line showing us radio options and price options. There was no charge to find out what the problem was. This entire facility is the clean as a whistle. The garage service area looks like a clean room. Great service.
Need to work on customer service in a service department. Assist customers when they walk in, maintain appointment times or if not then don't give customers the option to make appointments, answer your phone and if the customer leaves a voicemail call them back. The shop was clean just disorganized and I left feeling like I was creating to much work for the department by coming in.
Service was prompt and complete. Service Tech (Bill) was great. He kept me updated on the status of the service through out the process. Arranged for Shuttle with no wait. Great experience.
Told us the deal was good. We agreed to the price and then they called and told us they needed to work out a few more details so we waited and waited and waited... and every time we tried calling back they said still working on it and we ll get back to you. Whelp they haven t and we ve called several times only to be brushed off! Sick of the games and just want a clear answer as to what is going on! So rude...don t waste your time with this dealership!

Focused on our needs and made us feel very comfortable, unlike other salesmen we've encountered in the past. I also bought my first Jeep there with Jeff, he too was informative super helpful. Went in to see a newer used car that I wanted to test drive, but had a deal in place somewhere else for the next week. Chapman matched the deal with a car that looked great. No hidden fees, the financing was straightforward and I left that night with exactly what I wanted. No reason to wait until the next week for the other car. Craig and Robert were awesome to work with. Made it super easy.
Sometimes, one bad apple spoils the bunch. That's what happened in my case. I went to check out a vehicle. The salesperson that I had been communicating me called me an hour before I arrived. We discussed a specific vehicle that he said he would have pulled out front when I arrived. Was it pulled out front? No. Sadly, it gets worst. When I arrived, I had to wait about 30 minutes before he came out to see me; although, I contacted him to let him know that I was there and another salesperson informed him. The other salesperson offered water while I was there. The salesperson I had been working with offered nothing. Once he came out, he said he would go get the vehicle. 5 minutes later, he comes out and said it was sold that morning. He apologized by saying that he had been busy all day. Nice apology. It's amazing how customer service is such a thing of the past. I would give zero stars, if able, but Thomas (the other salesperson) was very friendly. My salesperson was Cameron. Sadly, I won't be coming back to Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram again.
Very slow workers. Would not come back to this location. They also don't care about my truck when they drive because I was watching them speed right over the speed bumps
bottom line - working with Isaiah Johnson and the fine folks at Chapman was the most professional and enjoyable experience i have ever had when it came to purchasing a car. Isaiah was professional, courteous, and above all - honest. I will be recommending him and Chapman to everybody...great job!
This is the 2nd Chapman dealership I have dealt with. I will NEVER buy another car from Chapman. The sales managers are rude, and the service side just wants your money and wants you to get out ASAP. Take a word of advice and take your hard earned money elsewhere! Save yourself the headache.

It's ok. Furniture in lounge is lacking, no bottled water but is a water fountain. Jimmy johns does not deliver and dealership is less than 2 miles away :(.
Listen Chapman Dodge really took care of me I came in to get a used 2016 Chrysler 300 but left out there with a brand New 2018 300 was there for about 1 hr the team are great group of people I would highly recommend getting your new or used car from here..This dealership gets 10 stars
Hubby and I went in today to take a look at a 2018 Dodge Ram Night. We had seen it online and decided this was the truck we wanted especially because of the price. The online listed price was $39,995. We get to the dealership and the sales guy Ishmael informed us the price was 50,000. I was a bit confused because again online it's listed at $39,995. Hubby speaks with the sales guy who speaks with the sales manager.. oh no sorry but there's $15,000 in after-market parts. Problem is that it doesn't state that online. Also, we went in with a preapproval check and they came back and said we'd owe $60,000 and $1000.00 payments!!! I despise shady dealerships.. if you want $50,000 for a vehicle then state that from the get go. Don't list a vehicle online at one price and then pull a "oh by the way"..
2017 2500 Cumins first oil change with synthetic. Truck was returned without and issue and all good. waiting room was clean, coffee great an water cold, thank you!!!
