We sent Bill an email about the problem with our Sirius radio and were able to get it in to be checked out. After an hour with the car they determined that our module was dead. Bill gave us options on how to get a Sirius radio in the vehicle and even went on line showing us radio options and price options. There was no charge to find out what the problem was. This entire facility is the clean as a whistle. The garage service area looks like a clean room. Great service.
