Went in to see a newer used car that I wanted to test drive, but had a deal in place somewhere else for the next week. Chapman matched the deal with a car that looked great. No hidden fees, the financing was straightforward and I left that night with exactly what I wanted. No reason to wait until the next week for the other car. Craig and Robert were awesome to work with. Made it super easy.
