I originally gave a five star review because I was naive enough to be sucked in by their "temporary fix" attitude in the service dept. They put a band aid on the problem and then BEG relentlessly for a five star review. But when the Repair doesn't hold up beyond three weeks, you'll spend the next few months getting jerked around. Two transmissions later (on a 2017 Pacifica!!) and there is still the SAME ORIGINAL PROBLEM!! Chances are it never was the transmission, but their way of dealing with the issue now is to say there is "nothing more we can do" and tell you to take it elsewhere. Unreal. Your first visit will be great as they schmooze you, but BEWARE!! You WILL NOT get long term good service. Now I have a 2017 vehicle with zero resale value because Carfax will show two replaced transmissions within 6 months. And a still ongoing issue that Chapman has conveniently washed their hands of. Chapman Chrysler, you should be ashamed of your service department!!!
