Great experience using the internet and Craig Strand for the purchase of my new VW Tiguan. Everything completed prior to my arrival at the dealership and quick and easy once I got there to trade in my old vehicle and pick up the new one. A short stop in Finance to sign the paperwork and NO UP SELLING at all.
