Strictly in regards to service performed.

The wait times tend to be excessive with each visit. Today s service was an oil change as well as the oil filter replacement. My service was scheduled for 9:30 I arrived earlier at approximately 9:10 in hopes to be out pretty quickly.

It s now been almost 2 hours and my vehicle is not yet finished. The service advisor that was taking care of my vehicle was very friendly and personable. However, he didn t inform me until the hour and 45 minute mark that they were short staffed.

I ve had all my service done at this location and continue to come here for the professionalism. Unfortunately, with each visit the wait times are becoming absurd.

*Now past the two hour mark and my vehicle still isn t ready. Reminder this is just for an oil change no tire rotation, no car wash just an oil change.

Came in to the dealer after debating on if I should get a new truck and it was well worth it. Brandon Bender is the guy to see if you want to get a deal done, and at the price you want or close to. If there was a 10 star button, that's how I would rate over all process. Best prices in town as well. I will be back for the next one.

I brought my brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rub...

I brought my brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in to fix creaky front doors and wind noise.

When I got it back after a week, the doors still creaked, and the wind noise was still there - plus it was wet inside after one of the bad rains. I took it back.

When I got it back after a week, they fixed the leak, but dented my vehicle. I had to wait 10 days to bring it back because the service manager was on vacation. I took it back.

When I got it back after a week, the dent was kind of gone, but there was another one in its place, the hood wad tiny scratches all over it, the technician scraped off some Plasti-Dip I applied, and now the door strap bracket is loose.

I swear for every time I try to take a step forward, I take 2 steps back.

I WILL NOT BRING IT BACK - I WILL TRY TO REPAIR IT MYSELF!

I was there for an hour trying buy a truck. I had done my research and found the exact vehicle I wanted. I got prequalified over the phone, but when I got there, the salesperson wanted me to pay $4000 down and 17% interest! He never mentioned what the terms might be, and I drive over 8 hours to get there because he made it sound like everything would work out. I told him I would only be able to $1000 down maximum, and he said that would be fine. I was incredibly disappointed because I had to drive so far and I was not expecting the terms that I was given. I ended up buying a similar truck in Longmont Colorado with $1000 down and got a 4% rate!

We recently purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler last July 3 and they could not locate the spare key at time of sale. We were promised that the spare key will be given to us soon. For the last 3 weeks nobody took the initiative to resolve the issue. We had to take it upon ourselves to call every week to try to get someone to give us the spare key. We had spoken to the sales person a few times, the manager and even the customer relations representative. They never followed through nor kept their word when they said they'll call us back. I spoke to the customer relations representative 4 days ago and she told me that she'll give me an update the next day. Up to now, I have not heard from her. So, I called the dealership again this morning to speak to anybody who can help us and was told by another person to go to the service department and not to worry because it will be taken cared of. As expected, the service department did not know anything about our issue. We finally spoke with Michael Hu from the sales department and he took care of it. He went out of his way to make sure the issue was resolved and he made us feel better. By the way, it took just an hour for Michael to make phone calls, make the necessary paperworks and get us out of there with our spare key. (Michael Hu was not our original sales person)

There is no communication in this dealership. If not for Michael Hu, we will still be waiting and frustrated. This is a trivial matter that only takes an hour to be resolved but took us over 3 weeks of constantly hounding the dealership until someone finally did the right thing. As you can see, nobody wanted to take accountability for the lost key.

The most disappointing part of this is that customer relations did not care and failed to do their job. BIG THANK YOU and 5 stars to Michael Hu for the service recovery and restoring our faith in Chapman Jeep. We will definitely refer Michael Hu to friends and family.

Tried again the next day, different sales guy reached out, better communication then the last, then stopped responding to my emails. Overall, sales team was not very helpful at all nor did they seem very interested in helping me with my trade.

Had a great time at the Chapman dealership last week. The salesman, Blake, helped me feel comfortable and make sure I found the best car for me. Blake did not pressure me to purchase, but let me know about the great deals he had to offer! I would definitely recommend this dealership because it was easy to find a price and car that fit my budget. Blake made my car buying experience much less stressful than it had ever been before! We had the opportunity to work with James Bradberry and Mike Hu. Both were easy to work with and made the experience as simple and quick as possible. We used the USAA truecar app and pricing was lowest in the state for the Ram truck we were looking for. James is a great guy that went out of his way to follow up and help us when it wasn't necessary. Will keep coming back just because of these 2 guys and will recommend to anyone buying.

The service advisor was nowhere to be found for over 30 minutes while we waited. The coffee machine was down and the car wash was down and the car came back very filthy. They couldn t even wipe it down. Two stars because the service advisor did have good communication through the phone prior to this.

Super high pressure dealership. Every manipulative interviewing tactic in the book will be used on you, along with creating a false time pressure. Worse, once they get your contact info, they'll keep bothering you (but never actually make a better offer). If you're looking for a vehicle, figure out the specs you want, then go somewhere else - you'll save thousands and a bunch of hassle.

The service department took care of all three tires despite being short handed due to the pandemic going on. Overall best dealership experience, ever.

I text my advisor and left messages repeatedly about the door panels coming off my car. Come to find out he was out sick and no one was checking his messages. They had me come to the dealer at 2PM on a Friday to take photos of the issue, then text me at 730AM on the following Monday to let me know Customer Care would not help me, but I could call them to see if that helps. Customer care advised me there is no way they would make a decision that quickly and that they never received the photos. My car went 1 thousand miles over the warranty and although I contacted prior they will not fix a common manufacturer issue, google: Chrysler 300 door panel issues. I called the service manager, Mike Ellis 3 times and he picked the phone up and hung it up each time. I left a VM with the general manger, Gary Brewer and he never called back. I left a VM for the owner John Chapman and also was never contacted. I was warned about buying a Chrysler and then was warned about this auto group, should of listened.
THE BELOW RESPONSE FROM SERVICE IS BS, I EVEN LEFT A VERBAL MESSAGE WITH THE RECEPTIONIST! MY REQUEST WAS PUT IN BEFORE I WENT OVER MILES.

She did not help with my questions, kept telling me she'd get back to me, meanwhile, 2 hours later, my vehicle was still not serviced. This after telling me it would be ready in 30 min. Needless to say, I ended leaving without getting anything done to my vehicle. She ended up sending me to another service advisor, Geena. On my 2nd return, Geena helped me and provided way better service than her predecessor. So thank you Geena.

I m retracting my original 5 star review. Car is great. Buying experience was great. The after care, needs a lot of work. My additional key fob was lost at time of sale. I was written an IOU slip and told to wait a week. If I didn t receive it in the mail, I was to call Jordan, the employee who assisted me in the buying experience. Waited almost 3 weeks. Not only did I not receive my fob, I hadn t receive my license plate either (I transferred it from the car I traded in to the car I purchased). Called Jordan 3 times without a response. Called the dealership and spoke with a manager that wasn t exactly customer friendly. She informed me she would find my license plate and that cars were only sold with one key fob; she wasn t sure why I was promised a second one. Waited another week, no license plate. My temporary one was expiring soon so I ordered a new one from DVM. Spoke with same manager at dealership who agreed to reimburse me the cost of my new license plate since they couldn t locate the one that I transferred. I had simply and understanding, since the dealership was in the process of moving. This is reflected in my waiting periods. But I don t feel the aftercare was up to pare. I was given mixed messages and false promises. Love my car and will recommend the make and model, but probably won t recommend the dealership.

I'm that stereotypical guy that doesn't like big dealerships, but they had my wife's dream car at one screamin' good deal. The dealer who sold us the car gave us no pressure, and actually made our absolutely painless. Even with a goof that happened, it was delt with professionally and they still took good care of us. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from chapman dodge again.

The advisor helping me out today wasn t the most helpful. He was pretty blunt with his answers. I m not sure if he was new or just didn t want to help me. I also didn t like all the phone calls. I took the vehicle in and gave my number. Specifically said the owner of the vehicle was busy and they called them 3 times. This place is also pretty slow considering there weren t many customers this morning.

They deserve two stars because they where the only place to get me in with such short notice. I d honestly rather wait 2 months to get into another shop. Where they can assist me properly.

I made an appointment for an oil change for my 2017 Ram 1500 with 38k miles.
My appointment was with Darrell Warren, but when I arrived, he seemed unaware of my appointment and was anxious to push me off on to another individual, Lucas Schwartz. This left me with the impression that he was too busy to be bothered with me. My appointment for the oil change was at 3:30pm. About an hour later I received a text from Lucas with a report attached that stated that an express de-carb treatment was needed and that it required immediate attention. The report even had a photograph of a removed head with an arrow pointing to the carbon buildup. The cost of the treatment was $289, which seemed expensive, but as I had no reason to doubt them, I reluctantly approved the work. When the work was completed, I asked Lucas what the recommended service interval was for the de-carb treatment; he was unsure, but thought it was 36k miles. He also added that he liked to have it performed annually. ANNUALLY!?!?! At that point I became suspicious and realized that I had probably just been fleeced! After I got home I sought the advice of my older brother, a retired Chrysler corporate employee of 30 years as a Test Driver/Mechanic. The first thing he noticed was that the head in the photograph was not from my truck. He said it would have taken them approximately 6 hours to remove the head, I was at the dealership approximately 2.5 hours. It was his opinion that this was a Rip Off! He also stated that the express decab treatment was NOT IN THE RECOMMENDED SERVICE SCHEDULE. I am not finished with this unethical, lying dealership!

Great experience with this Jeep dealership! I arrived on a Saturday without an appointment for an oil change and they admitted me.
During the vehicle inspection Jeep found a nail in my tire and took care of patching the tire. Meaning Jeep does inspect your vehicle from tires to roof. Perks of a dealership oil change!

I also purchased the rear wiper and Jeep also installed.
While I was waiting for service, I inquired about a few parts; seat belt cover and door clips. The seat belt cover is a special order which jeep can do and the clips were available and installed on the spot. I truly felt taken care of and so did my girl (Jeep Commander). The entire staff and Blain are knowledgeable, friendly and their goal is evident SUPERB customer service! Thank you and count on my business.

Took my 2012 Dodge Caravan in to have a remote starter installed, an alignment, locking gas cap and wiper blades. After keeping my vehicle a day and a half and me finally going over to retrieve it, I was told they did not have the remote starter in stock and would have to order it. The thing that was unbelievable I was charged $390 for an alignment, locking gas cap and wiper blades.I was quoted prior to the work being done $135 for the alignment, $28 for the locking gas cap (which I found out was not true from the parts dept.) and he said he would throw in the wiper blades. I think he actually meant the labor of installing the wiper blades but that is not what he said. I think he was just pulling numbers out of the air. Will not be returning to this dealer as I checked alignments at other dealers and found out I was grossly over- charged. The reason I was at a dealer to start with was to establish a maintenance schedule for my vehicle and get the remote starter with two FOBs. I could have gone and gotten the alignment, gas cap and blades much cheaper. I didn't get what I came for.

This dealer makes you take everything you hate about buying a car and throw it out the window. From my first online inquiry about the vehicle to driving it home, I couldn't have been more pleased. I was treated with respect and the utmost courtesy by everyone I worked with and I never felt that pit-of-the-stomach dread of "They're trying to upsell me and get me into a payment I can't afford." They respected my budget and negotiations were friendly and calm. I really got a good deal! I especially appreciate that I did the entire deal on my own; no one asked if I could call my husband for his input or if I was buying the car on my own. As a woman, I appreciate being taken seriously as a buyer all on my own (that didn't happen last time I bought a car). I also appreciate that my financial status as a teacher was truly taken into consideration, and the sales team understood my limited budget. I will be recommending this dealer to everyone!

From my initial interaction with Ruth along with meeting the service manager (Mike), this was by far the best experience I have ever encountered at a dealership. You will also enjoy the glass wall from the waiting area where you can see this immaculate service area with real professionals working on your vehicle. Hats off to Mike and his team.

My Truck was experiencing intermittent computer issues due to a bad RF module, Dan Boardman was able to get me in, get an expedited parts order in and provide me with a work around in case of an emergency. He offered several options and suggestions for what I could do to get the problem resolved quickly. on arrival he quickly got the problem diagnosed and applied repaired.
Exactly what I was looking for, the entire service experience was excellent!

Do not buy a vehicle here ,They will bait and switch .. They advertised a truck at a price. Then said it had upgrades and was $3000.dollars more. I had to back out of the deal. Now the truck is listed at $3000 less than the original price which they said was a mistake to begin with. Got a great deal at Tempe Dodge Ram. They actually sold me a truck for the price they were asking !!!

Had a great experience at Chapman VW. Our salesman, Rueben, was friendly and quite knowledgeable. They did not have the color GTI in stock that we wanted. They acquired one from another dealer and we were able to drive home the VW we wanted that day. Signing paperwork with Mike was a breeze and we never felt pressured to buy any add-ons. Would look at this dealership again.

Ryan did amazing with assisting me with getting keys made for my car after they were stolen at work. He had me out the door with in 4 minutes at most and even after I had my original set returned to me and reprogrammed them and the spare set with in 30 seconds with a complimentary car wash! Super nice and professional! And great deals.

Misleading prices. Prices were blended in with all rebates. Will draw you in, check your credit score and even though it's above 800, not offer you the $2,000 discount you can get if yours is 600. And they don't put in effort to gain your business by fair negotiating. Just lost a potential customer. Stay away.

Quicklane is decent but they could not give me an estimate of how long it might be. I asked if it will be hours and she said not hours. Come to find out, it was hours and hours. The list of things it needed was very large. I don't know if I really needed all those things. I suppose so. Confidence building and telling me exactly what it will cost with tax and approx time is not their strength.

I went to look and only look. I wanted to see and sit in a 2019 dodge ram. I love cars, so I wanted to look at all of them. Jump in a tricked out ram. It was way over the top. I sat in the back seat of a Pacifica. Looked at all of the fast SRT cars. There for at least a half hour and no one bothered me. I like that. I can ask for help when I need it. What a pleasureful time. I'll stop back when I am ready.

I called over the phone about their 0% apr offer, I ve been told that the car I m looking at was valid for the offer and the only requirements needed to get approved are a credit score of 720 or better and 20% down payment of the car value and that I would definitely get approved to get the car I want. I gave them permission to run a credit check in order to get me approved and go over to purchase the car. The next day I received a call from them saying that my application got declined because I m a first time customer, why wouldn t tell me that when I first asked about the requirements and before running a credit check and affecting my credit score.

I offered near retail book value for a vehicle that's been sitting on the lots for over 2 years and they wanted over $15,000 over its current retail book value. If it hasn't sold in years it's clearly overpriced. I'd recommend comparing current book values to their asking prices before you buy.

Great experience with this particular Jeep dealership! I lease my Jeep and am from the east coast so being away from home and still able to get my car fixed by a trusted dealership is awesome. I also called in short notice about a weird sound my car was making and they saw me that day, set me up with a rental right there, and by the next afternoon, I had my car back! So easy and stress free. The customer service was amazing and the dealership itself is very new and nice - free waters and snacks made the wait for my vehicle seem like nothing! Then when I picked up, they had also cleaned it! Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone needing their Jeep looked at!

My girlfriend and I called and spoke with Aaron Castaneda about a new Jeep Grand Cherokee which he said was in stock. Upon our arrival, we found out that the car magically disappeared on a dealer trade (this is the first time we were promised a car and were let down). He offered us a diesel model ($5k more) which is not what we drove from Phoenix to look at. He asked us to hold on so that he could go and look for the specific model that we were looking for and returned after a lengthy wait to say that he could get the car. During that time I found the exact model that we wanted on the lot but Aaron said that he didn't know anything about it and wouldn't allow us to even look at it.

We all went inside to discuss numbers and completed the necessary paperwork under the premise that he would have our car for us "first thing in the morning" of the very next day. Our scheduled time to pick up the car was 7:30pm.

At 7:00pm on the day of pickup I received a call from Aaron stating that he once again did not have the car that was promised. After asking for further details he fumbled his words and then stated he would grab a manger for me. I waited for several minutes before being sent to a vm with a full mailbox. I then called back multiple times but Aaron was nowhere to be found. I finally reached a manager (Juan) who tried his best to help me out after finding out that the car we were promised was never actually ordered and en route. Juan then said that he could try to have the car for me the following day, but was not willing to offer me anything to earn my business outside of a free hat.

I then called the dealership that Aaron was supposed to order the Jeep from and they still had it in stock and ready to sell. I found it amusing that I can get ahold of someone at the new dealership on my first try but the employees at Chapman couldn't reach them once when they had all day (seems like another lie). Not only did the new dealership have the car in stock for me to purchase, but they beat the price that Chapman quoted me and also said that they couldn't lower any further.

Not only was this a terrible buying experience, but it was also a huge waste of time for us. Chapman doesn't really seem to care that they lost a customer willing to spend $50k on a new car nor does it seem that they have salespeople with any sort of integrity.

I take my car to get serviced after dealing with a mechanic for a month I decided to go to them. I tell them my car has a pcm issue and asked them to do a full diagnostic on the car so I can know everything wrong with the car. They come back saying it's a sensor issue after arguing with them telling them it's a pcm issue I give in and pay for the sensors. They come back now and say I was right it was a pcm issue. Of course they charge thousands of dollars for a pcm. I was informed to go through a 3rd party. After all i wasn't informed of any other issues with the car besides this pcm. We get a pcm they hook it up it's perfect. Before I pay they tell me oh you have an oil leak by the way. They tell me to get the car steamed. Of course I'm mad like why didn't you tell me this before. So I get it steamed and bring it back to them of course there is over thousands of dollars onissues

Some loser from this dump in their sales department just read my for sale ad on craigslist for my Escalade and called me "Hi, this is annoying bum from chapman dodge jeep ram dodge neon, is your car still for sale, we buy cars, can you come down sometime so I can take some picture of your car and maybe we will buy it?" BUM. Yeah I wanna drive there and waste 2 hours of my time so you can offer me half of what my car is worth so I can trade it in for a $36,000 200 horsepower chrysler 200. No thanks bum. Go back to trapping on your couch in your moms apartment and don't call me ever again. Especially since the very first line of my craigslist AD says NO TRADES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parts department is awesome! Called a different Jeep dealer closer to me looking for a specific part and was told that is was not available in the color I wanted. Called Chapman and they said they could have the part in 2 days! Will go out of my way to shop at Chapman from now on.

Buyer beware... old school car dealer and old scho...

Buyer beware... old school car dealer and old school car sales tactics. They are a certified dealership but remind me of a used car dealer.
Make sure to have your own financing there finacancing options are awful. They picked my trade apart and gave me way below blue book, thought there reasons were valid till I saw my trade for sale a few days later for $12k above what they gave me on it and all they did was replace the tires .
Had an issue with my paint on my new Jeep, called the sales guy for 3 days, had to post something on there social media in order to get a response and get it fixed.
Definitely makes me never want to go to another dealership again....
About the only good thing is I love my new Jeep.
But be careful these guys are old school and will find every little trick to screw you if you re not careful.
