Sunny, Karla, and Enrique were welcoming, kind, and patient with my questions. Sunny felt like a genuine character who really cared about what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into upsells. He was honest with me about my expectations yet still did his best to take care of me. I felt secure about purchasing my new Nissan Sentra and look forward to my new relationship with Cerritos Nissan.
