Bought my first vehicle here. Customer service was okay... After completing my customer survey and giving them a below average customer service score, I was contacted by the Sales Manager and advised that if I was not happy with my experience that they will gladly refund me my money and cancel my contract. After thinking about it, I called him and said no I love my car, i just wasn't wowed with the customer service I received. Later that same day I was contacted by Customer Relations Manager, stating the same thing, that if i wasn't happy with my purchase they would gladly refund me my money and cancel the contract. After going back and forth I told her I don't want to return my car I want to keep it. She said the owner of the dealership is asking for you to return the car back. How can they ask me to return it when the car wasn't the problem. She said they would give me a $50 gas card for my troubles. Are you serious all of this because I gave my honest opinion in one of there surveys. I then called corporate and they just said they were just trying to make you happy. How are they trying to make me happy taking my car away. Never again will I purchase from this dealership or recommend it.
