My experiences with the Service folks have been the worst. If you approach the manager, he puts you up with the best serviceman ( which is actually the biggest crook ).

Be very careful. Id suggest not to buy a BMW for their dishonest service man and dealers.

I bought a Z4 from here and it has been a horrible experience dealing with these folks. Every time you take it for servicing they make sure they find some problem to extract money from you!

Ive been to find a better dealership for servicing and Im finding it really hard. So tired, that though I love my car I feel like selling it off coz of the problems in handling with these folks.
