We walked in with a car in mind and unfortunately it had sold the night before, but Don Engle found a comparable car for us. It was a quick and simple car sale. He was friendly and demonstrated a lot of knowledge about the cars. We would definitely tell any of our friends looking for a BMW to come out here and meet Don.

I ve been coming to Don Engle at Century West BMW for years and he never fails to work hard to get me the best pricing, features and service! The manager, staff and even the maintinence department know how to respectfully treat me and understand that time is usually a factor for me, so they re always working to get me on my way quickly, while still making sure I m completely satisfied!

Mark Nishimura was fantastic. Unfortunately at another BMW dealership I was left feeling disregarded by management. So when I met Mark and his welcoming attitude, it was a joy to buy the car from him. I also appreciated how he had experts in each area of the car purchase work with me (tech, finance, etc) but also oversaw the entire process. I don t think I ve ever seen so many Sales and service awards on one person s desk as Mark s, but it s no surprise. Thanks for the great service, Mark!

I took my car in for an airbag recall. When I picked it up the brake lights were on, so stepping on the brakes didn't let another car behind me know I was stopping. I got the service advisor to look at it (Steve Smithson) but he said it wasn't Century West's fault among other lies. The technician didn't put the fuses back in and had switched some around (I figured this out after watching a 3 minute YouTube video). Instead, Mr. Smithson denied, lied and berated me, said he would charge me for a diagnosis and then sent me away with brake lights not functioning properly. How much more dangerous can bad service be? The service manager (Fred Binder) would not return my calls. The General Manager would not return my call and had his assistant tell me to contact their lawyer. No problem, as I'm a lawyer, but since I fixed the problem after using Google and watching a short video, I'm happy to be done with it. Also, this dealership HAS OVER 300 1-STAR REVIEWS ON YELP THAT ARE HIDDEN (scroll to the very bottom of the Yelp page to see for yourself).

Making the appointment online to get my car serviced was so easy. Usually I call, but this time I went straight to Century West BMW s website. Booked on a Sunday evening and was able to get an appointment for that Tuesday morning. Super easy process. From the time I pulled up to drop my car off, to heading back home to wait took about 20 minutes. Waited in very comfy leather chairs appropriately spaced away from the other two customers. Everyone I dealt with were super polite, professional and accommodating. When I returned about 3 hours later to retrieve my freshly serviced and washed vehicle, everyone from the cashier to the gentleman who sanitized my vehicle were so kind, helpful and genuinely seemed eager to please and assist me. They also seemed happy to be at work, which is always nice to see. A++

I was in the market for a new car and had been shopping around for about 3 weeks. I had called different dealerships but none were as helpful as this one. When I called in I got transferred to Tim Grayson and he was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure the car was in stock and ready to go. I traveled over an hour in rush hour traffic to make it to the dealer from Venice.

When I showed up to the dealer he was ready to go on a test drive. Overall Tim is a great person to deal with as he's not your typical car sales person. I'd say he was more of an advisor and very knowledgeable about the BMW products and all the features the car had.

He was able to get me the best rate on the CPO with the BMWFS promo.
The process with the Finance department was seamless as well.

Be sure to ask for Tim next time you're in the market for a car. I will be getting my next M through him!

Don Engel made is fun and easy along with being informative and honest. Brandon gave us a very thorough and useful overview of the various car feature and user interface, saving us much time trying to figure it out later on our own. Overall, I've never had an easier and more pleasant car purchase experience. Thank you Don!

I moved and live closer to another dealership, but after trying them out, I went back to Century West BMW Service Department and Doug McClure he s the best and I trust him.

This dealership has caused me a great deal of trouble, not only have they denied my warranty claim because they say I have abused my car, they do not want to give me a reason why and keep pointing me toward BMW NA to seek more information. I would not recommend this dealership, while every dealership is in the business of making money, they take into consideration that the vehicles they are working on and the customers driving them require a little more attention than they would like to give. You would be smart to chose another local dealership, you will thank me later....

I waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time...

I waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time and then when i checked my contract hadnt even been told id arrived. Then when they got me an uber they entered the wrong address even though they had it in writing so I was taken way out of the way and had to pay the driver to take me back

Bought a CPO car from Tim there. I wasn t sure at first cause the car needed a buff and wax. He went out of his way to accommodate and we made the deal. He was straight up and didn t do the whole salesman thing on me which I really appreciated. Since I was buying the car flat out I also asked him to have all paperwork ready the next day as I was busy and wanted to be in and out. I told him what time I d be there and when I showed up everything was ready.
If you re buying pre-owned and you wanna see a car make sure you call ahead as some of the cars come from different locations-in my case it took 45 minutes for the car to arrive for me to see it-which is the only reason it s a 4 star and not 5 star review.

Grace was accommodating and helpful without being pushy up front, and she honestly answered all my questions related to the vehicle and its history which allowed me to gradually conclude that this was the car that I was looking for.

Terrible dealership. Be careful. When buying a new car, they should have the upmost customer service and loyalty to the customer thereafter. Having owned many different BMWs for the past 15 years, in different states, I moved to Los Angeles and was looking to upgrade. I have worked with 8 different dealerships in the past however, they were all on the east coast. This was my first horrific experience with a BMW dealership. They bring shame to the BMW name. The sales representatives just throw you around and make you wait countless hours to purchase a car. In addition, the technicians are either clueless, or don't want to identify any issues. I brought the car in for simple repairs when I knew there was an issue. At all times, they either denied there being any problem or said I'd have to pay outrageous amounts because they claim it's not covered. After going to other BMW dealerships in the area like Beverly Hills or Santa Monica, they identified the issues immediately, gave me a car when I dropped mine off, and notified me when it was ready. Sometimes, they would come to my home with a temporary car for me and take mine for repairs. Furthermore, I bought my son a used BMW from them that was no longer after warranty. I bought the extends warranty offered by Warranty Solutions. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. The car had many issues and they wouldn't repair it within the first two weeks of purchasing it. Beyond that the warranty company denied almost all claims when it was brought to other BMW dealers. I would not recommend anyone go to Century West when looking to buy a BMW, nor try having any repairs or even scheduled maintenance performed there. I am saddened to say it was a horrible experience with BMW and only a few months later, I traded the car in at Santa Monica BMW. When I got a new one there, I had a much better experience. It really is a shame that such a great company that manufactures amazing automobiles has dealers like Century West. If anyone else had had such bad experiences with them , I would like to advise you not to be discouraged with BMW and find a better dealer. They truly are amazing cars and many people can be dissuaded from purchasing one after an experience with Century West. Please do not be!

Staff at Century West BMW are always polite & courtesy. I didn t expect a fast pickup call even though the vehicle was brought in for service. Upon leaving after a late pick up call lwas taken by surprise they even washed my vehicle. Great Service Thank you all at Century West and Have a Happy New Year!

From one to 10, my experience was a 10! Tim Grayson, the sales executive was professional, empathetic, but most important honest. The entire staff was impressive. From the moment, I pulled in Valet parking, to the reception station, who announced my arrival, and finance, everybody was concerned for my comfort well being. Most surprising, however, were the people you never see. Tim s superiors made incredible efforts to make me happy and secure. They carved out a deal for me at their expense. For example, with the smallest scratch, they told me they would paint the entire bumper. In addition, they gave me an extra computerized key, detailed my car when it was already spotless, and gave me a powered coated wheels at dealer cost. Don t even think of our purchasing a new or pre-owned BMW any where else! This is the dealership you always wanted!

The service advisor Was extremely helpful and friendly. The service was performed properly. My only suggestion would be to lower the link chain blocking the entrance at least ten minutes earlier than your first appointment so people don t have to stack up on the sidewalk and in the street.

I have been with BMW for two decades. This is my fourth BMW. Two of them have been bought/leased from Century West BMW. All four of them have been serviced there. My experience with them over the years has rapidly declined. My first to advisors, Tommy and Fred were the best. They always were the most helpful when it came to my cars, even with one which was by California definition a lemon and consistently in the shop. Recently, with this last car my service advisor is less then helpful, consistently met with a snarky attitude, not solution oriented and communication with Christina is difficult. The entire experience is enough to not return to BMW or leave and go to a surrounding dealership. It s unfortunate, this dealer has a great service team and Fred now is in management and yet this is the only place to put feedback on my current advisor.

Nothing but first-class service the second I pulled into the parking area at Century West BMW. Neil was a great salesman, and even the finance manager, Wael, was low pressure - you don t get that every dealership - and he got me a killer deal. As an Apple person, I appreciate they also have BMW Geniuses to explain all the features and to answer questions. Niminde was my Genius and was super cool. I know I can reach out to him if I have questions. All in all, I m very happy with my purchase of my new-to-me 2015 BMW i3 and the experience of buying it. Excited to be part of the BMW family!

Edited to say I had to bring the i3 back since I learned the limitations of an electric car, but Neil and his boss at Century West got me into the 2016 328i I wanted. It s 100% perfect. I mean this in the most positive way, but I hope to not go to the dealership again for at least 3 years! Thanks, everyone, for another great, seamless buying experience. I ll continue to recommend you to people.

Nice place, however when your customer service skills sucks, it drags everything down. My experience here hasn't been great, of course they are prompt to get you here to buy a car. However it took 72hrs just to get the car I wanted even with a pre-approval.

I ended up noticing an issue with my car a day later and when I reported the problem I found out my sales guy doesn't work there anymore and was forced to work with Jeremy who has horrible customer service skills, I feel like he treated me bad because I was black to.

In order to get him acting right, I had to report his conduct to his managers. This happened in Nov, and I'm still dealing with the issue of my car with hardly no follow ups from the dealership managers.

Don Engle went above and beyond to ensure our deal went through. We drove from Bakersfield and he was mindful and cordial, and very welcoming when we arrived. Long story short, we have a new car and we are very happy. I highly recommend Don and hope we continue to encounter nice people like him who make the car buying process less stressful. My wife and I bought a 2017 X4 from Century West BMW last Sunday and had the most pleasant experience. Don Engel showed us a gorgeous X4 at a fair price and ridiculous financing that we couldn t refuse. We had been to 2 other dealers that day and were burned out. Don and Jared in financing got us in and out in under 2 hours. 2 days later I went back with some duh type questions and they were cheerfully answered.
All I all a great place to buy a car.

The worst experience with a car dealership service. I called this morning at 9am to make an appointment. I was told to just come in and it ll be taken care of. I told her that I was driving from far. Did not tell me that without an appointment it could take 2-3 hours. I get here and I am literally told that well you should have made an appointment. Well I did call to make an appointment. Maybe it s because I was using a coupon. The staff is snobbish and condescending. I had acquired my x1 through lease transfer and was given incorrect information about maintenance (not by the dealership but BMW financial) when I mentioned that so far I had only had a bad experience, he said you get what you pay for.

Upon arriving early for my appointment I was also waiting around 30 minutes. My service advisor gave me different information from which I received the day before .Will not be coming back to this dealer.

Sitting in the waiting area at Universal BMW, another customer told me she comes here even though Beverly Hills BMW is closer to her home and where she bought her car because the service dept is so good here.
Due to my recent experience, I can understand that comment. My service representative, Albert Hong,
really went the extra mile for me. He was knowledgeable, honest and a good listener. His high level of customer service is mirrored by the courteous
attendants who check you in, and the cashiers/transportation arrangers who check you out.
