DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT. take your car here. It c...

DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT. take your car here. It comes back with your belongings stolen and damage to the car!

While in house at this dealership, someone tried to open the glove compartment, but it was locked. So they ended up breaking the lever from attempting to pull it open. I do not know what they would need in there in the first place! It's not their stuff; they're servicing the car for routine maintenance...why would you need to get into the glove compartment? The carpet on the floor was also lifted as if someone rushed into the car and peeled it up with their feet. I believe this happened as the thief rushed into the car and attempted to steal items in the glove compartment quickly before leaving, breaking the lever in the process since it was locked. We could not find the broken piece in the car.

On top of that! A shopping bag with newly purchased items was stolen and a USB as well. The items are replaceable, yes. But the principle behind it is that it should have not happened and trust has been broken.

It is violating and disgusting how this has happened when the care was in for service for just one day. That's all it took!

We returned to the dealership immediately and was quickly blamed for breaking the lever ourselves. An "advisor"(according to him), went into the car and then approached us after, as we were at the desk waiting for the service manager. He asked if the compartment was locked. We answered, yes. Then he specifically states, since it was locked, you pulled it and it broke.

Mind you, this sent me into a fury and I made it clear that he should not be blaming us since we did not do it (he clearly was) and we would not be here otherwise.

I proceeded to tell him the broken piece is not even in the car. But he responds, yes it is... so he takes us to the car and pulls the broken piece out. Obviously if it was there, it was not in plain sight as he made it seem because I did not see it getting into the car.

I made it clear that this happened under their watch and they should review the cameras, since they have them all over the place.

The service manager finally arrives and states he will talk to the manager at the car wash, even though the car should have not been washed since we specifically stated we did not want to have it washed.

Of course, the individuals he spoke to over there states they did not do anything or see anything. So now we have to rely on the cameras and wait for the service manager to let us know if he finds anything. On top of that though, when I inquired about their theft policy, the service manager states they do not have one. Seriously? It's a joke.

Bottom line: If you don't want a headache, don't take your car here.

Because " they don't have a theft policy".

After a very unpleasant experience at Beverly Hills BMW, the team at Century West BMW took very good care of me. My salesman Fabie gave me a deal on my 2020 X5 M50 that I couldn t refuse. He delivered on everything he said he would. I look forward to jumping into my next BMW with them in 3 years!

Rebecca Tamayo, Portfolio Manager, was especially helpful in getting me to come in to discuss my options and was super friendly yesterday during the entire process. Mark King took care of us above and beyond our highest expectations. I can t imagine working with anyone else for all our car needs.

My time at the dealership was fast. Took a quick test drive but received limited information regarding the car itself. Maybe cause everyone at dealership works with the cars everyday but I had questions that never got answered or honored. In my case, I knew about the car but still hoped for a little more information. In a sense, it almost felt like it was being kept from me.
Otherwise experience was good. Mark Nishimura is a hard negotiator but courteous. Everyone else was very kind and helpful.

Drove for about an hour to come to this BMW dealership because it was recommended by a friend. Well I got there and everyone was absolutely friendly and acknowledge me throughout my time there. Their coffee station and store is very clean. Their staff is friendly and had an easy pleasant transaction from start to finish. Thank you to every one for making this a a great experience. Definitely will highly consider coming here again for my cars future care.

BMW notified me about a year ago that my vehicle h...

BMW notified me about a year ago that my vehicle had 2 recalls. I tried making an appt but was told parts were back ordered. Just over a month ago, I received another letter saying parts came in so I called to make an appointment. Left a VM for Eddie but no call back, called again 4-5 more times that week speaking & leaving messages with multiple people. Finally get a hold of someone one & scheduled an appt for 8/22. I arrive at 8:35 & literally no one is there at the service center; after circling the place a couple times, a man points across the street. No one had the decency to alert me of the temporary change nor was it included in the confirmation email. I take a shuttle to work & was told I would be contacted once my car was ready. It's less than 20 mins from my work day ending & I m calling over & over trying to get a hold of Rekan or ANYBODY in the service dept. I keep calling to get transferred to various voice mail & the cashiers mailbox is full. Finally, the time I should be getting picked up, I receive a call from Rekan stating only 1 of the 2 recalls was completed. I asked "why I am I just being told this? I would have waited to do both on the same day" he claims he just found out 15 mins before 6pm. He advised that my car is being washed & he'll notify me when the other part is here. I arrive & my car was not washed, at all! Unhappy with the whole situation I leave a message for Fred the service manager saying I wanted to share my experience. The next day, I receive a call from Rekan saying he spoke with Fred the other part is now ready & when can I return. We re-scheduled for Friday 8/24 (1 day later!) End of day, I return to pick up my car where I was assured it would cleaned this time. Well .. they cleaned the windshield but didn't vacuum. And to add insult to injury, my rear windshield wiper was broken off & placed in my back seat & no one mentioned this to me! Since Fred never called me back , I left a message with his boss Joe yesterday, but haven't received a call back.

Century West BMW staff have excellent customer service and I would definitely refer people and buy here again. My favorite go to BMW dealer from now on!

Although I had a great sales guy, I've had so many issues with my car since I got it a month and a half ago. I've come back 4 times for various is issues. I leased my last 3 BMWs from Pacific BMW and I have to say their service department and their loaner process is so much faster and easier!! Their staff is friendlier, they are more efficient, their facilities much nicer and cleaner.

Last time I came in for service (2 weeks ago) I waited well over a hour for my appointment and to get into a loaner. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT - I shouldn't have to wait that long. At Pacific BMW my service person would have had a loaner waiting for me and my advisor would be the person putting me into the loaner not shuffling me all around from person to person. I wouldn't have to wait and then wait in another line for another person to put me into a loaner. Pacific BMW feels like family where Century West feels like a corporate deal. I originally called because my Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay wasn't working in my new car. They told me it was an issue with Apple and they couldn't help me. I came back 2 times to speak with a genius about this KNOWING it was a Bluetooth issue. Finally, I demanded they reset the Bluetooth so I had an appointment for that without a loaner. I'm a Realtor and not being able to conduct my business as I drive is an issue. This was a huge inconvenience the first 2.5 weeks I had the car. The worst part of all this is NO ONE here wanted to help me.

I started having 4 other issues with the car by this point so called to see when I could get a loaner because I was fed up and they told me because I had an appointment to bring the car in they couldn't schedule me for another appointment...??? Finally they got a manager on the phone I had to wait another 4 days to get in for an appointment from here.

Today, I'm back again because my camera decided to stop working and a few other small things. I have a 2020 model vehicle. When I show up today their coffee machine isn't working, the empty drink stations filthy, they have no snacks or small bites sitting out like they usually do. If you have stations for these things, you should keep them stocked and looking nice. I'm still sitting here, waiting...my apt was half an hour ago. I will NEVER get another car from here. I WILL go back to PACIFIC BMW who has always treated me right and doesn't waste my time. Please save yourself a LOT of hassle and go anywhere but here.

Pacific BMW always transferred my custom plates for me which Century West said they would not do so that's been another hassle for me.

When I purchased the car they somehow locked the key in the car?? Or that s what what they told me.. so I wasn't able to take my new car home the day I purchased it. I had to wait 2 days as it was New Years.

The only positive thing about this dealership are their service advisors are friendly. Doug and Albert were really nice and listened to all my concerns so I greatly appreciate them! But i will never get another car from this dealership again. I highly suggest you go elsewhere!!! Pacific BMW in Glendale is a good place to start!

Received call from the dealer that car is ready for pick up, at the time of pick up asked if the issue has been fixed. Assured by dealer that it has been fixed. Came home, tried the flip and it s still broken.

I took my car in for a recall but asked them to check if anything else was wrong with the car. They told me my headlight was out, but that they would charge me $180 to check out the headlight before they could fix it . They also told me I had a nail in my tire. I take my car to a tire shop only for them to show me the thread is showing in my tire and I need a new one. Really wish BMW service would've told me that. Also my check engine light is on. No idea why since nobody told me at the shop or in my paperwork. Also they had no loaner cars so I ended up having to uber every where all day on my own dime. They also didn't finish with my car until 5:30p after I dropped it off at 9a. Apparently there was an issue with a part that caused the delay which again nobody told me until I called at 3p after radio silence all day to ask when my car would be ready. At least they took the car in though, BMW service van nuys didn't care that it was a recall, the only had appts 4 days out. Having to take your car in for service is already a pain because it's usually expensive but the lack of customer service and being thorough in the assessment just makes it worse. BMW is a luxury car, the service should be also.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance took my car in waited for almost an hour to find out there s no loaner car even though the appointment was set up two weeks in advanced. Adviser Rien did not even apologize and just said I don t know what to say.

I've been going to BMW Century West for years now....

I've been going to BMW Century West for years now. They have always taken care of me exceptionally. Christina & Rekan in service have looked after me incredibly well and gone above and beyond to help solve issues and put time and effort into my service issues. Romelia in the loaner department is fantastic to deal with. Always going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable while my car was in for service; a complete star! I cannot recommend these people highly enough!

The best experience I have had buying a car. I walked in "just to look" since I was in the neighborhood and in the market. Don was very funny from the beginning and very pleasant to deal with. He was not pushy at all and made me feel like it was ok to walk away if I need it to. He asked me what I was looking for and my budget, Not only did I tell him what my budget was and what I did not want to pay over he actually did better and got me a car payment $50 dollars less than what I had told him!!! Amazing!!! There was no hassle whatsoever everyone was very professional. I went in looked around, drove the car I liked, made an offer and drove out of the lot with my new sexy BMW alpine white Sport edition 335i in about 1 hour and 30min. The best and easiest experience I have had buying a car. Also our finance gentleman Jyrod was great explaining what the numbers where and so forth. Good job guys!! I'm a very happy costumer and already telling all my friends and coworkers where to go and who to ask for, Don!!

I have been coming to Century West BMW for many years as an individual customer and a business sending over many units for manufacture recalls and servicing; I can say that my experience with their service department had been excellent (used to deal with Gilbert who is no longer there). I can also say that overall their service department is still relatively good.

Today I had some business with their finance department with a person named Andrew, which brings us to this negative review. Andrew tried to sell me (with his eloquent way of speaking) on things that I clearly don't need and when I called him out on it, he got sarcastic with me which last time a checked, is not for professionals.

My problem is in relation to servicing a BMW i8 and Andrew is supposedly the only person at Century West that does what I needed done and my problem is still unresolved as I refuse to deal with such an unprofessional that lacks the skills to deal with customers.

If I could split this review between their service department and their finance department it would be as follow

Service Dept. gets 5 stars
Finance Dept gets 0 star

its pretty disappointing that after so many years and so much business a person like Andrew comes and ruins a great business relationship and I hope this review serves as a referral to the people over at Century West to make things right and better.

I brought my car in for a simple recall, and not only did they find an oil leak, but fixed it for FREE due to an existing Extended Warranty I didn t even know I had, on a used car I purchased 2 years ago. Best car buying experience ever, I have purchase and lease many vehicles in the past and had horrible service from other dealers. If you are planning in getting a BMW, make sure to visit Century West BMW and ask for NEVIANA EVANS, she is the best advisor you can talk to, she is very honest, super helpful and speak multiple languages like Spanish, Russian and more. Overall this dealer service is beyond excellent and I'm happy to say that I'm so honor to belong to this BMW family and can't wait to bring my kids in the near future so they can select their models as well. Also a huge thanks to everybody else involve with my transaction, JAROD LOUX our finance manager made the finance paperwork a piece of cake, so easy and very clear, you were awesome. To ALEXANDER BALBOA our BMW genius that help me set up my bluetooth and showed me how to use all my vehicle gadgets, you are a genius Alex and I'm sure I will be asking for more. To the DESK MANAGER that unfortunately I didn't get to meet, but I'm sure that he/she handle my paperwork with a top priority and got me the loan approval and the best deal possible, thank you and everyone else involved in the process.

I had recently taken my car for warranty maintenance which it cover about 4 issues. I was really thrilled and was provide with an awesome loaner! This was my first time going to this dealership.

Although, from picking up my vehicle 3 days later it had huge horrible smudges (like hot wax) on back of my rear window. Also passenger side mirror and top of my vehicle. I pointed it out to the person who deliver me my vehicle. He helped it clean it but pointed to go to the car wash where the dealership has it cars wash. The presentation of my vehicle is what through it off. I just wish they care for it a little more. Thank you.

Not a pleasant experience at all. I ve called my service advertiser, Christina, 8x in the last 3 days and she does not answer my calls or return my messages. Service center is in a garage and very subpar to other dealership service centers. They did not solve the service issue and returned the car to me 1 week later as is.

His knowledge and confidence in his product, helped me make an informative decision when choosing between an Audi and my new BMW X2, which I absolutely love! Don was friendly, super attentive to all of my questions and concerns, always responsive, and never pressured me in the slightest way, at any time to buy. My entire experience with everyone at Century West was exceptional. Getting a new car can be stressful. Century west made it a very easy and pleasant experience.

I just got my 2016 X1 from Century West. I have to say, I've never thought car buying could be this easy and good! I built my car online, show them what I wanted, and they gave me a quote. They even gave me a deal! How awesome is that? Drew worked with me from start to finish. It took 8 weeks for delivery (since it came from Germany) and I was updated every step of the way. Very, very pleased with the service. I definitely recommend this dealership!

This is the best dealership and service center I've ever been to. I've had a Porsche 911 S, Corvette, and now an M4. This dealership provides a better experience than those other two cars ever did.

I bought a 2017 645i convertible in July. Before leaving with the car I asked the dealership to fix the delaminated leather passenger side "A-bar". I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to try to get this resolved and have gotten no response. It has been 4 months.

Ladies and gentlemen there are much more reputable dealerships to deal with.

Meanwhile today I stopped in to Sterling BMW dealership in Newport Beach and it appears that this park is under warranty and they can have it ordered and installed within a week.

My sales rep Mr. Dan Engle was great. His personality is what kept us there. He was professional, even when he came in with regular clothes on on his day off (lol). We appreciated him for that.
The finance manager was a sweetheart. She was respectful, insightful and informative.

Although the staff is pleasant, and your vehicle is ready at the promised time, the problem with this dealership is the location (busy street with very little parking), the lack of signage (difficult to find the service department), and extremely tight driveways. I had to stop watching because I constantly thought someone might hit my car while I was waiting. I wish I could pick this place up and move it somewhere else!

I'd give this dealer a 2 1/2 if I could, as the sales rep was very helpful, but when we took delivery of the CPO X5 we bought, there were several hundred more miles on the car than when we paid for it. If you buy from this dealer, take delivery quickly, as they apparently allow folks to take YOUR car for a joyride after you've paid for it.

We also found out that even though it was a CPO, the dealer didn't do an oil service on the car, so we were on the hook for an oil change 2000 miles after we bought it.

Unprofessional to say the least.

i bought X5 41k miles and in 3 weeks i had two major issues with the car. When i took it back to them to fix it it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed and when i picked up my car i had SOS Malfunction, Check engine light went on, and bad front camera.
I have never experience such a bad service ever.

Best BMW service center in the valley - IMHO! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They offer loaners even if you didn't buy your BMW from them. They are quick and you car is shining when you pick it up! Ask for Doug in service - he is my favorite, but they're all good...
