There was a problem with the suspension on my BMW X5. The dealership determined that the warranty covers the repair, accepted the car, and quickly resolved the problem. And the next day the car was in my hands in working condition. Even for a short time of repair, I was given a loaner car BMW X3, which I was happy to test drive.
