I had an awful experience. I dropped my car off on Saturday morning 8:15am. I was told my by Service Advisor I should have my car by the early afternoon. Finally at 5:15 I called wondering if my car was ready to get picked up where she notified me my car wouldn t be available until the next day... not sure why I didn t get a phone call with the update and why I needed to call.... she then told me she would call me on Sunday to let me know any updates and when I can pick up the car then Sunday comes around and still no call so I called at noon to find out my car was ready for pick up. When was I going to get a call? Why do I need to call for updates?
