Amazing experience, they only have the best salesmen working during these COVID times and their workload is light enough to receive a personalized experience. The staff was very informative and was able to finance me while working with my budget. Truly an awesome time purchasing a vehicle. Great atmosphere and attention to detail. P. S ask for Zack!

The service is great and staff is very attentive. While I was there they let me know my service agreements were ending in 6 months, giving me time to get a plan together in my budget. Being able to plan makes everything easier instead of suffering sticker shock.

I saw a vehicle online and requested an e-quote. I was called within 30 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, I test drove the car. From the time I test drove to the time I drive off the lot with the car, it was a 1.5-2 hour transaction. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

I worked with Botan . He was professional and easy to work with . I felt like he really wanted to help me with all aspects of the buying experience including the cost negotiation . I would highly recommend when you look to get a BMW that you ask for Botan .

I was lied to or had a miscommunication about the car I was in the process of buying. I fully ready to buy the car. Credit was run. Check was signed. Once in the finance office the real history of the cars accidents, repairs or damages became more clear because of the financial guy. It felt very much as if this was glossed over by the salesman, as we asked multiple questions at the time to him regarding the cars history and this disclosure info. To have this clarification or even information be provided after credit was run and be at that point in the sales process felt extremely unprofessional and dirty. For me, if that information was to be clearly provided upfront, then it would allow me the freedom of choice to make the decision I needed to make. Instead I felt pressured, and especially after forming a attachment to this car. It felt dirty. This hasn t changed my opinion of BMW, and I will be going forward with giving my business to BMW, however not to Century BMW on Lankershim.

Negligent and irresponsible service. I leased an i3 from this dealership and bought a tire warranty with the purchase. Within past 2.5 years I would periodically bring the car for maintenance, assuming that if anything important needs to be done to it, it will be communicated directly to me. During last visit I was slapped with a $1200 bill and informed that due to my failure to keep up with wheel alignment every 10-15,000 miles (now the car is at 32000) 2 of my tires a worn past what would be covered by warranty. I pointed out to the service managers that the need to align tires and the fact that warranty on the tires only covers tires up to specific level of wear, past which the warranty is void, was never communicated to me. In response the service department showed me that it was all documented in their paperwork and accepted no responsibility to the fact that no direct communication took place with me as a customer, and I have been driving on unsafe tires of over a year now. I was shocked. I will never do business with this dealership again.

Don Engle is a champ. We took about a month to decide which car we wanted. We test drove , we hemmed. We sent him cars from other dealers. But guess what, we ended up going with the original car he showed us. He is patient and was a great sport helping us get what we wanted.

Do not come here to purchase or lease a car. Go to New Century, you're better off. Their service is impeccable compared to this place.

We leased our car four months ago and my husband and I are sharing a key because we are still waiting on our second car key. We've called and emailed our sales guy, Andrew and nothing. He told us he'd call us back. He didn't. When we finally spoke to him, he said he would send an email with tracking. He didn't.

Still waiting on an update. Hoping they read this and finally do something about it. Shouldn't have come to this point.

4th BMW, first time handling maintenance through CW BMW. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect - as if I was their most important client. It was so refreshing, from the cashier, to the incredibly knowlegable car loan person Peter and the sweet valet David (who returned my car beautifully washed), to my fabulous service agent Alen Yadegar. He stayed in touch on text and followed up with a phone call during my first service. He was terrific! HIGHLY recommend CW BMW - even if you just need a genius tech to help pair your phone - THE BEST!

I never have a problem getting a service appointment here. They are very accommodating and they've provided me with a loaner every time. My service advisor, William, is exceptional (I've encountered pretty awful ones at a different dealership). He's straight forward, keeps me informed and gets my car back to me even before it's expected.

Susan Flynn and Quyen Le were very helpful in making this process easy and quick. I was pre-approved before I got here so do that before you go. Otherwise I ve been treated very well and will recommend buying from Century West.

Great service. I ve been to plenty of service departments at different dealerships but century West provides the best customer service and they don t charge you for unnecessary stuff. They are honest and good to their customers.

Heinously bad... Dropped car off for service appoi...

Heinously bad... Dropped car off for service appointment at 815AM on a Thursday...service advisor confirmed on Friday at 5PM that they had not even run diagnostics on it yet. ...adding that it would beTuesday before they could /would look at it due to holidays. All for an overzealous seatbelt chime sensor... Why even make an appointment?

((I would hope that a well-run service department would at least run diagnostics early on Day #1 to order parts (if needed).))

Then there were the porters when I pulled in... They moved the car not less than 3 times before I had even seen my service advisor... and they were talking between each other and thought they had misplaced its key already...

((How about spending a little more time getting me a service loaner and getting me out of there next time???))

I have gone to a couple of other dealership for service on my 535i and all I get from the other dealerships are excuses and the run around. Steve Smithson, my service technician is the BEST in the business. He is very attentive to details and makes sure that he delivers what he has promised. I will NEVER go to another BMW dealership for service again. Century West Service department is top notch. Thank you Steve.
